Very convenient to Bridgestone Arena

Had to pay for everything nothing included,parking was 50 dollars a day.

It was located in the downtown area, I liked that without room key no one can access the elevator.

I didn’t think it was close to the strip or area to walk with kids to view the fireworks. The pool was small, not many restaurants/food options close by. They had golf cart access to get dropped off at strip but a long wait time. WiFi connection on 8th floor was horrible

Great location with a short walk to Broadway. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast cafe was nice.

We booked and paid for City view room, but didn't get it. We queried this with front desk staff but they were not interested in helping us. This was very disappointing. Wifi in the room simply didn't work. We got staff up to the room twice and it was fixed, but then dropped out again after less than an hour each time. Unfortunately, the floor also had very poor network coverage and we had to go to the lobby every time to use our phones. We only realised on the 3rd day that, unless you specifically call and request, nobody comes to your room to clean it, make the bed, empty bins or anything else. Overall, we felt we paid a lot (US300 per night) and got very little other than a nice room.

Good location nice facilities and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean bed comfortable. Would definitely recommend .

Restaurants was not open when I arrived, a coffee shop in lobby wold be nice.

The hotel was nice and up to date

I was charged 400 too much and was told sorry you should see a refund in 5-7 days. When the trip was just for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary. The money we budgeted for the trip was taken by the hotel so we stayed in the room the whole time
