Everything is perfect

Breakfast was 12 CHF per person and it was delicious. There was a selection of cereal, granola, cheeses, breads, cold cuts, eggs and pastries. The hotel was really close to public transport and the Transport Museum. It was easy to get to the center of town by bus. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was missing fruit.

It was an excellent stay and super kind and helpful staff, the hotel is super clean and few minutes away by bus from the main train station, and walk a way from another train station and the Musuem of Transport. Also the bed was very comfy and firm.

Breakfast has been very poor. Not many opportunities and low quantity of offered staffs. Too expensive for what they offer.

Implement additional food for breakfast. Example some cookies or some extra vegetables.

The room was spotless, and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast they offered was not bad and had a decent selection. The staff is amiable and accommodating. If I had a question, they were eager to help answer them. I was impressed when I needed some suites pressed as I was presenting at a conference nearby. The room didn't have an iron board or an iron. I was in a panic, of course, and went down to the front desk, too, as about any laundry service. To my delight, they offered to press them for me. I was very appreciative of the assistant. The bus and tram run on the street where the hotel is located.

This was my fault as I didn't read the room's accommodations. There's no TV, no iron/ironing board. Also, I chose this location to approximate the conference I was attending. There are no restaurants close to this hotel. So it would help if you traveled to the city center to get food. However, there is a grocery store across the street.

The property seemed to be very clean and spacious.

The "hotel" has no elevator, no front desk staff or really any help after 6pm. The bathroom, although clean, was ridiculous for 2 people. The room has a dorm room feel and the property is really more of an nicer hostel...not a hotel. I immediately called Booking.com to cancel the remainder of our stay which was originally 4 nights. However, this became problematic when the hotel insisted on trying to charge for a second night. I must say the Booking Reps were very helpful in trying to address the situation and also in modifying the reservation ASAP. Very disappointing and upsetting experience for our first night in beautiful Lucerne.

Sterile. No kettle or cups. No comfortable chair. No soft furnishings of any kind. Shower woefully inadequate. Very poor value for money

Near the center with free bus. Room was nice. It was quiet.

The shower and restroom extremely small. The smallest I gave ever seen. Made it very difficult. Nk Lift or elevator making it very difficult to carry luggage. I had to complain about a left over food for breKfast.
