Ruim appartement, fijne badkamer, goede uitrusting in de keuken, duidelijke uitleg over het inchecken, goede informatie over noodnummers en wat er in de buurt te doen is.

Voor de 2 slaapkamers was er 1 dik dekbed en 3 dunne. Ook de kussens waren erg groot, wat niet lekker sliep. De stopcontacten waren niet bedacht op bredere stekkers. Dit stond nergens vermeld. De aanwezigheid van bv een overloopstekker had prettig geweest.

Picking up the key was straight forward.The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bathroom and kitchen were very good. Most fittings and appliances seemed fairly new. The beds were comfortable. There are cupboards and desks in the bedrooms. Most of the time we were there it was very quiet in the apartment.The bustop is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The #2 bus gets you to Luzern Bahnhof, the main transport hub for trains, buses and boats, and the centre of Luzern, in about 10 minutes. The buses run every 7-8 minutes on a weekday. Approximately every 15 minutes on weekends. Most of the time it was very quiet in the apartment. Dropping the key off at the end of our stay was easy. This apartment, in combination with the #2 bus, Tibit's restaurant and the Coop Supermarket, ( both at Luzern Bahnhof ), served us well during our stay in Luzern.

The foyer and stairwell could do with an uplift. There are portable fans but no air- conditionkng. The street was a bit edgy but also interesting. There are two restaurants in the street but both seemed over- priced for what you get. During our 5 night stay, there were two very loud partys One in the street and one in the building. Both finished early though. On one night, there were very loud occupants in the apartment above.. Apart from these occasions it was mostly very quiet. The washing machine didn't work. Sent the apartment hosts a message during our stay but received no reply. Consequently, we had to solve a problem ourselves without their help.

We had everything what we need. They supply the coffee, tea, detergents, soaps. The location was not bad, 10 min bus ride to centre of the city. And bus stop not far from the building.

Walking up to 4th floor with luggage. No air-condition since this is roof top apartment, very hot in on sunny day.

Big space, equipments of living is good.

You need to take the bus to the apartment.

Nice place, clean and kitchen well equiped. Pizza restaurant nearby.

3rd floor

the whole house was spacious, rooms were big and enough for 5 people. Another point is the location, direct bus route to main station was perfect for our trip. All the facilities and amenities were there in the house, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

the only difficulty for us , there was no lift, it is really difficult for the big families to carry luggage to the 3rd floor especially when you have old age people and infants

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and as described. There is a bus stop very close by with frequent buses into the town.

There happened to be road works happening right in front of the apartment which made it a bit disruptive.
