We enjoyed our stay. We were in Rochester for a family reunion, so spent a lot of time away from this house.
We have a couple of safety issues that should be addressed. First is a railing of some kind at the entrance. My husband and I are both in our 80s and could have felt safer with a railing to help us enter and exit the house. The other issue was there no safety bars in the tub/shower in the upstairs bathroom.

The house was overall great for us. I told the host that there are only 2 patio chairs, the rest had rips in them and needs to have pest control called. There were ants, earwig’s, and we seen a centipede (yuck) in the house. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I would stay at this property again!!!

We stayed in this house for 11 days in early January. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The location to Mayo Clinic is good as well as access to grocery stores. I also appreciated the host's responsiveness when I reached out regarding the access code and the need for a shovel and additional salt.
Unfortunately, we found the house to be unclean, unorganized and in disrepair. On our first night in the home my asthma was triggered due to the excessive amount of dust in the home. In the morning of our second day, we purchased Swift cloths and vinegar to clean the home. All the heating grates, door and window casings were covered in a thick coat of dust. Plus we cleaned the floors (vacuumed and mopped), sinks, faucets, kitchen cupboards doors, and bathroom fans. We also organized the kitchen.
This house could be really cute if it was cleaner and had a little TLC.

We enjoyed our stay here. Just four of us. Only one bathroom is accessible to all three bedrooms The second -walk in shower bathroom is downstairs. If you have any walking handicap it’s impossible to use.

We chose this as opposed to a hotel as I was having surgery at Mayo and my husband needed a place to stay for over a week. It was convenient to the hospital and shopping. It was clean and just the right size but could use a little sprucing up. Would stay there again if needed.

We are very pleased with our stay in Rochester. I had a procedure done at Mayo and it was much nicer to recover at this home then a hotel and cost would be about the same, depending on which hotel you stayed at.

This is a nice little house - reminded me of the house I grew up in circa 1965. The bathroom has been updated. The bedding was clean. It was a comfortable place to stay while visiting The Mayo Clinic. It wasn't particularly convenient to Mayo Clinic, but an easy enough drive. The outdoor grill was nice and it worked. Could have used some more dishes in the kitchen - particularly plastic storage for leftovers. Owners were very responsive when I had issues or questions.

The house is the best stocked place with necessities that I’ve been to! It was clean too and the location was perfect. A couple of downfalls- I wish I would have known the second bathroom was in the basement. And communication/response time with the host was not great. If it wasn’t for those 2 things I’d stay again!

It was extremely hard to get into the property using the.key pad. We had to try several times, and had to use the same process when locking it. There were no curtains at the kitchen window, which faced the street. The laundry and 2nd bathroom were located in the basement, which we did not know about ahead of time. The stairs were steep. Overall it was adequate for our neeeds.

The only down side was the door from the house to the garage did not open so it was difficult to get to the back yard. It was well stocked and the owner was responsive.

Great little spot in Rochester for a weekend stay or long term housing. It has 3 bedrooms all on the same level, a nice kitchen and a backyard with a patio and grill. We had teenagers and little kids with and it was perfect for both!

We had a great time in Rochester. The location of the property is perfect for walks, going out to dinner, the mall etc. The home is SUPER clean and very warm and welcoming. The neighborhood is great for walks and is nice and quiet. The internet in the home was fast and we loved the big kitchen table for board games and special treats from the downtown cake shop. The hosts are amazing and we will absolutely be staying here again.

After a small hiccup with the smart door during check-in our stay went beautifully. The house was very clean and beds were comfy. Washer and dryer was a plus!

Wonderful Stay!
My husband and I have stayed at this property several times. It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood located just a 5 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Whitney is a great host. She is quick to respond to questions and is very accommodating. Whenever we stay we feel like we are at home. The beds are comfortable. You can find just about anything needed for cooking in the kitchen.. The property is very clean. This one is a MUST if you’re traveling to the Mayo. We highly recommend it.
