Robert, on our first morning was very friendly with our children and had my whole family smiling.
The staff on our second morning were the opposite of Robert.
From the garbage in the parking lot, old gross mattress, broken toilet...right into turning our light on and a massive spider running across the floor. Then finding multiple spiders in the beds. Mold in the bathroom.
We couldn't sleep at all, or relax for a second.

Good location, pretty close to the shopping malls
The beds were terrible! The spring inside the mattress and the spring box kept making noise when moving my body on the bed. Totally unacceptable! And the bed was really uncomfortable.
The worst hotel ever!
The smell in the aisle was super bad! Full of odor of carper detergent! Disgusting!

Staff member with immediate assistance
I had lot of expectations about this motel based on pictures. But, I disappointed due to lack of cleanest . Even bed was not good. Anyone can go for other motels with same or little higher price.

I understand that it is frowned upon.... but a covered space for smokers in the rear of the building would be excellent. Other than that, the front desk guy was awesome.

Hallways smelled of stale smoke embedded in the walls and carpet, masked with floral deodorizer. Our room's security latch was ripped off the door. There was a large gap in the door/frame. We could see through to the hallway. The tub didn't drain. There was graffiti on the door of the bathroom

We love Frank at the front desk! Such a nice guy who always greets us with a lovely chat.
Other people not respecting the rules and smoking *not rhe managements fault* they try hard to monitor this.

would like to compliment your entire staff for being so professional. With smile on their faces, they have been really very impressive in their service. And I would like to visit your hotel again for this outstanding experience.
