The rooms are nice and big. The staff is friendly and its a great location.

They could have include some more options for Vegetarian Breakfast given that Shanghai is an International Hub with various travelers from across the world. But over all, the stay was a pleasant one.

The hotel staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is very spacious. It is suitable for business traveller who wish to attend trade fair at the Shanghai Trade Fair.

It was extremely disappointed that I was not able to use my American Express Card in an international brand hotel. The hotel manager has well explained the situation as their POS system has change recently and no longer accept American Express Card. But it has cause me huge inconvenience. I was not expect a world brand hotel does not take such a common international bank card. It was such a struggle for me as I was plan to use the business bank card.

The rooms are amazing and the future of hotel rooms! so spacious and the duplex is just fabulous.

I tend to rate hotels (as does Larry David) on the mini bar. you have a huge fridge in the room why don’t you fill it with some cold drinks and snacks? it’s all I wanted when I arrived. The air con was a waste of time. i put it on cool in the bedroom as I like a cold room. the temp was 23. when I went back an hour later the temp was 25. I considered sleeping at the balcony door! Please consider even though it’s winter some guests might want a cool room.

The room was really spacious (duplex), quiet, with very nice decoration (including some solid wood furniture), well kept and extremely clean. There was a balcony with view on a small canal and a compound of villas. The distance from nearest metro station mentioned in Booking.com website (1 km) does not correspond to reality, while the walking time to National Exhibition Center mentioned in the hotel website (25-30 minutes) is accurate. Location is convenient for National Exhibition Center and Hongqiao airport/railway station, but quite far from city center.

No relevant issues. Maybe scanning machines need some maintenance: reception staff tried three of them before being able to scan my passport... :)

The suite was really big and very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and the location was perfect. Definitely recommended - I’ll be back there again!

The suite is huge!!!! Location is good too, many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The location is great . Its very close to Lidoway where you have many restaurants and bars . Also, very close to the Expo.

The structure of the hotel is weird . Everyone can look into everyones room at close proximity and so you really have to have your curtains drawn at all times. Even the structure of the room is uncomfortable .The staff spoke very little english and lastly the swimming pool was closed.

Nothing nice!

Let’s start with the longest check-in of my life and the receptionist who doesn’t speak English at all. Breakfast very basic and the smell of fried can feel it from the lift.. swimming pool dismissed and damaged. Gym facility I guess is managed by third party and not reserves to hotel guest only. Room not really clean especially around the shower were the wall were all yellowish. I will never walk again into this place. Price super expensive. Totally disappointed
