The property is amazing and across the street from the beach. The place has everything you need for beach fun and a comfortable stay. The layout is perfect and the three bathrooms are fantastic for multiple people. Everything is clean and newly remodeled as advertised. The host is great with communication and left snacks and drinks for us which was a nice touch.

We adored this condo! It's ideally situated near the beach, shops, and restaurants in the perfect location of Del Mar, one of the most stunning places in the US. The condo is beautifully decorated, updated, clean, and serene, with lovely morning light. Parking in the underground garage is convenient. My teenage son also enjoyed it and was comfortable in his room. The property management provided excellent instructions for check-in and check-out, complete with pictures, and promptly addressed any questions. Don't hesitate to rent – highly recommended!

This property was the perfect place for our family! Just a 1 minute walk to Del Mar beach. Walking distance to downtown Del Mar restaurants and shops. The parking garage was easy to access. The condo complex was clean and people were very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and set up with very nice pool furniture. This big 3 bedroom - 3 bath condo was recently renovated with new appliances, furniture and had all the amenities we needed. The bunk room was perfect for our kiddos. All the rooms had comfy beds with clean smooth sheets. Sonos speakers included for the vibe. Easy in and out with coded locks. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The train runs right next to the unit, but with new sound proof windows, it wasn’t much of a noise issue at all. Overall, this place is highly recommended!

This home was like new. It was recently remodeled. Excellent condition, clean, very nice all around. Great location. Walked to beach without shoes. Management was very good and active. Great experience for us. Booking again next year.

The location of this property was A+ . The area was walking distance to all the places you would want to go in Del Mar, restaurants, parks, beaches, we walked a lot.
We came in very late at night and instructions where concise and easy. Communication with the host was great and very accesible.
The unit has a good size, comfortable and spacious. We were three adults, my husband my daughter and I but there was enough space for more people.
Furniture in good condition, tastefully and warm decorated. It was everything we needed and more.
The kitchen well equipped and plenty of dishes, pots and pans, enough condiments to start any meal.
We will definitely come back with the rest of the family.

This home was amazing. Looks even nicer and bigger in person. Amenities were as described and they even left us a nice check in snack pack. Nina was very attentive to our needs. Parking was very convenient as well. Would book again in a heart beat.

The property and location were perfect! The home is pottery barn cute, perfect for families and one block from the beach and restaurants. Nina went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care! The home is extra clean, equipped with everything you need and so many extra's for the kids. We will definitely be back!

We loved our time in Del Mar and the property es just exactly what we were looking for. Close to restaurants and shops, yet quiet for a peaceful stay. The extra touches provided, along with a clean place was refreshing. Definitely will stay here again.

This townhome had a great layout. Most of the time it was 2 of us and when our adult children came, there was ample room and space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. 3 full baths is very nice too.
2 blocks to the beach for daily morning walks. Super walkable to the Del Mar restaurants and shops. Evening sunsets. Safe location. The trains took a little to get used to especially the large freight trains that would occasionally come though in the middle of the night.
Everything worked in the place. The kitchen and serving equipment basic and was a lot of plastic. We didn’t use the pool. Garage parking for 2 cars was awesome.

Great property
This was a great spot for us. The property is clean and well stocked. It is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and to local restaurants. It is close to the train tracks which can be quite loud at night if you are a light sleeper. Other than that it is perfect and we would love to stay there again!

Perfect weekend
We stayed here for our wedding weekend. We got married at the powerhouse community Center so this location could not have been more perfect for us to the venue as well as the beach. It was roomy enough for the whole family. And very comfortable. We're able to cook meals at home save money plenty of bathrooms who are going to get ready in. Very comfortable home away from home for us. Thank you look forward to staying here again.

Everything about this experience and stay was off the charts! This place is actually better than the photos! Newly done and it shows with everything from the showers , to the tv’s, amenities and the location is actually maybe 500 yards from the beach and two popular restaurants and a five minute walk from the Del Mar square area. Dream stay!

This condo is less than a block to the beach, and walking distance to multiple restaurants - the location can't be beat. We've vacationed in Del Mar multiple times, and this was the nicest place we've ever stayed, Nina was very communicative, and even left snacks for our stay, which was a nice touch. Well Appointed Condo and GREAT location
We stayed for 3 weeks in this recently remodeled condo. It was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location is fantastic, just a block from the beach. The train goes by several times a day and that is a bit loud, but you get used to it and after a few days we did not notice anymore. Our host, Nina, was very communicative before and during our stay. We would LOVE to return.

Great Stay!
First of all, we cannot say enough good things about this stay - only that we wish it would have been longer!
Nina, the property rental agent, was awesome! She was extremely helpful, and made the entire process so easy. Since she knew we were moving from a condo nearby to her unit, she allowed us to drop our things early and then check- in early once the unit had been cleaned, which was extremely helpful! She also was kind enough to leave snacks, drinks and a little gift! There was start-up coffee for Keurig and coffee creamer. Nina is an unbelievable host - she thought of everything! Thanks again, Nina!!
As far as the unit - it was wonderful! It was very clean - big thanks to Coco and her staff who do a wonderful job keeping the unit clean and fresh! The condo property was great, as well. It was a little chilly during our stay, but the pool and whirlpool looked sparkling clean!
The location of the unit was unbeatable! It is a block from the ocean - if that! You can hear the waves at night! The beach is gorgeous - going from flat sand beaches to cliffs - we walked it every morning and watched the sunset every evening! The condo is only about a block from Jake’s and Poseidon, two very good restaurants right in the beach, and the cute restaurant/shopping district of Del Mar is only a few blocks away. The restaurant selection within a 10 minute walk is simply unbelievable! The food in that area is awesome, and we never drove to dinner - we walked everywhere! Torrey Pines State Park is less than 10 minutes away and cannot be missed.
This condo comes highly recommended from us, and we sincerely hope to return for a longer stay in the future!!

We spent the Christmas Holiday at this property. It could not have been nicer. We cooked in and ate out. The kitchen was so well stocked. Just a great spot! Nina was awesome!

This condo was in a great location being close to the beach and downtown Del Mar. The property manager, Nina, was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
