Una residenza cittadina Country Club affascinante e confortevole, è più simile a una casa unifamiliare! Livello singolo, 1 camera da letto con letto matrimoniale con un materasso memory foam aggiornato e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno e 1 bagno completo. Offriamo un'atmosfera informale e accogliente. Cucina completa con bar per la colazione e una zona pranzo e lavatrice / asciugatrice disponibili. C'è un meraviglioso ponte esterno per rilassarsi e una griglia a gas. La nostra casa è facile da trovare ed è un facile accesso alle rotte per il Grand Canyon, Sedona e AZ Snowbowl. La Clubhouse Continental Country Club si trova direttamente dall'altra parte della strada e offre numerosi servizi, tra cui un ottimo ristorante / bar aperto al pubblico. Anche campo da golf pubblico a pagamento. Le strutture per tennis, piscina e fitness sono disponibili solo per gli ospiti che soggiornano per 30 giorni o più e con un piccolo costo aggiuntivo. Inoltre c'è una stufa a pellet per quelle notti più fresche. C'è anche il Flagstaff Athletic Club nelle vicinanze, molto ben arredato con piscina interna ed esterna, attrezzature per l'allenamento, lezioni ecc., Aperto al pubblico per una passeggiata a pagamento di ca. $ 15 a persona al giorno.

As we walked up to front door we were met with a mud pile. My husband had a shovel in truck and had to clear the sidewalk.
The condo windows are nothing like the picture. Blinds are broken and windows are covered with bird poop. Bathroom ceiling has mold and showers were always a surprise sometimes we had hot water other times we had lukewarm water. Couch was old and sagged in the middle. Kitchen floor especially by counter had very soft spots. Felt like you might go through floor. Would I ever recommend this particular condo. Absolutely not.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Comfy Continental Townhouse. I would happily have stayed there for the entire summer. I selected that particular property from its posting on VRBO for several specific reasons and was pleased that it lived up to every single one of them. The features and comfort of the facility itself, the amenities provided, the beautiful location and gorgeous views all made for a wonderful stay. I would return again and again.

We have rented in the Oakmont C C area several times before and this property was less than exceptible.
First, several of the descriptions both online and in the unit were out of date.(ex. the photos show an air conditioner in a window-NO A/C in the unit which has windows facing west with full exposure to the sun.
Second, the pocket doors were totally unacceptable-handles were added that restricted the opening by 4 to 5 inches.
Third, a new TV with outdated instructions- needed to call property management to get the cable channels. Thank you, Bella.

Comfy Condo was a wonderful place to stay. The complex is quiet and safe (proven because my husband left our car door wide open all night!). The bed was by far the most comfortable of the condos we have stayed in. The only concern we had was that there was no water pressure in the shower, but I was assured that would be fixed. I would definitely recommend Comfy Condo!

Easy booking, confirmation, arrival and departure process!! The description of the unit is spot on and perfect for a short stay for 2 adults. It would feel a little cramped to have more than 2 people in this unit.
One thing to note is the proximity to the tennis courts across the street. It wasn't an issue for us given the time of the year. But could imagine in the summer time that those courts might be a bit busy and hence hearing the noise from there could be an issue for some. The unit is also close to the main cross street. There is a fair amount of street noise but tolerable.
The living room furniture could use some updating as the support is a bit uncomfortable.
My spouse just had replacement knee surgery and was at 6 1/2 weeks recovery when we booked this unit. A few stairs from the parking lot but with a banister. There is a flatter route to take to the unit from the parking lot BUT there is some loose gravel to traverse cautiously.
The bathtub with a sliding door was a bit challenging to maneuver but again was doable for someone with a fairly stiff knee.
All-in-all a good location from the 40 and easy to get to anywhere in the Flagstaff area.

Home had good open space, was in a safe area and relatively close to downtown. The host was a great communicator and quick to respond. Would recommend.

We loved "coming home" to this welcoming house after a day at the Grand Canyon or Sedona or Wapatki NM. There was space for the kids to play games while adults shared time together. And the casita was perfect for the family member who needed a quiet place to recover from all the family togetherness. It was easy to get to stores and to quickly get on the roads to the many places we wanted to visit. Also a great neighborhood to take walks in. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay!! It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The location was beautiful and a quiet neighborhood. Had a wrap around deck which is a perfect spot to enjoy some coffee in the morning.Everything was as advertised. The most easy check in process I have ever had. Place was great!!!!

We were very happy with this place. It was very pretty and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We absolutely loved the pellet stove. If it wasn’t for that it would have been cold. You know it was snowy and freezing outside😊. The bed was very very comfortable The property manager was very accommodating, we really appreciated that.

The place was really nice, exactly as described online. Very confy, clean, easy to access, close to local businesses and parks. Unfortunately the coffee creamers in the fridge were spoiled and there was no drinking water. Also the bed was very “squeaky”, just getting in and out of it was very noisy. Other then that it was great, I will recommend it and use it again.

The property is as depicted in the photos. It took my breath away. The huge windows with trees golden and shedding their leaves , such a delight. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture and bed comfortable. It was quiet and private. I enjoyed the deck in the afternoon. I would highly recommend and come again.

This was a great place to stay, clean, nice. Perfect location to be close to golf and friends but still a short drive to downtown or the hills.

My husband I had a rare weekend away from our 2 teenage girls so we headed to Flag to mountain bike and relax. This was the prefect place for us. Great location to green grass and mountain bike trails and we went into town for dinner each night and had amazing dinners at Shift and Brix. Great get away! Perfect place.

we had a good stay - close to everything. Liked having towels, toilet paper. washer and dryer etc. Kitchen was nice to have too. Made it easy to have a meal.

This little townhome/cottage was a perfect spot for our family's long weekend in Flagstaff. The location is super-convenient (we often stay in/around Continental Country Club) and access was no problem, even with blizzard-like conditions during our stay. The main living area is much larger than what's shown on the photos, and the large front windows provide a great view. The kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfy and an in-unit washer/dryer was a plus (though all we did was a quick dry on some damp/snowy gear). TV & Internet worked great too.

Though a little dated, this is a nice condo for two. It was very clean with every amenity needed and close to the biking trails around the lake by the golf course. The process was smooth and easy and the host was great. We would stay again!
