Questa casa dorme 13. La nostra casa accogliente spiaggia aperta e spaziosa si trova nella tranquilla e silenziosa Old Beach. La nostra casa è a 7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di fronte all'oceano, un supermercato di lusso, ristoranti, Museo di Arte Contemporanea, skateboard park, e tutte le attività divertenti e le attrazioni del lungomare. C'è un parco giochi per bambini, campi da tennis, pista di atletica e campo all'interno di un blocco. Il Virginia Beach Convention Center si trova a 5 isolati di distanza.

The house is situated in a calm neighborhood and is a 10-minute walk to the beach. The house is big and everyone in our family of 13 had his space. We would recommend this house.
To the owner, a salad spinner would be great! ;-) Also, we know you received your new dryer on Saturday, August 3rd, but it would sometimes take up to three turns to get our clothes dry.

Busy Memorial Day weekend. This place puts you right in the middle of everything. We had an event at the Convention Center so we were 5 minutes from there. 5 minutes to the beach and boardwalk. 5 minutes to the grocery store. 5 minutes for ice. Some places were even closer. The house itself was perfect to hang inside if it rains or outside on the front porch or back patio. Overall great stay and would take our crew of 13 there again.

We loved the accommodations and it had everything and more that we needed for the weekend. Our group felt very comfortable and it was a close walking distance to the boardwalk!

Great location, close to everything. Fun decor.
We loved spending time in the dining /living room area. There was plenty of space and sitting room for all 8 of us when dining and playing games together.
The owners were very responsive when we had issues with the stove. The beds were super comfy. The game room (ping pong and darts) and puzzles were perfect fun for the couple of rainy days we spent indoors.
If I had to look for negatives I would say that the first floor and smaller second floor bathrooms could use an upgrade but honestly, they got the job done.

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a winter weekend getaway. We were disappointed not to enjoy a couple of amenities that had attracted us. There was no wine fridge, and the fireplace was not operable. However, the home is clean, comfortable and offers plenty of beds and bathrooms. It is in a great location, tucked back from the busy area close to the beach but a short walk to the beach nonetheless. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a blast! The location was quiet, close to everything, and very accessible. The house was clean and the accommodations were spot on. I recommend investing in new blinds for all the windows.

Location was excellent and the house was very roomy. We had everything we need in the kitchen, and they provided us with many extra towels and blankets. I wish you could’ve stayed longer.

Location was amazing! We had some issue with Key lock but the problem was fixed promptly. I only gave cleanliness issue a three stars do to ant problems in the kitchen sink and the main upstairs bathroom near the window. Secondly, the mattress in the second bedroom upstairs needs replacing. Over all, we had an excellent time.

We had a great time at the Memory Maker! The house was beautiful and spacious for our group visiting for our girls dance nationals. When not at the convention center, we enjoyed hanging out at the house which was in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well so we didn’t have to worry about parking. The property owner was prompt with responses and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

This property worked so well for our family of young adults and a fur baby! The bunk room is big and comfortable for the singles. The bedrooms for couples are spacious, as were the bathrooms in each of those rooms. And what a fun layout with lots of games! The indoor and outdoor hangout spaces invited our family to connect and talk and relax- just what we love doing! And the beach is a wonderfully short walk away. We were there for a family wedding which kept us on an agenda for much of the 3 days. This house and the location let us maximize our down time. We fit in a lovely walk to the beach!

My family and I were in VA Beach for a few days during the winter months and we wanted to find a home with a good location and that could accommodate our dog. The home was a perfect location to everything, at least by short drives and was stocked with everything we needed. It is a very cute home and would to visit again during the warmer summer months. Loved the location of this house and it’s layout.
Some basic repairs needed (things like paint, lightbulbs, front storm door hard to shut). TV remotes were hard to use and new batteries needed.
But in the whole it was a great stay and I’d stay here again!

This beach house was the perfect rental for my family! The distance from the beach was just what we wanted, not too close to the boardwalk, but not too far of a walk because my 10 month old was with us. Great Family Home in Virginia Beach
We had an absolute fantastic time at this home. It was a family vacation of all adults and accomodations were perfect and comfortable. Great location with easy access to beach, restaurants and activities. Hosts were very responsive to some minor, immediate needs and took care of everything ASAP. We truly enjoyed this great home and would recommend it to any family heading to the beach.

We came down for a cheer competition to support my stepdaughter. The house had plenty of room and everything we needed. It was very close to the convention center as well as quirky coffee shops and a variety of eateries. My only qualm was the large impressive looking dining room chairs were starting to have the metal springs coming out of the bottom of the chair. I only say this because I cut the top of my foot on the chair with the most metal hanging out. I was ok but it’s concerning for crawling babies and curious toddlers.

Our group of 8 had a lovely weekend at Memory Maker. It’s a colorful and cozy space. We had plenty of room and the house was well stocked. The rental does look a bit worn but it’s wear gives off a loved and well lived character to the place. The location is definitely a major upside with everything all within walking distance and you can’t be the price. We would definitely come back again!

This was our second year staying here for our spring break. The location cannot be beat. The house is lovely and our beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous! We plan to return again next year! ☺️
