Check-in to the hotel is at a different location than the hotel itself. It will help more if the check-in staff can provide more detail information on how to reach the hotel from Kyoto station by Kyoto bus. Will help to have more details on which bus line to take and also in which platform in Kyoto station to take the bus such that one won't take the bus to go to the wrong direction like I have done.

お部屋がきれいで、広さも十分でした。法事に出席するため、一族で4部屋借りたのですが、そのうちのスーペリアツインルームに集まって、UNOをして盛り上がることができたのが、良い思い出です。 洗濯機と洗濯洗剤、お風呂場にはピンチ付きハンガーなどまで置いてあり、至れり尽くせりです。 タクシーも、タクシーGOアプリで呼べば、すぐに来てくれて、便利でした。 奈良や神戸まで遊びに行ったため、忙しかったので、お隣の西本願寺にお参りできなかったのが悔やまれます。 次回は、観光で泊って、西本願寺はじめ、京都の良いところもぶらぶらしてみたいです。 お世話になりました。

お掃除もとてもよくしてくださっていたのですが、唯一、お風呂のドアのサンの上にホコリが溜まっていました（思わずティッシュで掃除しました）。 宿泊施設は清潔感が命と思いますので、ここもサッとお掃除してくださると、最高です。

It was far away from Kyoto’s main activities and tourist sights (approx 45min walk to Gion and the centre) and 15-20min walk to train stations. Walls/floors not completely sound proof (can hear people moving upstairs)

El alojamiento era bastante amplio lo cual es logico por el precio, tambien tenia cocina lo cual era un puntazo.

Decia que ofrecía plancha para la ropa de manera gratuita incluso en carteles en el propio alojamiento pero en el momento de preguntar dijeron que no tenian. También el personal era ausente, nunca se encontraba en el mostrador y no se podia contactar con ellos al momento

The location was great, situated near restaurants, bakeries, and more within a 10 minute walk. Close to a beautiful temple. About 15 minutes walk from Kyoto station, as well as two other local train stations, which was very convenient! We were traveling with an infant during extremely hot and humid weather, and needed to minimize time spent outside. The staff were all extremely helpful, including helping us book restaurant reservations, fill our luggage forwarding slips, and more. Very responsive to messages as well. The room sizes were fantastic, especially because we needed space for a pack n play and other baby items. Would absolutely recommend, and would happily stay here again!

We had 2 connected rooms that was great for a family. Each apartment had a washing machine a microwave and small fridge. Really Clean.

It is about 15 min walking from Kyoto station. It can feel a long walking distance with suitcases.

Very nice, quiet and comfy place, with.the right amenities, for a sightseeing or working and short term stay. Kind personnel. Good transport services near.

The nearest convenience store is 500m away.

- Washing machine (+ dryer in the bathroom) and kitchen appliances were as advertised. - Comfortable double bed.

- No table, no chairs. We plead our case with the (polite) staff but to no avail. We ate thus our breakfasts standing above the kitchen' sink during our 2-day stay. - Our daughter slept in the convertible sofa bed (sitting probably where the table and chairs were supposed to be) which felt as comfortable as a dolmen. - Substandard dinnerware (a few cardboard plates and plastic cups...) and insignificant kitchenware.

Great location, separate toilet and shower is convenient. You can leave luggage and have it delivered to the room, it was very nice. Staff are great, we got there late for check in and someone waited for us. Quiet area.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

The room was very spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on since I got to Japan. The desk was large enough that both my partner and I could work at it. The kitchen had all the basic tools necessary but nothing extra (there was one pan, one pot, a spatula, ladle, peeler and cutlery). They provided us some laundry soap to use. The drying fan in the bathroom is very efficient for drying your clothes, I was very appreciative they provided hangers to hang the laundry there. It was nice to have enough room to hang the laundry as well. There were some really nice cafes around (I recommend Good Time Coffee).

There was no dish soap and the bowls provided were paper bowls, I feel like ceramic bowls would have been more useful as we could have washed and reused them. The hot water needed to be turned on which took a bit to figure out but there are instructions in the book (I just missed that when I first read it!). The location is a bit out of the way from the main tourist attractions but it is in a nice neighborhood. We were on the first floor so we didn't get much natural light from the window. All small issues though, overall a nice apartment.

There was plenty of space. Everything was clean. There was a small balcony space (no smoking, including vaporisers). Soft pillows. Good size bathroom.

Was a little far from the station, but there were plenty of bus stops nearby, and only around 30 minutes walk to Nishiki market. The plates were a little small, but manageable.
