The location of the hotel is really good . The view was nice. Property owner responded to the issues and I would say did her best. They really need to have good cleaning service . People who book a penthouse and pay the price expect to get a nice clean room. The bed and towels where not clean. I am giving 3 star cause the owner responded and did her best to fix the issues. When you check in after a flight and you tired you wanna lay down for couple hours and you can’t cause the bed is not clean it feels terrible.

We are already planning on staying again next year. Everything was as good or better than expected. Neighborhood is way above my class so I certainly did not feel unsafe in my little Toyota Highlander. View was beautiful being able to see the coast and a little of the intercoastal. Ana is great and with her help we even extended our stay with her in the last couple days before arriving.

Ana was very gracious and responsive. My three grown children and myself Loved staying at the hotel right on the Beach with all the amenities (to include restaurant /gym/pool)and especially enjoyed the north balcony with a great ocean view.

Great view
Everything was as advertised. Nice location. All the amenities you’ll need. Ana was a wonderful and promptly returned calls. I would recommend and stay here again. Only downside is the bar/restaurant closes too early.

Wonderful Location
This property is beautiful. The view is amazing you have the Ocean the city and the bay all around you. The property was well stocked and clean. We had an amazing time. Our host was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book again. And I will definitely recommend this location

Perfect stay
My husband and I had a great stay. The beach chairs and towels available downstairs was a nice perk. Publix & a bunch of restaurants are just a short walk down the road. Perfect location.

A great couple getaway.
Such a nice get away with the Husband. Great view and perfect location. Pool was clean and the beach Boys were absolutely helpful and awesome. Quiet and close to everything.

Beautiful location
The location is beautiful, view of the ocean is breathtaking. The property is dated. Hallway carpets need a good cleaning or replaced. Front desk is helpful, but check in process is slow. There is not a parking lot. You enter up a steep hill where there is not a lot of room to turn your car to go back down to exit. Valet does greet you at the top and parks your car once you pay for this service. They are friendly and you are able to get your car within 10 minutes. Food and grocery store is within walking distance. Be prepared for valet fee for parking daily, beach service, and property fee are all extra when you arrive not included in what you have already paid for the rental. Decor in the rental is updated, but carpets need to be cleaned, mold in grout in bathroom, and fire alarm went off every shower if you left the bathroom door open which made it hard to get ready with 2 people. Maintenance came and replaced batteries, but said sometimes they are just sensitive. Beach is gorgeous, but the beach area is completely shaded after 2:00PM. If you move to a sunny area it is outside the beach area of the property and you are not allowed to bring your chair which is still close by. Food and drinks at the property are offered and although they taste good $20 for a mixed drink is high for my taste. Fully stocked kitchen and nice appliances. Owner is friendly and answers quickly.

A little disappointing.
The location is perfect. The resort itself was clean. Beach is good. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The unit was as described. Nicely decorated.
A few disappointments though- The coffee pot did not work, luckily there was a Kuerig with a few K cups. No filters for the 4 cup pot. We got in late and I did bring a bag of coffee with us. The kitchen was well equipped except for linens. It is a full kitchen and we cooked everyday. There was one dish towel and no dish clothes.
We could not find info on how/ where to dispose of trash. After 4 days we did leave several bags of trash and recyclables on the floor. No extra trash bags available. Fortunately we went grocery shopping and had grocery bags.
The dryer did not work so we had to hang bath towels etc.... throughout the apartment to dry. (The manager did offer to send a handyman the next day.)
The door to the laundry closet was off the track and the towel rack in the bathroom was very loose and coming out of the wall.

Family Beach Vacation In Miami
The check-in process was simple and the staff were all friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious enough for me, my husband and our son. Very modern condo with great views. The ironing board was broken but we made due with it, also it would have been nice to have a few more wash cloths. Overall I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Miami area.

Clean & Lovely Condo with Thoughtful Touches
Ana's unit is 5 stars as it is exactly as pictured, very clean, and well stocked with the basic kitchen and bath toiletry essentials. It also includes very thoughtful and welcoming touches such as a mini snack basket containing an assortment of mini chocolates, granola bars and chips, as well as a smart TV in the living room which allowed us to connect to streaming apps like Hulu, PlayStation Vue and Netflix. The unit also has scented plug-ins that give it a very pleasant, welcoming smell/vibe as if you are coming "home" (think fresh baked pie!). Being there for the 4th of July, we were able to see many different fireworks since it is on the top floor, which was a nice bonus.
The building is nice and clean as well, with a very helpful pool/beach and valet staff. While the menu at the restaurant is limited, the food is tasty. Menu items can be ordered via room service, the pool bar and lobby bar. Service at the lobby bar can be a little slow as the bar tenders served double duty as waitstaff in the restaurant, but this was no biggie as we were never in a hurry.
If we had to provide any objective feedback it would be for more washcloths and bedroom lighting. While bath towels were abundant (6 total) there were only 2 washcloths so you may want to bring or buy a few extra as we did if you need more than that. As for the bedroom lighting it was pretty dim, as the only lights are small bedside reading style lamps on lighted glass shelves. Either a floor lamp or lights in the wardrobe would make it brighter and easier when getting ready in the evenings to go out.
Also the pool and adjacent lounge area is really small with other guests tending to "reserve" loungers early in the am or while they are also at the beach so getting chairs may be tough especially if visiting during a holiday like we were. This is something beyond Ana's and Marenas control but worth noting if you are a pool person and like to lay out much of the day. Regardless we wouldn't hesitate to rent Ana's unit again whenever in the area! You won't be disappointed!

Amazing ocean view in Sunny Isles
Excellent experience. Great bar by the pool with beachside service. Beach and swim are awesome... Cando is spacious and well decorated. Ana was on point! Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The condo was really lovely and very clean, exactly as pictured. We loved the balcony and the ocean view. Ana was amazing, very responsive and helpful. She had provided lots of thoughtful extra amenities to make our stay as enjoyable as possible -lots of towels, extra blankets, coffee pods, and welcome snacks that were all appreciated! The unit is on the north facing side of the building and the view is the ocean to the right and the bay to the left, both gorgeous. There is a sandpit they move around all day between Marenas and the resort next door, but we never heard any outdoor noise inside the unit. The daily resort fee covered lounges, umbrellas, and towels provided at the beach - so nice to not have to pack & carry those down! We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The whole resort was very nice and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again! Thanks Ana!

Fantastic stay at this beautiful condo with great views!
My husband and I are regulars to Marenas Beach resort but this is the 1st time we rented through the owner and were pleasantly surprised. The view from the unit was incredible and the condo was super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all basics that you may need. The unit had all of the amenities hotel usually offers. The owner was easy to communicate with and would respond quickly to our requests. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking & listening to the ocean and sipping on coffee - what a life! The only complaint we had is the ongoing construction noise next to the resort but we were usually up and running early and by the time we would come back to the hotel the construction crew would leave for the day. That being said, we would rent from Ana again in a heartbeat!

Great time in Sunny Isles
We had a great time. Ana could't have been more helpful (our plane was late - so she had to wait around a few extra hours for us). The apartment was great. I have stayed in Sunny Isles several times, and by far Ana was the most responsive owner. She was flexible, and terrific. The apartment was as described - clean and well maintained. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I came with my son and his girlfriend. My only suggestion would be to have a slightly better equipped kitchen. There wasn't a blender, so I bought (and left) a cheap single one. The staff at Marenas was great. I loved that we were able to get a chair and towel etc on the beach. I would definitely stay again! Thanks Ana!
