Sarah was an exceptional host. She provided a lovely simple breakfast for us. The room was a good size and it was exceptionally clean. We loved the view over the lawn and fruit trees to the mountains and seeing a bit of the lake. It was just gorgeous.

home made granola and jams included. milk, yogurt, orange juice and bread in the fridge. alternative almond or soy milk upon request (request in advance).
I like that there was also a little rice cooker, I was able to cook veggies and make a hot meal.

The view was incredible and the location was convenient yet quiet. Sarah’s homemade slice was delicious and I wish there was more 😂 the amenities were modern and clean and just so cosy

Breakfast was incredibly so good. I think the host have a talent in baking and cooking. The room is new and very tidy. Highly reccomended to everybody. Sooo lucky We had a chance to stay in Murchison View studio. The view in our studio is very relaxing with a good view.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was peaceful, in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with lovely views. The studio was a great size for two people, the bed was super comfortable, the shower had hot running water with great pressure & was spacious, appreciated the heated towel rail & toiletries. We were pleasantly surprised that continental breakfast was supplied, which included homemade muesli which was so delicious & we were so surprised to be given some baking as well which was DIVINE!! Also were surprised to come home from the day hiking to see our bed made, fresh towels supplied & dishes cleaned! These extra touches are so appreciated & really made our stay so much more enjoyable.

Location was perfect! 8 minute drive to downtown Te Anau where you can find all the restaurants. Get on a bus for a tour to Doubtful sound or Milford sound. The view and area were beautiful!
Breakfast is a very simple continental breakfast.

John was very accomodating throughout our stay! Our room was serviced everyday of our stay which was such an added bonus. Thank you to Sarah too for the baked goodies! We had such a comfortable stay, studio was spotless clean and had everything we need for our entire stay. Beautiful views too!

Lovely room with stunning views. The shower was amazing, everything was spotless and hosts couldn't be more helpful. Throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone going to Te anau.

A lovely place to stay. Hosts John and Sarah were both lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The gardens and landscape are beautiful. Breakfast in the morning was a great idea :) Everything was really tidy and Netflix was a bonus! Thank you for letting us enjoy the property and having us stay 🥰
