Location, location, location - right on the beach with beautiful views.

The rooms we stayed in had seen some wear and tear, very basic- but all necessities were there, as described.

FOOD WAS AWESOME.STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.

The rooms we were put up in were quite old, they emitted an odour maybe from the excessive cleaning fluid used. On one of the days the people from the next shack started doing some drilling and banging work at 7am in the morning waking all of us up. On speaking to the staff they communicated to the next shack owner and the same didnt happen next day.

Proximity from Palolem beach..it was just Beach front hut..the only positive thing about this stay..

Toilet pipes were having leakage.

Location and staff are fantastic.

Not worth the money, room maintenance not done daily, rooms are gloomy and old.

Neat, clean rooms, though overshadowed by a few significant frustrations.

Beach restaurant/bar/sun loungers closed (apparently by beach inspector) for a couple of days on arrival. No attempt to compensate nor provide a goodwill gesture. On paying, told card machine ‘broken’. Said they’d pay any commission due the money broker they took me to - he tried add an additional 5% on top of my bank’s exchange rate without telling me. All round poor form.

I when we arrived we were informed that it had been closed by beach inspector. we were taken to Sai Sebastian shack and charged same money but it was not up to scratch. very dissatisfied
