Poster property for a Santorini stay! This beautiful and well equipped villa is perfectly located. Quiet, but with plenty around to do. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view! Prior to our trip, Stelios worked with us to order arrival provisions, make reservations for a sunset boating outing, and arrange airport transfers. Christos was our driver throughout our stay and took us on a winery tour focusing on 3 small wineries. The property was clean and as described. We could not have found a better accommodation for our group’s week-long stay.

We stayed in Santorini Villa the week of my daughters wedding and it was the most amazing experience we could have wished for. The villa is everything that is advertised and more. The location is perfect with supermarkets and even a deli not a 100 yards away. And as for the views, spectacular. Fira was only a short walk away or if you preferred a taxi,that was easy too. I would highly recommend this property for the most memorable vacation.

We loved Villa Santorini! Unbelievable views. Our kids loved the plung pool! Very close to coffee, bakery, gyros, convenience shops. Easy 10 minute walk downhill to Fira. Easy to get everywhere on the island. No tour bus crowds here. The cleaning staff came everyday to make beds and tidy up. The owner and property managers are amazing! They are more like a concierge service helping to plan every detail months in advance. They made so many recommendations and they made many reservation’s for us too. They booked all our transfers and made our time in Santorini so easy to navigate. I highly recommend this Villa and Santorini too! We can not wait to go back.

Our stay was amazing. The location made getting to Thera and Fira by foot and restaurants and supermarkets were only a few steps away. Property management was extremely responsive and seamlessly and easily took care of any and all last minute requests.

A fantastic place to stay with a family in Santorini. Imerovigli is a brilliant place to stay, away from the cruise ships at Fira and with better views. The Villa is wonderful, great first impression and even better to spend the week there. One of the few properties with a genuinely private pool and sitting areas. And at the same time providing one of the best views on the island. Easy to stay without needing a car and then rent for a day or two for longer excursions. The three big bedrooms are beautiful and loads of extra space, for the whole family to relax. Pool was great. And the hosts were impeccable- very friendly, extremely responsive and very helpful with quick advice on restaurants, boats etc. We loved the holiday.

We had a fantastic time in this property. The location was perfect with an unbelievable view of the Caldera. It was great to lounge in the pool and peer out over the cliff side houses. The advance help we received was great and the staff made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a wonderful trip. We often used the team to set up taxi service or restaurant reservations which was very helpful. Overall it was a spectacular location and very well maintained.

Great location in Imerovigli away from the hustle of Fira and Oia. Views and outdoor space is incredible. One of few private villas amidst other hotels on the caldera. Spacious villa. Daily housekeeping huge plus. House managers were very responsive and helpful prior to our visit and during with reservations, activity recommendations and any questions. Great experience and would highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things. The communication with property managers was fantastic. Santorini is even more beautiful than we expected. We loved how quiet Imerovigli is compared to Fira and Oia. Can't wait to come back.

Pictures dont give justice to this property. Imerovigli is the place place to stay on the island. It is perfectly located, the views you get from 3 different outdoor sittings on the property are marvelous. The team communicated with us perfectly. the owners were wonderful. They helped arrange transportation for us up the villa and met us upon arrival with lots of great info about the area. They also showed up as we were leaving to make sure everything went smoothly. The location is incredible. It is just below the walking route from Fira to Oia and has the best views of the caldera. There are some small grocery stores, restaurants, gelato, a car rental and a bus stop within a 2 minute walk. The property is unique because it is literally built into the side of the land. Therefore, the layout is a bit funky. The outside spaces are incredible!!!!

To stay in a "cave house" overlooking Santorini's caldera is a dream I and my friends have had for years. This house fulfills that dream! Hundreds of years old, yet cleverly adapted as much as possible to modern life, the views are superb. The three bedrooms are all very different: one "cave" bedroom functions as a master suite with a sitting area and attached bath. One is a flight up the house's private exterior stairway - smaller, with attached bath and killer view. The third is a cave bedroom that opens onto the common area for living/dining and has a bathroom reached by going outdoors a few steps adjacent to the pool. That was the room my spouse and I shared: we are the early risers so having the bedroom adjacent to the common area was no problem, and the house supplies bathrobes so commuting out to the bathroom at night was not a problem - more of an adventure. The house managers Stelios and Vasiliki were superb. Stelios recommended and made a first night dinner reservation at the best restaurant I have ever eaten at: Esperisma. He responded speedily to an electrical problem we had in one of the bedrooms. He recommended an excellent local tour guide: Christos of Black Pearl tours. He made sure our pre-arrival grocery order was filled, and Vasiliki met us at check in and again at check out to help with our bags. I feel that Santorini is, like Venice, being "loved to death". If you visit, this villa can be a sanctuary from the tourist hubbub - you can relax and watch the ships come and go and the world go by while being close to everything. Highly recommend.

The property is wonderful, clean, large, perfectly located if one wants to be in Imerovigli, the heart of Santorini sunny experience. Wonderful communication with owners and with local administrator of the property. We consider coming back in the future.

Perfect location and breathtaking view. The house manager, Vanda, ensured that all our needs were met. She provided excellent tour recommendations and made all the arrangements for us. House cleaner came daily to keep the home in excellent condition. The house was spacious, the air conditioning in all the rooms was strong. Absolutely perfect holiday!

We stayed with a total of three couples which I think is the max but you definitely could sleep two more outside the Master suite if a family is involved. Our cave house was well equipped and was the perfect size for us.Vanda the House manager was terrific.! She helped us with restaurant reservations as well as tour reservations. She also set up a wine tour with Chris’s who was great. He not only took us to 3 wineries but on an adventure to the top of Santorini. We did rent a car and went to Oia EARLY before the cruise ships. We loved our stay in Santorini. The Villa location was perfect and Ms. Vanda is amazing with her suggestions of tours and restaurants. This Villa and our trip was a dream come true and great for our family after the hectic pace of Athens.

The location of the villa is in a very nice part of Santorini where the views are phenomenal. You are within walking distance to Fira. Lots of great restaurants are just steps away. The house is easy to access from the main path so you are not having to climb excessive stairs to get there. It does have stairs that you need to descend to get to the main part of the house, but that's so you can take in the view of the caldera. There is a lovely outdoor table where we had dinner one night with a private chef - highly recommend. Vanda the manager is a dream and takes care of any questions or reservations etc that you may need. The main house is nice with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The air conditioning worked great. There is a third room upstairs with a small bath. We also used the single bed that was connected to the masters bedroom so we could sleep 6 comfortably. Housekeeping comes every day. The pool is nice with views of the caldera. We will definitely seek out this house next time we are in Santorini. As far as the island , be prepared to have steps and rough roads. Heels or wedges are not advisable-good sandals and tennis shoes are a must. Even if you think you will be getting vans or taxi's the parking lots and paths to get to the main roads are rocky and uneven throughout the island. We were there for a wedding and everyone had to wear flats until we got to the wedding venue. We loved all the meals we had in Santorini especially the one with the private chef. It was nice to be in an area of Santorini that was not as congested as Fira. The cruise ships come in to Fira with a lot of tourist. I liked walking there and coming back to the quiet of the house. There are stores nearby for buying snacks, wines, water etc. Since this was our first time to Greece - we were surprised to find that all the islands have poor septic systems so you can't flush any paper. This is why it is nice to have daily housekeeping plus she brings fresh towels. Another nice thing to do while on the island is a wine tour. We also had Vanda arrange a transport to and from the airport which was well worth it and very helpful.

Nice facilities but upstairs bathroom was very small and inadequate shower! Nice location,great view! Vanda was very helpful! Advertised as having washer/dryer-no dryer-clothesline! Overall experience very good-enjoyed it!

Such a nice location and close enough to walk to and from Fira for the moderate walker. If renting a car, parking can be an issue. The villa itself is nice. It is great for 3 couples or a family with older kids. The kitchen is stocked for basic dinners but manageable. Always had hot water for showers which was great. Pressure wasn’t excessive but then again you are in Santorini so it was all good. Vanda the villa receptionist was wonderful and easy to understand and offered excessive ideas and such. Also was great to help with a photographer for us😀�. The place was cleaned daily and we never had any issues with maintenance. Plenty of places to eat and shop for everything you need. All in all it is a great place to stay.

Myself and 5 friends stayed 5 nights in this villa in Santorini to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was the perfect place to do it! Santorini is stunning and Imerovigli is a great location as not as busy as Oia, but easy to get around to other restaurants and shops. The view from the villa is stunning and we loved the pool days and nights. The place is perfect for 6 people with a separate room upstairs and two bedrooms in the main unit. Susan and John, the owners, and Vanda, the property manager were very attentive and helpful in planning the trip and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommended this place for a party this size. Such a memorable vacation! Thank you Susan, John, and Vanda! We’ll be back!

We loved our stay at Villa Santorini! First, no pictures can really show how incredible the view is from this property. It will take you breath away when you see it, I'm not kidding. The accommodations worked very well for our family of four. Comfortable beds and cool AC. The property is a short walk from the drop off in Imerovigli, not to many stairs. Also, several excellent restaurants close by. We enjoyed the 30 walk to Fira each morning. The property manager gave great recommendations for dinners and activities. One small issue at check in was resolved quickly. What else can I say? We can't wait to return!

I booked this house/villa for my clients, who have done nothing but rave about it! They are so happy! Jaw dropping views and just perfect in every way. Vanda, the house manager, was very helpful and a delight! Vanda had arranged for a chef to come one evening and give a cooking class - this was one of their highlights of the trip! She also booked a wonderful beach club. The villa is gorgeous and the location can't be beat! I would definitely recommend staying here when looking to go to Santorini! Everything was PERFECT and all went home with plans to return again!
