Cosy Cottage in Central Paihia
Accogliente, accogliente, piccolo cottage a pianta aperta nel centro di Paihia con bar, ristoranti, supermercati, panetteria e Warf tutti a 5 minuti a piedi.
Cucina completamente attrezzata e bagno privato con doccia. Un climatizzatore Heatpump assicura comfort durante tutto l'anno.
Il grande cortile soleggiato è perfetto per colazione, pranzo o un bicchiere di vino in estate, e un barbecue a gas è disponibile per il vostro uso.
Il cottage si trova dietro la casa principale, con parcheggio direttamente adiacente ad esso. Il cottage, il parcheggio e il cortile privato si trovano in una zona pianeggiante in cima a un vialetto leggermente ripido. La modalità di guida è facilmente gestibile a piedi e buona per far circolare la circolazione, ma il comodo parcheggio facilita la guida se si preferisce.
La base ideale per visitare Waitangi Treaty Grounds (a 20 minuti a piedi o 5 minuti in auto con abbondanza di parcheggio presso il Treaty Grounds) o esplorare la Bay of Islands.
Prenotazione gratuita per alcuni dei maggiori tour e crociere (sconti per alcuni). Il tour di Cape Reinga ha un punto di raccolta lungo la strada; Le crociere partono da Warf - a 5 minuti a piedi.

the cozy cottage lived up to its name and was everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Paihia. lovely pictures and historic photos of Paihia. Easy walking distance to the shops even in heavy wind and rain. Really enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and raindrops on the roof. Will be back in summer so we can wander down to the beach!

Enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. Very cozy and comfortable. Location was perfect! We were able to walk all of Paihia and right down to the wharf within a few minutes.

A lovely little cottage for our stay. Ideally located to walk into town. Basically ten minutes to all the shops, bars, restaurants etc.

clean, tidy, comfortable and warm ,once the heat pump did it's good job .I did find the cottage rather dark. but it certainly has some character .Very central, so able to walk to Treaty grounds as well as up the road for nice bush walk and views.My sinuses were not compatable with the jasmine growing outside .Pretty but unhelpful

The cottage, location, and host were all perfect. This is a SUPERB Paihia Place to stay. Close to everything (walkable) but just up the street far enough to be very quiet and restful after a day exploring.

Reverse-cycle heating was very effective for our winter stay (nice bedding, too). Tidy cottage just a short stroll into the centre of Paihia!

Great character location in Paihia
Lovely little cottage full of character. Very quiet but centrally located. Also nice and warm with the heater in May, and probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in apart from my own! Will definitely be looking to book here again the next time we come. Recommended.

Perfect place in Paihia
We didn’t want to leave this lovely cottage! Peaceful and comfortable. We especially enjoyed nodding off to the calls of the morepork at night and waking up to the birdsong. The courtyard was wonderfully sunny. Thanks again Rob and Corrine. We hope to be back.

Great location for a couple
This property is well suited for a couple, so close to center of Everything, wasnt expensive so peaceful n quiet, cottage was clean spotless n lovely will definately book here again.

A great break away
We had a great 10 days in Paihia. Accommodation was perfect for us (although did bring along another small fridge to cater for the long period there). We had also brought our kayaks and bikes so we were great full there was plenty of space to store them when not in use. Corinne and Rob were great hosts, who made us feel very welcome.

Pahia Cottage
We loved the Pahia Cottage! It was cozy, well-appointed with a fully functioning kitchen and an easy 2-minute walk to downtown Pahia. Of the 5 places we stayed in NZ this was our favorite. The owner was bright and cheerful, helpful and respectful of our privacy.

What a great private cottage. Location was great with only a 3 minute walk to town and handy to everything.
So cute and peaceful, lovely outdoors area for drinks or meals. Love the touches of fairy lights that come on each evening. Good parking for the car too.

A very comfortable stay for the two of us, the location was perfect as we did not have a car so having everything within walking distance was a real win. The facilities were all in good condition and had been recently cleaned when we arrived. It was a nice, peaceful cottage which was very private despite sharing a driveway with other accommodation. We had an awesome time here and would heartily recommend it to anyone interested in Paihia!

Location, location, location.
Location, location, location. Can't beat the two minute walk to the wharf, restaurants and beaches.
The cottage was clean, spacious and had all necessities. Bonus was the off-street parking next to the cottage. The town gets quite busy and parking can be tricky then.
