TRY TO AVOID PALOLEM AT THE END OF JUNE because the graphics on website look beautiful. Probably the property is not run as an asset and the reason maybe being that it is managed by lease or rent or the terms of contract are no good for investing in repairs of the property. We were in a hurry to check out because the floor outside our room had a leaky ceiling. Such permanent properties on the beach should be maintained nicely. The toilets walls are full of fungus and there was no hot water since they use solar heaters. No alternate arrangements available. I had to leave as soon as possible because i needed a bath. We paid almost Rs 6000 per night and that is a scam

Being honest nothing

the rooms were smelling it’s was not the exact as shown on the website food was way to expensive being honest you could eat on the beach side shack and get value for money

Shower, no water pressure very little hot water, none in the evening Pool, unfixed and broken slabs around pool dangerous for children and generally poorly maintained General lack of maintaince in all hotel and room Scam charges, after being asked to pay hotel bill the day before we check out which I did, then later that evening was told problem and they wanted me to pay transaction charges of 7000 rupees ! I didn't pay this (I will be speaking to booking.com about this) We have stayed at Pallolem Inn before, although a few years back, this place has gone downhill and is desperately overpriced for what you don't get, I would avoid in future as far better out there in Pallolem

The owners are very humble and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. I got clean room. Surprisingly it was very quiet and peacful at night so it was easy to sleep. Hygiene was good😊 Restaurant people were respectful.
