Property was great and location was good

Staff were SO rude and unhelpful it was such a shame they were the reason i wouldn’t return to this property (

Perfectly located to our venue at Bridgestone. Room was excellent and very clean. Staff was friendly and engaging.

Parking rates are market but still high.

Locations is perfect for Broadway & Bridgestone. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel was very clean.

I think they forgot to put a comforter on our beds and I didn’t realize this until after we left but oh well

The hotel was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! There was a good variety of options for breakfast which was included. Parking was also less expensive than many other hotels in this area. It’s a short walk to Broadway as well.

Everything was clean and updated. The view was fantastic and the free breakfast was delicious.

The front desk staff was exceptional!! Everyone we encountered was pleasant, professional and very helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

Breakfast options limited at the beginning of the week. One or two menu options were lacking in taste (sausage for example).

The location is perfect, room was neat and the breakfast was really good. Had an early check in which was amazing and the staff was super nice.

Dunno if it's on Booking's side or the hotel, but I paid for an upgrade so the room could have a bathtub and didn't get that room at check in.

There were no bags in the trash can. There was no microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby, so it was not a major issue. These are minor things that didn't affect my stay or if I'll return.

Parking lot. During the exit some people had problems with the payment and gate. Spend a lot of of time in the line waiting to release the gate and no support.

I really didn't care for the breakfast. I have had worst but I have also had a lot better. I did like my room. It was clean and spacious. I didn't like the connecting doors. I felt a little uncomfortable with that but all and all it was pretty good and I liked the staff. Nice group of people

The parking price was ridiculous. The hotel price was high enough. It wasn't as if it was in the center of downtown. Also, it wasn't a real pool; more like a jacuzzi. As far as the breakfast, I am not fun of serve yourself places; especially with covid not totally gone.

How close it was to the bridgestone.

Great location, walkable area close to everything we wanted to do. I felt very safe here. Clean and comfortable facilities. The breakfast is excellent.

My only concern is the parking situation. The parking deck is so cramped and difficult to move around and park in safely. The spaces are so narrow with concrete columns all over the place. It’s $40 for parking which is a bit pricey since you can’t check in before 4:00 pm and have to be out in the morning.

The lounge downstairs and all the games. The breakfast was great.

Hotel refused to issue an invoice. Reservation have been made through Booking.com and Booking.com informed that due to agreement with hotel indeed the hotel is obliged to issue an invoice. The hotel primarely refused to do it, then, after am intervention of Booking.com, agreed to issue an invoice, but finally refused to do it shifting responsibility to Booking.com. I travel a lot every year but expierence such situation for the first time in my life. I definitely do not recommend to book this hotel through Booking.com if you need an invoice from hotel.

The property is great. Great location and close to Broadway and all the bars and music/. Also within walking distance to Titans Stadium. The pool on the 2nd floor is weird. Looks like a hot tub but is a jetted small pool. The breakfast is amazing with lots of options.

Property was clean. Within 10-15 min walking distance to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman, Bridgestone, variety of bars and restaurants. Lobby had tons of games to entertain both kids and adults. Breakfast bar was phenomenal.

It was convenient to downtown Nashville and was very clean. They had the best breakfast offerings that I’ve seen in a while.
