La ubicación es buena, aunque está justo en una intersección, tiene la calle Bukit Bintang justo al lado.

La habitación no tiene ventanas. El lavabo estaba atascado, vinieron a desatascarlo y dejaron todo sucio.

Worst receptionist I’ve seen in my life. Extremely rude. Asked me to leave the booking and the hotel as she wanted me to pay deposit upfront but wasn’t accepting card and I didn’t have any local currency at morning 6am.

It was very near to the monorail station. Besides it is also nearby to many malls which are only within short walking distance.

I can hear the noises of cars in my room, but it doesn't affect the overall experience of staying there because we are not in the room most of the time.

Te dejan guardar las maletas gratis antes del check in y después del check out. Su ubicación esta bien ya que se encuentra cerca del mercado nocturno y hay muchos bares donde comer o cenar

Pedimos información turística para hacer excursiones y no sabían ayudarnos (aunque lo intentaron, creo). No limpian las habitaciones ni te dan toallas limpias por dia. Para una noche esta bien pero para varios días no lo aconsejo. Pedimos toallas limpias por la noche (pagándolas) y nos dijeron que no podia ser, que por la mañana nos la llevarían. La recepción del hotel muy sucia también.

Bed sheet is very very dusty. Please clean the bed sheet properly and ask housekeeping the clean it. So many dust and have someone else “hair”. So disgusting.

The location is great. The room and the bathroom clean. Tha staff very friendly.

Only the location of the hotel was good and rest all other things were really pathetic and disappointing.

Staff at the reception was very very rude and had no idea how to communicate with the guests. Staff was not at all trained for the hospitality service. The room was very very small with barely any space left for walking as all the space was occupied by the single bed and a tiny table chair set. Hot water dispenser was not working on the floor on which I was staying so every time when there was a requirement for hot water for making coffee, there was a need to go to some other floor where hot water dispenser was working. No electric kettle was provided in the room. Only a thermal flask was provided in the room. There was no window in the room but there was a window at the end of the gallery of each floor, which was a source of a lot of noise from vehicles passing nearby. Overall a highly disappointing stay and I would not recommend it to anyone looking forward for the stay in this property. There is a lot to be compromised just to save some money.
