The entire place stunk of marijuana on the floor and in the whole building. The beds did not have top sheets we had to find and put on, the beds were falling apart. Furniture was not good, cheap and old. The place only sleeps 4. The media room is not a bedroom and the bed/couch was nasty I wouldn't let my kid sleep on it because it was so nasty. "TV did not work in bedroom at all and was very old. That was fixed while we were there though"
This is not a good place for a family, more for young people who don't have much money. Many more issues but don't have the time or the space to write it all on here.
many other places to stay for cheaper and nicer.

Amazing Getaway!
Our family of five (two adults, three kiddos) had a such a spectacular time here! The property itself is stunning, spacious, and the views from that hot tub can't be beat. Great location - close to so much but far enough off the strip for a little more peace. Absolutely no issues getting Lyfts/Ubers from morning to night (usually arrived in two minutes). I'd add that the pool/bar area was also exceptional! Not too crowded and a nice atmosphere for kids and adults alike.
Condo was clean and extremely well-stocked. It was super nice to be able to do a few loads of laundry.
During our Las Vegas trip, we were able to see a Cirque show, do some shopping, try out some great restaurants, and even took a day to kayak on the Colorado River. It was always such a treat to have such a lovely spot to come back to each evening. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo great views and the jacuzzi is definitely a plus.
The best part about renting this unit and I know he owns a few other units is the host Arthur. I feel like I was borrowing a friend's place that's how cool this guy is and how comfortable he made my wife and I feel. Thank you!

Very nice view with excellent living experience. Self parking is very close to lobby. Room contain most daily living stuffs. It’s a private room so some others pi required may need charge. However, it’s very nice to live there.

This is a great place for a guys trip or romantic getaway. It was nice to have extra space to relax but still be close enough to the strip to get after it.

This place is exactly as listed. We came for a bachelor party and it was a magnificent penthouse suite. Arthur was wonderful and very accommodating. Thank you!!

The Dream Penthouse was a great space for my "divorce party". The view of Vegas was epic, the place easily fit 4 guys with plenty of room to spare, and it was connected to the Palms. And it was a quick taxi or Uber trip to the strip.

Amazing place!
Booked this for a bachelor party it more than lives up to the listing information. Best view I have ever had at a place and the owner was super easy to work with. Has a washer/dryer and card keys to get in and out. Will certainly book again next time I am in Vegas.

Dreamy rental
I rented this penthouse last week for my birthday and had the BEST time!
It all started with the owner Arthur who is the coolest. He was beyond attentive to my needs and tolerated all my crazy questions...He even put a Keurig coffee machine in for me to use before i arrived..I never expected this and he made it happen.
Arthur clearly has his guests needs in mind and will make your stay nothing but the best. This place is beyond clean and spacious. The kitchen is great for entertaining or just relaxing. The attention to detail in this place is superb and I have to think that it's called "Pride of Ownership" by this super host.
The view off the balcony is EPIC and the private spa is definitely a special place.
I spent most of my time staring at the view from the spa...You really can't beat this place! It was an absolute TREAT for me stay here!

Great Vacation Spot with Amazing View
This place was everything my friends and I could ask for. The Penthouse itself was big and spacious. The balcony's view and jacuzzi was amazing. We hardly left the place because we were enjoying it so much. I would definitely look to stay here again if I have the chance. The Owner was very nice, helpful and accommodating with great communication. Definitely recommend to anyone who has the opportunity.

Great place, well furnished and stocked, amazing view & chilled out host
We had my bachelor party at Arthur's Dream penthouse. Arthur is a chilled out host and has done a good job giving this penthouse his own twist. Nothing beats the view from the balcony and infinity pool. The place was cleaned up before we reached and Arthur was nice to let us store our luggage before check in since we reached in the morning. We'll stocked with towels and toileteries. Would definitely return. Ask Arthur for his other properties at the Palms.

Property was amazing , ready when we arrived. Immaculate, more than enough room for our bachelor party. Pictures don't do justice , view is top notch.
Owner met us on arrival and showed us around. No expense spared. From the extra large bedrooms to the spa like bathrooms. Movie room was the perfect extra room. Kitchen was stocked and jacuzzi was hot! View from the penthouse is sick.No pressure or ridiculous requirements. Owner is upfront, fair and wants you to enjoy yourself. Makes it easy. Thanks for a good guys weekend!

Amazing experience, from an even more amazing Host!
Our overall trip was nothing more than perfect! Our host was always in communication with us making sure our experience was perfect! He even went as far as making sure we had some welcome snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. The place itself was immaculate, very clean and well stocked with all items you could need! The pictures really do not do this place justice, it's an amazing penthouse with an even more amazing view.
Don't wait pull the trigger you wont be disappointed!!

Our stay here is one for the record books. This penthouse has everything you would ever need and want during your stay in Las Vegas. Arthur was more than courteous, and checked in via text during our duration of the trip to make sure our expectations where met. I am definitely going to stay here in the future and I think anybody that is looking to have an experience of a life time should stay at this listing.
