Ottimo soggiorno in questa casetta confortevole e ben arredata situata molto vicino al centro di Epérnay. La comunicazione con Nicolas è stata facilissima e molto utile, lui è stato sempre gentile e disponibile e mai invadente. Gli spazi all'interno sono più che gradevoli, il salotto ha un bel divano e la tv con i canali on demand, la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per prepararsi i pasti e c'è anche una macchina del caffè espresso. La camera ha anche un soppalco con un altro letto matrimoniale, potrebbe ospitare tranquillamente 4 persone. Il bagno è stretto ma ben organizzato, più che accettabile. Anche se non c'è aria condizionata la casa è fresca e ci siamo stati benissimo. E' molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza alla via principale. Parcheggio gratuito lungo la via proprio di fronte alla casa. Wifi gratis incluso. La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima Avenue de Champagne. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo in questa zona molto cara della Francia. Quando torneremo da queste parti speriamo di poter soggiornare ancora in questo appartamento carino e comodo. Tutto ok, unico appunto avevamo solo 1 asciugamano a testa per 4 notti di soggiorno per tutto, doccia, capelli, viso ecc, decisamente troppo poco (ma pare che sia un'usanza comune in Francia). Nicola ha garantito che provvederà diversamente in futuro.

Locatie op een paar 100 meter van het centrum met restaurants en winkels, dus super. Het pand lag aan een weg die wel heel erg druk was dus veel geluidsoverlast. Maar verder was het prima!

We mistten een kledingkast om onze kleding op te hangen.

V close to town. The bedroom is deliciously dark at night so we slept wonderfully. It was a very nice stay. The host was very quick with communication.

If you are over 6 foot my husband would say the bed downstairs is quite short. We didn't try the other bed. There was only one loo roll, which was odd, and fortunate that it only ran out the morning that we left.

Location on of the roads - gets noisy.

The location so close to the CBD. The bed was comfortable and the decor was bright.

It was a long narrow apartment with a window at the front and skylight over the bedroom at the back so was quite dark. Missed a balcony to sit outside.

It was a lovely cosy little place with everything you need and so close to town everything was walkable from here and Nicholas gave valuable information in regards to bike hire and things to do in Épernay

very good central location for a cheap price in Epernay.

the apartment is directly at the Main Street, so it is quite loud in the night and we were woken up sometimes from the car noises.

cold room,not very clean,sheets not iron,toilet in other room not heat it!
