It is wonderful for a self-catering option.

Might be a bit harder if you dint have a car but the facility is great.

The location of Villa Geiss was great - 8 minutes walk from the Avenue de Champagne. The bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The living space was on the top floor with lovely views of the surrounding Epernay countryside. The kitchen and whole apartment was very well equipped.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Quiet location but convenient to walk everywhere. This property has outstanding facilities and fabulous views across the viineyards. Highly recommend and a very helpful host.

One of the two bathrooms doesn’t have a toilet and could have done with an instructions booklet.

This was a perfect place for 6 adults to spend a long weekend in Epernay. Large, modern and clean.

This property is by far one of the best holiday properties we ever rented. Very spacious living area an excellently equipped kitchen and very large rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms are spacious and nicely done. The view over the vineyards from the living area is spectacular. It is located in a quiet part of the town, but still within walking distance of the city centre and the beautiful Avenue de Champagne. The host is very friendly, responsive to questions and requests and meets you at the property to hand over the keys and explain how everything works. Ample parking space in front of the property.

There was nothing we did not like. I would only caution people who are less mobile as the property is spread over 3 floors (entrance on ground floor, bedrooms/bathrooms on 1st floor, living area and kitchen on second floor). It was absolutely no problem for us, but could cause problems for less mobile people or families with small children.

Good location, within walking distance of Avenue Du Champagne. Well stocked with the items one needs.

Where to start..? This Property is probably the best I have ever had the fortune to stay in. It’s not an Apartment, but really a House. With all 4 Large Bedrooms on the 1st Floor and Living Area on the Too Floor. Decor is absolutely first class and there is every single thing you can ever think of available. Add to that the fact anywhere you need to walk to be it for Food, Drinks or Champagne Houses is no more than a 10 minute walk away! I will definitely eat back next Year
