Private room with bathroom and terrace kitchen in a bigger house Very clean 2 minutes to the beach but not so close to hear the waves all night long I would stay again

Electricity outages, might be a general issue in the area, but they have a backup source so lights and internet stay on Internet WiFi was pretty slow

A few steps from the stunning Palolem beach. Anna and her husband are very welcoming and ready to help. Nice room with cooking stove and fridge. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic location, the beach is super close. (like you can hear the waves from the property) The bed is comfy, everything is clean. The host is friendly and helpful :)

A few times there was an issue with water. (couldn’t use shower, toilet etc.) it wasn’t too bad and didn’t last long to get frustrated, but it did happen a couple of times.

Anna was a great host, she kept in touch via WhatsApp, ordered a taxi from the airport and let me pay for the taxi and room the next day when I changed my money. Nice room with everything that you need and Anna was there to make sure everything was okay, or you could contact her if you needed anything. Very pleased overall and would stay again.

1) They had a kitchen attached to our room and the kitchen had all the utensils so you can cook yourself. 2) There was a refrigerator which was a plus. 3) There was a "jhula" in balcony which my child enjoyed very much. This is actually a very smart thinking by owner and the property. 4) There was a washing machine too which was another plus. 5) Check in and check out were hassle free and smooth. 6) The room and attached kitchen was spacious and functioning. 7) Further, owner herself was quite polite and helpful. We checked out a day before due to our flight rescheduling and she offered to refund charges that we paid for our one day extra stay. This was really a nice and rare gesture.

Its suggestions actually which we believe will help do further value add: 1) Property should also go for google pay / payTM / UPI payment options. NEFT and cash payment limits the option for customer staying at property. 2) There is water shortage sometime. To sort this out property has a motor outside. But to switch it on, one has to go out of room. Its kind of self service. It was not a problem for us. But same may not be the case with other customer booking and staying at this property. So if property can find an alternative it will be value add. For example, we suggest that property can get switches installed within each of the rooms so one do not have to go out of room or alternatively property can get a higher capacity water tank installed.

Anna is a wonderful host and is always responsive. The location is super, it’s just 100 Mt from the beach and still it’s very nice and quiet. This was one of the few properties which provided us with a fully functional kitchen which was necessary since we were visiting with our 1 year old. Anna also provided us with her 2yr olds tent, high chair, cot and spoons/dishes to help us out.

The road leading to the property does not have any streetlights, it gets very difficult at night when it’s dark. Constant power cuts in the area. Ants and mosquitoes.

Anna and her team was/are, very helpful. Always available to answer questions. We had a bit of water problems late night,, but it was fixed the next day. Inbetween the housekeeping staff, changed the bedsheets, cleaned the room and bathroom room and put in fresh towels. Drinking Water can was provided. Gas Stove and utensils were available incase it was needed. Soap and scrub for the utensils were provided Laundry services were available - provided by Fatima (next door tenant). Beach was right in there, about a mins walk from the property

I had to work in between there were too many power cuts and Internet disconnects, were a bit annoying.

This room have everything you need, with big fridge and a little kitchen outside. They include drinking water so you don't need to buy and carry heavy bottles. The bed is very nice with a duvet and not only a sheet. AC is working fine and it is hot water in the shower:-) It is also nice and quiet with only 1 min walk to the beach. The owners don´t bother you, they are lovely and helpful.

It was so close to the beach and Anna, the host, was regularly in touch with me leading up to my arrival - which was well appreciated as I was travelling alone. Anna also arranged a taxi for me to the airport which was amazing because the one that I had booked fell through.

The property is set back a couple of minutes away from the beach. It was comfortable and well thought out. There is a lovely outside garden which is pretty and lush. So nice to sit out there and listen to the birds early in the morning. Would highly recommend.

Not that I didn’t like about it but would have liked a toaster but then I’m English!!
