The location of this condo in relation to the sites we wanted to see while visiting Atlanta was perfect. It was within walking distance of everything. No need to have a car, as you can take the MERTA from the airport and simply walk around. The only issue we had with the location, was the amount of folks hanging out outside the front entrance. There is a small shaded area directly outside the front entrance that seems to attract a group of characters that just hang out there all day. It was a little unnerving each time we had to walk past them, but for the most part we got over it. They were looking for handouts, but weren't too much of a bother if you just kept walking.
The folks at the concierge inside were super nice and friendly. The owner of the unit was always quick to respond and even let us check in a little early on our arrival date (thanks again for that).
The condo complex is a little dated (I believe it was built in the 60's). If you are looking for fancy and new, this may not be the building for you. In saying that, the unit had some remodeling done at some point in time because it was newer than the 60's inside. The unit itself could use a little TLC, but nothing that really hampered our stay. Examples: Some of the slates in the blinds were broken/missing, the door handle on the freezer of the fridge comes off if you pull on it the wrong way, the water pressure in the building is weak in the shower, etc. Again, nothing major.

Loved the location, place was accumulate! Everything as described and then some! No need for a rental as everything was in walking distance.

We enjoyed a great stay within walking distance of so many places of interest, sights and restaurants! The apartment is lovely, the hosts are superb - really responsive and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!

From the initial booking all the way to check out - it was a great experience. Excellent communication, the owners helped us with parking set up, and the location is really perfect.
Would absolutely stay here again. Some reviews talk about things the owners obviously cant control (homeless, smell of weed, etc) - ATL is a big city; of course those things are prevalent. Dont let it stop you from enjoying this condo!

The building itself is quite old but it was clean and well kept, the owner was great at communicating and we were within walking distance of the aquarium/museums. Which was the main point of why we chose this listing. So that was all positive.
However, there is a negative. As soon as we got into the area surrounding the condo’s property EVERYWHERE reeked of marijuana, including the entire building of Peachtree Towers. Even from inside our condo we could smell very strong marijuana odor CONSTANTLY.

Came for a conference. The property was in walking distance to the venue, restaurants, food court, aquarium and other activities. A plus was that you can control the heating. The communication with host was very good.

Came to Atlanta for the Peach Bowl. Condo location was perfect. Was able to walk to Mercedes Benz stadium, attractions, and bars/restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great property for those who know the area. I recently relocated from the Atlanta area, but this property was perfect for my needs due to its size and location. It was convenient to transit and other areas of the city. Happy with my stay and would recommend.

My son and I headed down to Atlanta for a weekend of sports and sight seeing and the location was great. We easily found it and used the transit with no problems.

The place was really nice and the view of the sunset daily is amazing. The location is great and actually no need for a car with food and activities being walking distance. It has an enclosed patio to avoid bugs or just allowing fresh air to fill the room. The host is very attentive and helpful to needs not even listed. Essentials were provided in addition to assistance with parking. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being an amazing host.

We absolutely loved staying at this Vrbo! It was in a great location, beautiful views , and very cozy loft. Only issue was having to pay $30 a day for parking. Other than that, we highly recommend!

I'll be honest, this is not a bougie place to stay. If that's what you're looking for, this is not it. This is however, a nice enough spot for the money...it's a great value. This is a 1960s high rise tower full of condos and this property has that feel. It's nothing fancy, but... It's clean! It's close to all the downtown ATL things. It works!
I'd stay there again given the overall value.

This unit is exactly as described. Bed is comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, trash chute right by the unit and nice & quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

The condo has great security in place for entry. Close to the MARTA station where we came from the airport. The unit itself was clean and very comfortable. It is an older building, but the unit has been nicely updated. I absolutely loved the screened in balcony for my morning coffee. Overall a great stay.

This condo was great! It is exactly as advertised. Close to everything downtown Atlanta. I parked my car and didn’t have to move it for the entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely book again.

I had to attend the convention at the convention center and it was in walking distance lots of other restaurants and bars they were very easy to get to

We stayed in this building in other apartments in the past because of the closeness to the Mart. This is the first apartment that had a good bed where we could actually get some sleep. Everything was neat, clean and very good.

We have stayed in this complex many times since we have been coming to Market. We like to cook when we come. The kitchen was not clean it was greasy. The garbage disposal did not work and it smelled. It was adequately stocked with cooking supplies. The bar needs better support underneath. The sofa has a smell and should be cleaned. One roll of toilet paper would have been nice. Very poor lighting in the bedroom. The bed sags but we did find the brace underneath had falling and we tried to fix it.
It would be nice to know on the front end of supplies we need to provide and bring with us on arrival. AND yes we would stay here again because you have a nice size unit. Attention to details would make it almost perfect.

The apartment was great. Nice and Clean. The outside of the place is another matter. Several homeless camped right outside the building. Harassed every time we went out. Our rental car and 2 others were broken into at parking lot by building. Let me reiterate - once we were inside the building everything was terrific.

The condo is in a building that is safe and clean. Just minutes from MARTA as well as major attractions. Easy to walk anywhere downtown. Michael was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Overall, the property was GREAT! Everything we needed was within walking distance so definitely no need for a car. My only “complaint” which really wasn’t even a big deal was the concierge not letting us check-in initially. A quick call to Michael and it was all taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to our friends/family. Thanks for the great stay!

The owners have two units in this complex. We had trouble with Air Conditioning in 18-O & they were kind enough to let us move to 16-A

This property was perfect for my work trip. It was clean and close to Americasmart. The owner had the best communication I’ve ever had on VRBO!
