Exclusive villa with pool in perfect location in Puerto del Carmen
Questa villa moderna è stata recentemente costruita nel 2018 e dotata di inventario e mobili di alta qualità. La villa ha al piano terra un ampio soggiorno-pranzo con annessa cucina esclusiva con bar. Un "vulcano" in stile camera da letto con bagno annesso e ampio armadio offre il massimo comfort. Al piano superiore si trovano le camere "atlantic" e "cactus" ognuna con il proprio bagno e le spaziose aree della terrazza con un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi. L'area esterna appartata con grande piscina riscaldata e giardino perfettamente curato e mobili da esterno di alta qualità non lascia nulla a desiderare. Qui troverete pace e relax in un ambiente splendido.

As previous reviews have commented, the villa is at least as good as it looks in the photos. It has enough space inside and out that it soaked up six of us comprising two families easily and without in any way feeling crowded. Well located on the edge of the developed area for a relatively short walk (downhill) into town and equally short (but uphill) walk home. Supermarkets very close.
The owners were very responsive and accommodating to a couple of changes to our booking (number of people and dates) and the local property managers first rate in dealing with a minor issue whilst we were there.
In summary - highly recommended!

The villa is fabulous with lots of space for a large family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the villa was well equipped. The only issue we had and the only negative is the pool was a constant problem our entire stay and the water became extremely green and algae on the bottom. The pool cleaner could not rectify the issue despite the large amount of chemicals used to attempt to resolve. It was very disappointing and the pool was not appealing and hardly used in our 10 days and we could not use it at all the last 4 days.

Really nice modern villa, very well equipped for everything you could need.

Only negative was the villa wasn’t cleaned once in 10 days and pool only cleaned once in 10 days.

When you see a property online you think that the pictures are the best it can possibly look. Think again. The property is even better than the pictures. 5* for everything.....I would give it more if I could. I can't think of a single bad thing about this place. An absolutely faultless villa.

The villa was amazing, welcome pack fab.
We found it not the cleanest of properties, but still had the wow factor.
We had a few issues - one security. At 4:20 am we had an attempted burglary. They managed to get into the downstairs bedroom, but the couple work up and husband chased him away.
We spoke with Louise who was Great but promised extra inside locks for the doors, due to runners being the wrong way around. This didn't happen before we left ( incident Monday Morning) and we had to chase Louise due to feeling unsafe, she was chasing locksmiths so hopefully this will be added to doors for the next holiday makers.
We had issues trying to order take away with little resturants knowing our postcode. One restaurant we had, we needed to use house no 8, just to get the delivery and wait outside.
The taxi company Louise gave us, didn't recognise our address so would put us on hold and hang up.
Do not regret our stay- but wrong time, wrong place.

Amazing Villa
Stayed in several villas in Lanzarote and this one is by far the best. Pool area is amazing and interior is beautiful and modern. Three fantastic bedrooms all en suite and upstairs bedrooms have own balconies overlooking the pool and very large shared one on the other side. Cannot rate this villa highly enough and will definitely be going back.

Een heerlijke villa om te verblijven met alle benodigdheden die je maar bedenken kan. Vlakbij het centrum maar toch de rust.
Verder uitstekende communicatie met de eigenaren. Een echte aanrader.

Lanz a Lot
If you think the property looks good in the pictures, once you get there, you will be amazed.
From start to finish, we enjoyed our stay at Lanz a Lot and couldn't recommend it enough.

The whole Villa was beautifully laid out, the amenities were first class, the location was good and the welcome pack was just amazing. There was only one downside and I accept that this is a personal thing, I found the settee difficult to get comfortable on which made relaxing in the evening difficult. But everything else was perfect. We were there two weeks and during that time we had a visit from the Villa handling company to make sure everything was OK, people came mid-way through our stay to change the bedding and towels and take away the rubbish and a man came each week to clean the pool. I would strongly recommend this Villa although I would strongly advise a car if, like us, you are unable to walk far.

Stop looking , this is the house you want !!!
Beautiful new modern house , lots of shops and bars in walking distance, close enough to the main strip to walk but a little bit away for some peace and quiet.
Plenty of help on hand from Louise if you need any assistance,
Pool plenty warm and we were there in January.

Amazing
This property was just amazing probably the best villa me and my family have stayed in, the property has been finished to an amazing standard and in an excellent location close to supermarkets, the old town and also the strip the area is also very quite. Next time I return to Lanzarote I’d seriously consider staying in this property again.

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus
Das Haus entsprach all unseren Erwartungen. Es entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Der Schlüssel liegt in einem Schlüsseltesor mit Code. Zur Begrüßung stand Sekt, Wein, Bier, Wasser und frischer Käse und Wurst, Erdnüsse sowie Chips, Kaffee und Tee sowie Cornflakes und Brot bereit. Das war wirklich wie nach Hause kommen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße , mit insgesamt 5 gleichen Objekten. Einige Tage funktionierte morgens das heiße Wasser nicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und hilfsbereit, so das dieses Problem behoben wurde. Nachmittags war die Heisswasserversorgung durch die Solaranlage unproblematisch.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, weil das großzügige Haus genug Raum für Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bietet. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 min im alten Hafen von Puerto del Carmen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig in 5 min zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The best villa we’ve stayed in
Having stayed in numerous villas in Mallorca, Algarve and Ibiza, I can safely say that Villa Lanz a Lot is top of the list. It’s a brand new build with the design, layout and furnishings simply breathtaking. The location of the villa is perfect. Within 5 minutes walk you’ll find Hiperdino, Spar and Lidl supermarkets. Within 10 minutes walk you’ll arrive at the strip in Puerto del Carmen where you’ll find a huge number of shops, bars and restaurants. The Biosfera Shopping Centre is also only a few minutes walk from the villa. The owners (Hartmut) were extremely obliging when it came to answering any queries we had prior to and following our arrival. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday but also within walking distance of the many amenities that Puerto del Carmen has to offer. On our next visit to Puerto del Carmen I will definitely enquire about the availability of Villa Lanz a Lot.

Amazing 5 star villa with a great location
What a villa. From the first time we arrived we knew it was going to be a great holiday. Ideal location 10 minutes from the beach and minutes from supermarkets. Villa has everything you would ever need. The pool is a good size and all the furniture on the patio and balcony means you can relax and enjoy the sun. Management company excellent and will answer and query you may have. Good communication with the owners of the property and we received a welcome pack with wine and food which helped us settle on the first night. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

Spitze, jederzeit wieder!
Das Haus ist toll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu Beginn war sogar eine kleine "Grundausstattung" an Verpflegung für die ersten Tage hinterlegt, klasse! Alles ist vorhanden. Die Möbel sind durchaus hochwertig. Dazu ein sehr schöner, abends beleuchtbarer Pool. Der Vermieter ist zudem sehr zuvorkommend. Am letzten Tag konnten wir sogar länger als geplant bleiben, um die Wartezeit bis zum Flug besser überbrücken zu können. Einzig der mitunter etwas störende Lärm durch Bauaktivitäten in der Nähe und die nicht immer optimale Versorgung mit heißem Wasser zum Duschen bei 5 Personen waren kleinere Kritikpunkte. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic luxury villa
Absolutely fabulous villa. Even more impressive in the flesh! Equipped with everything you need. Furnished to an luxury standard and really spacious inside and out. The pool is a great size much bigger than you normally find so great for having fun but swimming in too. I particularly liked the depth of the pool - my 10 year old wasn’t out of his depth until about half way which although he can swim meant that he could play games in the water safely. Although we had a car it wasn’t necessary as the villa is close to all the amenities one needs. Louise and Tony who manage the property we’re really helpful. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday and thoroughly recommend this villa. You’ll love it.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in der Villa "Lanz a lot"
Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und die Bilder im Internet entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Villa liegt in einer absolut ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngegend jedoch in der Nähe des Ortes und wirklich keine 800m zum nächsten Strand Chicca Beach entfernt. Die Villa ist modern und komplett ausgestattet mit Allem was das Herz begehrt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und auf dem neuesten technischen Stand. Der großzügige und beheizte Pool, der traumhafte Garten und auch die moderne Villa selbst wurden regelmässig von sehr nettem Personal gereinigt. Die beiden oberen Schlafzimmer haben jeweils eine tolle eigene Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick zur einen Seite auf die Vulkanberge und zur anderen Seite aufs Meer (fantastisch). Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein angrenzendes modernes Bad mit WC, Waschbecken und ebenerdiger Dusche . Im Gäste Bad befindet sich sogar eine kleine Badewanne. Auch die luxuriöse moderne Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der offene Wohn- Essbereich ist sehr stilvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man einen spektakulären Blick auf den Pool und Garten mit Palmen, Kakteen und einem grandiosen Olivenbaum. Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen auch sehr gerne selber wieder. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Ein wirklich sehr schöne Villa. Alles gerade neu erstellt. Noch schöner, als auf den Bildern erkennbar. Sehr schön und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet.
Wir, meine Frau und auch mein 17 jähriger Sohn, kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder. Wir können es jedem nur empfehlen!
Ruhig Lage, der Stand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne Lokale!
