The vibe of the apartament and a location was great. Communication with the host was also great The building was beautiful with a liitle garden space inside.

We had a little problem with the amount of hot water on our first day. But it was only once at night

Ausencia de ascensor.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien. Das Wetter war fast unerträglich 33+ jeden Tag. Tortzdem war es in der Wohnung (in der Nacht) gut auszuhalten. Tipp: Wenn man das Schlafzimmerfenster und auch die restlichen Fenster der Wohnung öffnet, entsteht ein wunderbar kühlender Luftzug der die Nacht sehr angenehm macht.

Sie könnte etwas liebevoller eingerichtet sein aber das war für uns überhaupt kein Problem. Alles andere hat gepasst, wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl.

posizione ottima, dall'appartamento si raggiunge facilmente qualsiasi posto. tutto grazie alla ramificata rete di trasporto pubblico. i mezzi sono puntuali e puliti. altro punto a favore è la presenza di riscaldamenti all'interno dell'appartamento veramente molto efficienti ma anche la possibilità di bere l'acqua direttamente dal rubinetto poiché potabile.

non era esplicitamente scritto (anche errore mio) che l'appartamento si trovasse al terzo piano senza ascensore. e dopo intere giornate a camminare non è carino fare 3 piani a piedi. ma alla fine siamo rimasti soddisfatti

Close to the city centre

Mold in the bathroom, no mosquito net, electric stove didn't work.

Good central location, near to many restaurants and close to public transport. Its an old building with some recent renovations, so we had good mix of historical feelings and modern amenities.

A couple of wooden planks in flooring near couch were making some creaking noise whenever you walk over those.

The house was located 2 minutes away from the tram, which we used to access everywhere! There were nice backerei's to have breakfast, and nice cafes.. the house, the beds, the sheets were comfortable. We used the refrigerator, wifi, tap, stove, and the washing machine. The beds and the towels were clean. The directions to the house were perfectly given. There was no elevator, but wasnt a problem since it was on the 3rd floor. The house was hot enough for 0 degrees outside.

The shower, sink, and the toilet were dirty as if someone shaved right before we came in, or used the toilet :( we had to clean it all over. The floors were clean but dirt was sweapt under the sink. We could see the dirt when we looked under. Wasnt disgusting, but wasnt pleasing either. Also the owner did not return messages quick enough.
