The continental breakfast was very nice. Sheet change request fulfilled quickly.

My sheets had not been changed before my girlfriend and I checked in. My side of the bed smelled like dirty sweaty body and it was unbearable. The marble toppers on the half walls were not secured and almost fell on my foot. The blinds fell off of the wall while being closed and nearly smashed my face. I would have been injured but thankfully I was able to move out of the wayThe wall looked old and weak. We were on the top floor so maybe there was some sort of roof leak. The elevator was rickety and was out of service on our seconds night stay. Working again in the morning though.

The bed sounded like it was breaking, the floor wasn't really clean. The bathroom wasn't very clean. They didn't have extra pillows. It Jessi didn't give off clean vibes at all

Pot smell in the hallway. Very gross looking substance left on the bathroom counter as they apparently didn't clean it after the previous guests.

The hotel is easy to access. The bed was comfortable.

The room had laminate flooring with lots of black marks on it. It almost felt like a hospital room. The sink area was so small there was little room to put personal items on.

We were without power for 40 hours at the time that we checked out and there was no compensation offered. We were told either we could check out or there was nothing they can do both previous nights when we asked. The other hotels in the area were also without power and the ones closer to where we were working a large convention were either sold out or $500 a night which was way out of our budget. When we finally checked out I told the guy at the counter that we needed compensation he said to call the hotel around 10am and speak to the manager. I had to inform him that without power they had no phones. I told him 50% off would be the minimal accepted and he agreed but I honestly think it should be free. I paid to have breakfast, television, hot water, and most of all air conditioning in the middle of July. We had none of that.
