This house had a great location and was very roomy for our family. Instructions for check-in were easy to understand and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay here.

This property was near lots of activities in Overland Park, was easy to get around the city.

Overall, the stay we had wasn’t bad as it was a good neighborhood. I was surprised based on the reviews left before us, where it had 4 1/2 stars. I can say the pictures were deceptive as the yard is small. The grill was broken and pretty much unusable. We had holes in the walls and a beer bottle under the couch downstairs. Their was a massive amount of hair stuck in one of the showers.. the lights went out on us in a bathroom the last day as well. The sheets had stains on them in two of the rooms. I was upset that Boris didn’t have any contact with us after we had messaged him with a picture of how much hair I took out of the drain. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

We did meet here for celebrating our indian festival "Dussehra" and the house is really clean. We did enjoy a lot. We were a group of 10 people and farmhouse is quiet big.. Thankyou Boris.

This is the second time most of us have stayed at this property. Great location and proximity to every thing we had wanted to do this weekend on the bachelor party. A great time was had by all.

This property worked out great for my friends and I to meet up for a quick retreat and a chance to catch up and reconnect with one another. The property was well-maintained and everything was as described.

This was an inexpensive rental but we got what we paid for. It was clean in the sense that it was sanitized, but some of the dishes had not been cleaned recently and were stuck to the cabinet liner. There are weird marks on the wall in the bathroom. There isn't a bathroom in the basement and the basement room needs child safety on the outlets that stick out of the wall. This house is on a busy intersection, right at a stoplight. There is a nice yard but due to weather we couldn't enjoy it. It is not fully fenced in, which isn't child friendly. My biggest headache was the communication of the manager. I asked him to respond to me on my cellphone and once had something that needed immediate attention and said "Please call me now" and gave him my number and hours later still have no response. All that being said if you are looking for a good deal it is better than a sketchy motel and I would stay again as long as we could ask for a few things to be remedied. P.s.. there is no ice machine or ice trays.

The house was as expected for the most part. I was surprised that there was no DVD player, but was not a huge impact to the stay. There were some kitchen utensils which had been stored unclean, but I typically would wash those before using anyway. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable. The girls enjoyed the lower level, with their own room/space and the ping pong table.

Our group had a great time at the Renaissance festival and this house was perfect for us! Spacious and comfortable and conveniently close to all our needs. Boris is very attentive and gracious and a wonderful host!

It was a nice little place to stay in, the only things was we couldn't get the air to where we would like the temperature to be at since it was so hot while we were there. Other than that it was a cute little place for people to stay in.

The property was what we needed for a short stay in a central location. We were able to go places and explore easily. The dishes were not all washed, nor good quality, but overall the stay was good.

Location was great, and house was very spacious. Pictures make it look a bit nicer than it really is. It was clean enough, but when you looked closer there were some things falling apart and/or that needed maintenance.

Hosted a bachelorette party for a friend and had 9 girls total. We had enough space for all the sleep and in a great neighborhood!

I stayed here with a few friends for a night and it was great. The house was very nice and bigger than expected. I have no complaints. This was a great house to stay in and I would differently recommend it to anyone.

It was very clean and more than enough room. The area is a good location and close to the stores for everything you need. I'll be staying again if available during football season.

This was the perfect place for my sweet family to stay for Thanksgiving. The house was exactly what we needed. The rooms upstairs were great and the downstairs was perfect for the older kids. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us. Plenty of space in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. More than enough towels were provided. I’m sure the outside would have been great for the little kids, but it was raining so we didn’t have a chance to put back. The location we right where we needed it to be with a grocery story 5 blocks away. We will definitely be returning when we decide to meet in Kansas City again! Thank you, Boris! What a great house.

8 of us from Wisconsin came to KC for the game. This house was perfect - location and size and price!

The property was perfect for our short weekend trip to KC. It was very clean and comfortable. We had three small kids, so the large living room area was perfect for them to play around in. There was a nice deck off of the living room and a ping pong table downstairs! I would definitely stay here again on our next KC visit!

This was the perfect place for our mini vacation! It was clean and had the perfect amount of space to sleep all of us. It was close to the places we were going as well, which was super convenient! The parking wasn’t ideal, but we also had several cars, so it would be fine for just a few cars. Overall a good place!
