La casa vacanza con tre camere da letto e due bagni si trova in una zona residenziale insolitamente tranquilla con accesso a tutte le attrazioni più famose della zona: si trova a tre isolati da Twin Lakes Beach (con bagnini e pozzi di fuoco) e mezzo miglio da Santa Cruz Yacht Harbour. È a soli cinque minuti dal parco divertimenti Boardwalk, dal Capitola Village e dal vivace centro di Santa Cruz; dieci minuti dalle foreste di sequoie con chilometri di sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta; a 40 minuti di auto dal Monterey Bay Aquarium; e 35 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto di San Jose senza traffico.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful family home. The property is very clean, extremely well equipped and is well located for the beach. The additional touches of beach equipment such as bodyboards, umbrellas, a trolley, beach towels etc was very much appreciated.

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family of four (two teens and two adults). Fully equipped with beach gear (chairs, coolers, boogie boards), walking distance to Twin Lakes beach, marina and Crows Nest. Comfortable beds, great home layout, nice kitchen. Excellent communication from the owners. We've stayed at three homes in Santa Cruz over the years, and this is the best one.

One of the best vrbo stays we have had. House was wonderful and large enough for party of 5. The house was very clean and had wonderful amenities ! Walking distance to beach and wharf. We met the owner who had stopped by with notice and our permission to fix an issue with the garage door. Very pleasant and accommodating.
We actually left there and headed to another property in Carmel valley. Very much preferred this property over the Carmel house. Thank you very much for sharing your home! Highly recommend .

We had a lovely stay… Only a five minute walk to the beach. Little touches such as boogie boards, beach towels, air hockey, bath robes and hot tub.

We could not have had a better time, the location of the property was perfect. Everything just as advertised. My husband accidently lost his wedding band during our stay. The cleaning folks found and the host mailed it back to us! Above and beyond we are forever grateful! Definitely will be back, my grandson asked if we could come back every summer! Thanks again!

Great place for a quiet stay with all the convenience. Beach and small market/deli within walking distance. Loved being able to open the huge back door to get in the great weather.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break at this beautiful property. Great kitchen and living area. Party of 4 adults and 4 children . Loved the hot tub. Would be useful to have 8 indoor chairs for dining.

This property far exceeded our expectations!! It reflected the listing perfectly and included additional touches that made our stay delightful! The space was very clean and we appreciated the amount of towels, bedding, and activities included in the home. Our host was helpful, thoughtful, and communicative. I would recommend this spot to anyone and hope to stay here again in the future!

Fabulous location and very clean! A comfortable home with a few recommendations for the owners. First, the beds need to be replaced in all rooms. Second, the couch and the LR chairs need to be replaced - it just may be time to replace the furniture in this lovely home. Finally, given that there is cleaning fee, we would not expect to strip the beds and to takeout all the trash. We understand the need to start laundry and to start dishwasher, but the other items seemed a bit much. With a check in time of 4 and a check out time of 11- it means that the last morning of your vacation ends up being breakfast followed by cleaning the home. The check-n and check-out times align with hotels ---- but with hotels, you just leave the room.

We loved this place! Very accommodating and a very nice location!! Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach, stores and restaurants! We had my 2 and 1 year old grandsons with us and they had everything we needed for them too! Highly recommended!

We rented Maureen and Nick’s property to have space for our family of 5 when visiting my in-laws who live locally. This is an annual tradition and this is the best rental we have found.
It truly felt like home. More than enough space for our family and we even hosted a family birthday dinner here with a few additional adults and were quite comfortable.
They have every beach amenity you could think of from wagons to sand toys and beach tolls and the kids loved the hot tub in the beautiful backyard.
We will definitely look to rent again!!

The home was perfect very clean, decorated lovely with abundance of amenities . The yard was perfect size with a good size table and Nice hot tub in yard we didn’t get to use it , next time! The location was great we walked to the beach, harbor and restaurants we had beautiful weather and couldn’t of had a better time. Thank you Maureen

We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend with the kids. The house is clean, comfortable and fully appointed with everything you could possibly need. For that reason it has the feel of staying at a friend's home instead of a rental. The beach is a five minute walk away and the boardwalk is a 10 minute drive. Close enough to the entertainment but in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! We had a great time :)

We were thrilled to have spent our family vacation at this beautifully appointed, clean home which was also very child friendly. The usage of space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. Everything for a perfect getaway was provided: fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, landscaped backyard with hot tub, beach towels and toys, quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to the beach, harbor, Crow's Nest Restaurant, playground, and mini market. Our host, Maureen, was extremely friendly and helpful. We certainly hope to make many more memories at this sweet spot in Santa Cruz!

It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet residential neighborhood.

Excellent! Spotless…clean! Everything u cud want at your fingertips.…kitchen appliances, etc.. . Every beach item needed in the garage…so clean and organized! Abundant linens, pots, pans, etc…. Marlene excellent hostess! Spotless hot tub! Excellent location… able to walk everywhere! Close to Zelle’s Market for last minute and forgot items! They carry Marianne’s ice cream! For 1-5 we would give it a 5 plus! Looking forward to making another week of special family memories next summer at the house!!!

We (3 adults and 5 tweens) enjoyed our stay. The house is as described and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location is wonderful. A short walk down the street dumps you at Twin Lakes State Beach. There is a delicious restaurant and market, and a coffee shop at the beach as well. A short 7 minute drive will get you to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The hot tub is wonderful to soak in after the day’s excursions. The owner is friendly, responsive, and helpful.

A very relaxing stay in quaint neighborhood in Santa Cruz. 10ish minute walk will get you to Twin Lakes beach with fire pits or the Harbor for a sailing charter or Crows Nest Restaurant & bar. 25ish minutes to the Boardwalk, or a short ride to downtown. Hot tub was great after sailing.
The house very much lives up to the photos. Comfy beds & well appointed kitchen. Lots of beach chairs, toys & wagon to haul it all to the beach.
Maureen is very helpful and communicates swiftly.

This property was great! It had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the board games and books. The hot tub was super relaxing and the beach was a three minute drive. Maureen made the check in and check out process extremely easy and communication was great. Definitely recommend!

We love Santa Cruz and took our family for vacation. Great location and we walked each day to the beach for the kids to play. Outdoor space at the house was wonderful and plenty of space for our family.

We had the best time, the house was in a great quiet location.. walking distance to the beach and harbor and a short drive to the Boardwalk or anywhere else we wanted to go. The house was very comfortable, clean and kitchen well stocked which made cooking a breeze for the times we wanted to eat in. Definitely would like to stay again when we come back to the area. Plenty of space to play games, eat and relax together with your family! And when it’s sunny outside there’s room to sit and bbq. And they have lots of beach toys, chairs, and towels to take with you on the short drive down to the ocean.

Stayed at this home for my son's 16th birthday with his friend and some family. We had a wonderful time. Very nice home equipped with everything you need. All beach accessories you need. Hot tub was a big plus! The kids loved it. Easy 5 minute walk to a nice beach also to the harbor. We went to Crows Nest a couple of times for happy hour. Good food and drinks. We went to the boardwalk, easy 10 minute drive. Would definitely love to come and stay at this house again. Also, the owner, Maureen was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Thank you to Maureen for hosting us. The accommodation is as advertised and more. My kids loved the quick trip to the beach and enjoyed all the beach toys and items available for use. We also very much enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub after spending the day exploring the area. Hope to get the opportunity to come for another stay in the future!!

Had a great one week stay at Maureen and Nic's place in Santa Cruz. Perfect location with easy access to the best beach in Santa Cruz. House is in beautiful condition and comes with lots of beach equipment. Highly recommend it.
