Short bus ride from Lucerne train station. The hotel is quiet with amazing views. Lovely big room for family.

lovely lakeside location with fabulous views. clean and modern. garden with outside seating right next to the lake. easy parking for a big car. efficient and friendly staff. you could watch the sunset over the mountains from the bar

the beds are the very low ones with the hard casing round the outside - very easy to hurt your self on if you aren’t paying attention. a little bit clinical but that’s just my taste.

Lit d appoint qui est très dur pour le dos , je recommande pas pour un enfant et pour un adulte ça passe si on aime dormir sur une planche , par contre le lit standard était moilleux Literie pas très épaisse , on peut s’attendre à mieux d’un 4 étoiles

The large rooms in the renovated building are beautiful and have great blackout curtains for children to sleep and nap. Large curtain in the middle of the room allows children to sleep in one side and adults on the other. Great views. Beach club is excellent and family friendly. Play ground on grounds is excellent. Water sports rentals included!

Balcony could use more security for children. There is large opening along lower railing and we didn’t feel safe allowing our little children to enjoy it.
