The only thing for breakfast that was good was the waffles. The eggs were a little runny and the coffee was BITTER.

When we entered there was a baby crying behind the counter. The bed was for a GIANT and one bed only had 1 sheet and another sheet like covering on it and the other bed had the same plus a blanket. The toilet was the size for an elementary school for kindergarteners and it was very difficult for me to use. The TV did not work but the maintenance man came up and fixed it. When we went to check out there was no one at the counter and we had to leave our key on the keyboard on the counter. The only good thing about that place was the housekeeping staff and the maintenance man. They need to redo the staffing at this location.

I wasn't able to take advantage of the breakfast services and I thing LA Quinta is located at a good spot!

We though the breakfast good, the pool area nice and the staff helpful.

The showers were Luke warm ( in both of our rooms) you turn the dial any higher. There was a wet cigar in our bathroom wastebasket when we first entered our room and hair on the floors. The couches were also cloth so stain showed. There was also sand in every corner of the sauna.

Upgraded room for guests to stay and pool and hot tub closed waiting for cleaning supplied very disappointing

Positives: The staff were friendly and hardworking; tried to be accommodating despite obvious challenges in facility. --The woman working the breakfast area was moving nonstop, trying to keep up with the breakfast rush. She was lovely despite being treated rudely by other hotel guests. She made the experience brighter for us. 💙

-The shower handle in Room 226 spins around 360° and is difficult to find the actual on/off spot and adjust temp bc it's broken. -We were told the hot tub would take a few hours to heat up when we checked in. By 9p, it was still blocked off with caution tape. The next morning it was accessible but had the gross sand pooling up on the seats and floor of the hot tub! It was disgusting taking a shower afterward and having sand? on my body despite not having been near a beach.... --LIMITED TOWELS!!!! We only had 2 full size towels in our room, no pool towels available and when I requested towels the next morning, I was told they were all being washed. Front desk told me to chase down housekeeping and the sweet housekeeping girls didn't even have towels on their carts!! So my family showered and dried off with our sheets. It was awful and we won't be back unless improvements are made to the facility.

How it was secluded from the busy parts of town

The hottub was out of commission. Our light above the mirror in the bathroom was burnt out, sink kept clogging and no water pressure for a shower. Found a moldy cup along under one of the beds.
