We loved the apartment, it is very clean, comfortable and stylish and with a fab location and we even liked the lovely old staircase as it helped justify all the lovely food and champagne we indulged in. We parked outside very easily as well as yes the secure underground parking. Thank you very much.

It was all lovely, the 3 flights of stairs might be challenging for some people, but they were no problem for us.

the property is a couple of blocks away from Avenue De Champagne. The property is fully furnished, kitchen equipped nicely, and a washing machine. It is located up 3 flights of stairs. There is a bakery downstairs for convenient breakfast.

The apartment is very nice, with lots of room, natural light and great views. The location is perfect, walking distance from everywhere. A great patisserie downstairs. The staff is great. A very convenient washing machine and everything you need in the kitchen. The parking lot is very close to the apartment.

It was not a problem for us, but be aware that the apartment is an a third floor and there is no elevator.

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and (apart from lack of air-conditioning and wider bedroom curtains) well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. The owner is very attentive and helpful.

It was not a problem for us, in late-september, but the lack of air-conditioning could be a problem in the summer. The bedroom curtains do not fully cover the windows and let in a lot of light. These are the reasons I have marked down the facilities a little. Street noise might be a problem for some people. And it should be noted that the apartment is up three longish flights of stairs; definitely not suited to anyone with mobility problems.

Perfect location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and Avenue de Champagne. Lovely view of Épernay’s rooftops and the grapevine covered hills in the distance. Plenty of space for two…immediately felt like home. Clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom! All of the amenities you could need are provided, to include a washing machine.

Location was great and incredibly clean, the owner was super friendly and helpfull, che provided us with a great and safe parking space, we couldn't be more happy with the flat. We were told not to clean any dishes as she was going to do that herself with extra care, I have really apreciate this expetially during Covid-19

everything was perfect, there is no elevator so if you have physical problems I wouldn't recomend this flat. other than that it is a great place.

The location can’t be beat. The attentiveness and professionalism of the host is remarkable. Super nice.

This is NOT their fault but people buzzing in their mopeds all times of the night was annoying. It probably would be better in the winter when you don’t have the windows open.

It’s location is perfect, excellent breakfast delivered to door and croissant still hit! More over the cleanest property I have stayed in ! Thanks to Guner.
