Location was great and convenient to the Las Vegas Strip. We were visiting to go to a hockey game and it was a very easy walk to the stadium. The hotel, itself was comfortable and safe. They had a great breakfast too.

I didn't like the the curtain/shade broke and we had a bright light shining in our room all night. If it would've happened earlier, I'm sure we could've gotten someone to fix it, but it happened as we were trying to go to bed.

The bathroom door from the shower was not clean

Close to the Allegient stadium if you are seeing a concert/game. 15 minutes walk to the strip which was good because we didnt want to stay on the strip. Clean rooms on arrival. Great reception staff. Free laundry, gym, pool. Great Breakfast which was also free. Quiet area, would stay again.

The rooms did not get cleaned at all while we were there. We stayed for 5 nights and didnt get a clean once. We asked for towels and they said we had to request them at reception even though the cleaner had some on the trolley. We said hello to one of the cleaners and she just ignored us. We ran out of toilet paper because the rooms werent getting cleaned. The hallway was full of rubbish because people were just cleaning out their own rooms and dumping the rubbish bags into the hallway.This was the only thing I didnt like about this place, we cleaned our own room anyway and no big deal.

The breakfast was really good and the staff members were so friendly and helpful!

The sofa bed had some food smashed on it and the extra pillow they had was kind of gross.

The hotel meets most expectations. Pet friendly.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The breakfast was also nice. The beds were comfortable

The carpet was stained and dingy. The sofa and chairs a bit worn and tattered. The room service / housekeeping service was subpar. Out of the 4 night stay we received 1 day of housekeeping service. Ran out of towels and toilet paper and shower gel. We had to go to the front desk and complain and ask for towels and toilet paper. The next day still not serviced. The front Desk attendant Patrick came up to service our room. Patrick was exceptional. He was super friendly and welcoming. He deserves a gold medal for his service. He is a keeper for Hilton for sure. Without his kindness the stay would have been a complete washout.

I have much appreciation for hotels that advertise as "pet friendly" and actually accept CATS! THANK YOU!! I was moving across country and needed somewhere to sleep between driving. Not vacation, strictly utilitarian. Much appreciation!

Very easy to check in, the parking was easy and the location was fantastic. The rooms were BIG!

Big room with everything included: nice beds, big bathroom, kitchenette, big fridge, freezer, even a dishwasher. Nice city view. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast, pool, fitness, washing machines, pet friendly. Very nice staff.

I love it’s location to be able to walk to the strip, and also the stadium the next day. The free breakfast is also so filling.

Breakfast was on time. Omelette and sausage was pretty good. Coffee station was always pretty stocked. Lots of seating .

No shuttle bus to airport anymore, without sending message to let us know. The only reason I chose this hotel is because the shuttle bus, that make me so disappointed. If they can let us know before we check in that will be better.

The location was perfect, near to Strip and all the clubs we went to, uber was pretty cheap. The room was big. the staff was amazing, asking us what kind of room we would like and also taking care of our luggage after our check out so we could go party a little bit more.

I’d recommend free lactose products in the breakfast.

The bathrooms didn’t have locks which was very rare in a hotel.
