A soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e attrazioni con supermercato a pochi minuti di distanza. Completamente arredato secondo standard elevati con servizi di ristorazione completi. per favore nota che il mio appartamento ha una scatola Android per la tua tv britannica e wi-fi gratuito.

We come to lanzarote often and like being a little away from buzz but equally within walking distance this property provided just that
A full size cooker and washing machine was a added bonus

Complex was so quiet and well maintained. The apartment was perfect for a self catering holiday. Everything we needed was in it. A nice bonus was getting the beds changed half way through our stay. It is quite far up the hill so a bit of a climb back from all the shops and restaurants. Plenty of taxis around if needed though. Fiona and Andrea were great, any questions were answered quickly. Would stay again

Great little apartment in a great location. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The apartment has everything you need and is in easy walking distance to beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The accommodation was spotless, and has a great little pool. Owners were very helpful and were a phone call away if anything was needed. I will definitely use again.

The property is about 10 mins walk to strip,the apartment is a nice size and has everything you need for self catering holiday,we ate out most of the time,.The complex is lovely very quiet day and night,the pool nice size . We would definitely use again Fiona was there to let us in and advise us on where supermarkets were

The apartment had everything u need. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Cooker with oven and microwave. British channels on the TV. Beds were comfy. Bath and shower provided. Loads of hot water, towels, bedding. Everything u need for a great week away. Quiet area. Will be back again.

From start to finish it has been a lovely stay and we couldn’t have asked for more from the hosts, Andrea has been lovely and ever so helpful with everything, our two week stay couldn’t have been any better. Thanks so much for having us.

Fiona and Andrea were very helpful apartment was everything I needed a home from home. All kitchen appliances full cooker loads of English channels on tv, comfy beds etc.. I had a wonderful time thank you.

The apartment has everything you need to make it home from home. Both Fiona and Andrea are very nice and very helpful and always contactable if anything goes wrong. The sunbeds on the balcony are a great idea if you don't fancy lounging round the pool in the courtyard. The complex is very quiet. The only downside for us was the pool isn't heated so we didn't take a dip very often 😩
Overall though we had a great relaxing time for the 2 weeks and would recommend the apartment to anyone. Very clean and well looked after. Thankyou

Property below is occupied by residents of Lanzarote who own dogs if you don't mind being woken up constantly by dogs barking then this is ideal!!! Very disappointed

Had a wonderful two weeks stay in a superb and very clean apartment. Description spot on. All appliances you could wish for including tv (ENGLISH CHANNELS) and more. Superb pool area. 10 minutes from beach, promenade, shops and restaurants. Airport transfer great (thanks Andrea). Would recommend it to anyone. Nico's Restaurant and New World Chinese were superb.

A well equipped apartment in a quiet secure well kept complex.Owners mum lives on the island and was extremely helpfull.We had a great time with good weather and plenty of sunshine.Swimming in pool was chilly in February but OK after initial plunge.If you do not have a car you can walk to Porto Calero along cliff path starting from zig zag path in old town marina Porto del Carmen.Buses are good and not expensive we went all the way to Teguise had a very nice lunch walked around the town and bused back.All together a very relaxing month in Lanzarote.

First let me say that Fiona and her mum Andrea are great people to deal with.The apartment is 10 mins from beach (downhill)a bit more comming back but under 3 euro in cab.The apartment is very well equiped and the pool area clean and deserted most of the time.Nice quiet compound.
We would definately use again.

This is our second stay at Fionas apartment, a clean and tidy apartment with home from home facilities. the complex is very well maintained and is ideal for a relaxing holiday, or only a 10min stroll to the shops and bars of the seafront. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.
