The property is in the good location. It’s a nice place to stay by yourself, you have everything you need to be comfortable. I loved the fact, that you can stay with a pet there and they do not charge daily, but for the whole stay. The customer service is AMAZING, you’re not just another client for them, they actually care about their guests. I had to reach them out multiple times and they resolved all my problems.

Stairwells are too dark for my liking.

The A/C wasn't strong enough to cool the whole apartment. Even closing the bedroom to keep the room cool was not enough so with the very high Miami's temp we even sweat. Private parking space is not guaranteed. Is a 12 apartment building with only 4 and half parking space. So you have to come early to be able to park. Otherwise you have to park on the street at your own risk.

No redeeming qualities

Upon arrival, no one was there to greet me or walk me through how to get into the apartment. I tried calling the three numbers they made available, but no one picked up. I saw this happen to another guest as well, who was standing outside calling the numbers to no avail. Additionally, the listing advertised guaranteed parking on premises, but one night the lot was completely filled up and I had to park elsewhere. The AC malfunctioned the entire time and barely cooled the bedroom at night. There was no AC in the living/dining room, which made it stuffy and unbearable the entire time. There is no security and someone would keep the backdoor to the building open all night with a traffic cone, allowing anyone to enter. To top it all off, the blinds were broken when I got to the hotel, and the owners told me I broke them, swindling me out of my $100 security deposit. I filmed the entire apartment upon arrival, but unfortunately the broken blinds were hidden behind the black-out curtains, so I didn't have proof to protect myself from this scam. I do not recommend this place to everyone. It doesn't meet the minimum requisite standards to qualify as a hotel, and you might potentially get cheated out of your security deposit.

Don't be deceived photos ! That was my the worst experience so far. I barely got resist on one night . After that immediately I left this flat and booked new one. The biggest problem there was an AC because it was making too loud. Imagine that you are trying to sleep in a room and there was an AC which is under the window, it makes loud all day, all night. That was unbearable. If you are in Miami, you can not stay anywhere without AC. Secondly, whhen I woke up, two bugs greeted me. Don't need to say more words.

AC in the kitchen was not working (we are in Florida and it’s summer) and AC in the bedroom was way too noisy. they told me I should had call for them to fix but it was only a 1 night stay and I checked in after the time their offices were closed. as I advised the host a non working AC unit in Florida summertime is something that cannot happen. other than that it was just OK. not for more than 1 night and not even that in those conditions

I found a cockroach on my nightstand on the first night! I asked to go in another of their appartment because I saw on Booking some were free, but they did not accept. Instead I was told it was cockroach season and offered a ‘routine fumigation’ against cockroaches and I was told I could go back in the flat a few minutes after (!! these are dangerous products, you are supposed to leave the flat for hours after a fumigation) You have to pay a 100 dollars deposit which is not mentioned on Booking The bathroom mat (see picture) was disgusting The air conditioning smelled really bad, after looking closer the air duct was covered in mold Total rip-off for the price…

The location is good in the sense that it is only a small walk to Calle Ocho ( heart of little Havana ) from where you can get the free bus to downtown . however it is deep inside a low income neighbourhood and maybe everyone might not be comfortable with that. I personally had no issues to be honest with the neighbourhood

- there was a cockroach on my bed which I had to personally remove - the biggest problem with the property is that their price is way too steep for what it offers . Paying $490 ( taxes included ) for 3 nights is an absolute rip off for what it offers . I had to book this is emergency as my previous hotel cancelled my booking last minute saying the hotel had to temporarily shut down , or else I definitely wouldn’t have paid so much for such an average place at best

The building is very secure so that was great. there were facilites to make meals if needed and the tv had all the subscription services - Netflix, Amazon prime - built in so I was able to enjoy some shows that evening. I liked the size of the property - I was looking for a small place to stay for the night, for just me so it suited perfectly.

The blinds in the room I had were white and with a giant flood light outside the window it never really got dark in the room (luckily I sleep with an eye mask). Also, the bed didn’t have any covers on it which I found strange. The bathroom window was covered with some kind of plastic which wasn’t great - not sure if it was damaged underneath but it didn’t look great. When I was leaving I was noticing things weren’t as clean as they first appeared, I did mention that to the owners directly so I trust it’s in hand.

I was not there. I called they told me it was doing construction , but they changed my card, I was upset and call why you charge my card they didn’t have answer.

Great location. Excellent communication with host. Very friendly! I extended my stay twice already! Very easy self check-in. Very peaceful place. I would stay again!
