Relaxed Margate cottage, minutes from the beach!
Questa tre camere da letto (sei posti letto) cottage è allegro, recentemente ristrutturato e fornirà una base ideale per una vacanza a Margate! Con una grande camera da letto matrimoniale e due con letti singoli, che cercherà di soddisfare per la maggior parte tutte le età e dispone di una spaziosa cucina e soggiorno. La cucina dispone di ampio spazio di lavoro, un piano cottura a cinque fuochi (e Pepsi luce!) ed è completamente attrezzata - con un tavolo per sei persone o più. Il soggiorno può ospitare sette con TV, DVD, stereo, ecc Un privato, soleggiata terrazza giardino a lato è l'ideale per barbecue estivi e anche per lo stoccaggio sicuro per le biciclette. La casa è una (vivace) 5/8 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e Margate spiaggia - ed è anche vicino alle spiagge Cliftonville. Gli autobus per Ramsgate, Broadstairs e Canterbury fermano nelle vicinanze e ci sono 2 (!) supermercati a pochi passi.

The house offered excellent value for money. It was was presentable and clean with all basic amenities covered. It's location was excellent for a quick walk into the centre of Margate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accomodation!

We had a lovely time at this house in Margate. Plenty of space for our family, a lovely sunny yard and in a great location for easily accessing Margate Old Town and the beach. It was really excellent value for a summer trip.

Booking in communication great, cottage local to supermarket NEAR old town and sea front, actual area a bit run down but much quieter than expected.
Although the cottage was lovely and had a good feeling great there is a dishwasher and washing machine it certainly needs a spring clean but turned a blind eye for the week . Enjoyed time there plenty big enough for 5/6 people could do with another sun bed only 1 between 5 of us but on the whole enjoyed holiday

Comfortable stay in Margate
We had a great time staying here for a weekend in Margate. It was a clean, comfortable and cosy place to come back to after spending the day at a festival at Dreamland.
Everything was within walking distance and communications were easy.

Short family seaside break
Fantastically well appointed, home from home. Host has catered for every eventuality. Located close to the beachfront and town with its myriad of entertainment and dining options. Also affords a good base for touring further afield in Kent. The only downside for us was the lack of nearby parking upon arrival. We would heartily recommend and hope to return in the near future.

Perfect location!!
The location of the house is perfect. It's really close to the old town, the best pubs, galleries, and antique and vintage stores. We loved the house and the outdoor space and felt so at home. The step at the kitchen entrance, however, was too steep for my 12-year old dog as his legs aren't working like they used to. It's the easiest way to get to the back patio. Fortunately, we figured out a way to get our dog back there! We love Margate, and staying at Peter's house made our visit even better!

Lovely Margate Stay
This place felt like a home away from home! It had everything that we needed. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is located very close to the beach and town centre. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful, quirky house minutes from the sea.
Beautiful. The location is perfect, the courtyard garden was perfect for restful evenings. The bath was my favourite part of the house, it is huge. There were a few issues, personal to my health but would recommend this house to anyone listening.

Delightful holiday home in the heart of Margate
Very comfortable sunny house with a lovely seaside vibe.
Would have been good to know in advance that one room was in the basement and was darker and cooler than the others. However our teen loved it! Access for an older member of the group was difficult.though.
Overall very well appointed house.The flowers on arrival were a nice touch.

Great location, well equipped accommodation.
Really seamless experience, Pete contacted us with details for checking in before we arrived. There was information about local facilities and attractions available at the house. The property was spacious, clean and well equipped for our family, 2 adults, 2 teens and an 8 year old. We thought a lack of a wi-fi might be problematic for the kids but with a beach and park in close proximity they didn't mind. I liked the artwork around the house and we enjoyed having an outside space to sit. We found parking on the street without difficulty, and plenty of shops nearby. A really good location, I'd recommend this property. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely house in Margate with all the kitchen equipment you’ll need. Great outside space for relaxing after a day on the beach or shopping in the old town and Clifftonville. The BBQ was a great bonus as the weather was kind to us. We highly recommend Peters place and would love to return again next year.

Really close to the beach, with the best equipped kitchen I've ever had at a homestay.
Kids loved their basement bedroom, and us mums loved the sun trap decking area.

Great holiday home

Lovely house
Have just returned from a week stay at this property with my children the property has a large kitchen and living room with 3 bedrooms all are a good size and 2 toilets which is good when there is a family the kitchen has everything you need with a large table that all the family can sit down and eat together my favourite room in the house also a lovely outside space with table and chairs which is nice to sit out in the evening and holds the sun throughout the day. Supermarket and shops at the top of the road beach within walking distance. This really is a fantastic property so much so I will definitely be returning next year .

Comfy and roomy
We really enjoyed our stay in your house and Margate. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and big family sized table. All the rooms comfortable and it worked well to have bedrooms spread out as the baby didn’t disturb anyone except his parents. Thanks
