One of our favourite places we have stayed at in India. Staff very friendly and attentive. Made us feel like we were at home. Would happily recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve stayed at Sealand a few times and always enjoy our time here. The rooms are clean and comfortable with big beds, seating, and spacious wooden balcony.
The restaurant has lots to choose from including many vegetarian options.
Everyone here is friendly and the employees are very helpful, making sure you have everything you need for beach holiday.

I recently stayed at the Sealand hut cottage near the beach and had an amazing experience. The cottages were clean ,cozy and spacious. I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed and most important was the sea view, just few steps away from the beach. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and really impressed with reasonable prices of dishes and drinks. Must try biryani here.

there was no hot water, i've been traveling for a whole day just to arrive in a room without water, I had to call three times the receptionist

- House looked much better in real, than on photos. We had big bed with mosquito net around it, table and wardrobe with key. I wasn't sure about open roof bathroom, but it was actually great.
- Staff was really nice and helpful, big greetings to all of you!
- Beach is just in front of you, place have good restaurant and sun beds with umbrellas, so you can stay there all day long.
- House was better than on photos, but it wasn't much stable... With every step it was moving terribly to sides, which made wardrobe hitting wall.
- It is not a place for people who ale light sleepers - crows cawed from 5 am, dogs barked and howled through the night, people came home from parties... Take earplugs with you!

Friendly staff - homey atmosphere. The beachfront restaurant served tasty, reasonably priced food and is a great place to chill and meet other travelers. Bed was large and comfortable. Rooms are large and some include sofas. Location is great - just a hop, skip and jump to be in the ocean.
A kettle and mini fridge would have been nice.

brilliant location and a good sized room. great air conditioning / fan and a mosquito net.
we had an issue with the cleanliness of the sheets when we arrived but it was quickly resolved when we pointed it out. the shower was pretty dismal too but you’re in a temporary structure on the beach so it’s probably to be expected.

The hotel manager, helped us take a taxi from the airport in the middle of the night straight to the room, and made sure we arrived, the restaurant staff and the wonderful Mina were also wonderful

The location, very friendly and efficient staff and wonderful food and service. They were also very helpful with collecting my bag, which was put on another flight, from the airport .
Our room, although in a great position with view of the beach, was 36.5 with the fan on during the day. think it needs air con.

bedroom was spacious. food in the restaurant was very good - I was happy to eat there often. the accom is fairly quiet, though I did have a cottage right at the back. great location, just meters from the beach.
petrol fumes entering my bedroom through the bathroom at night. no bedside lamp or hooks to hang towels. more thought needed to make it more comfortable.

Yogi and Deepak are the most friendly stuff in all india. All you need they can organize. The beach is just in front of the huts and the food is delicious.

Location was great. Deepak was very helpful always. The Spanish omelette was perfect every morning!
The ants crawling on the coconut tree in the bathroom but I gather this is natural! There wasn’t much food at Sealand as it was end of season May and closing.

Clean and well maintained rooms, Good AC. Bedsheets and towels too were clean. Beach front. The rooms were spacious with rain shower and mosquito net, cubboard, and good ventilation.
