We had the BEST time staying here for my sisters bachelorette. Lauren and Jen went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and effortless. Not only did they provide us with some drinks and snacks upon arrival, but they also left makeup towels and sound machines and ear plugs incase nearby construction got noisy. The beds were so comfortable, the house had everything we needed. It was so clean, comfortable, roomy and in a great location. I could go on--I cannot recommend booking this beautiful location more! Thank you Lauren & Jen!

This property is one of the best places we have stayed for a long weekend visit. It was very open with great bedrooms for all of our adult kids/spouses to stay and have plenty of privacy. The garage housed two cars along with a back driveway. The beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Great kitchen/family room area. We were in town for a concert and this was very convenient to all the amenities downtown Nashville has to offer. The host was fantastic to deal with and the "goodies" provided were an added bonus! I highly recommend.

We spent 5 days in Nashville and had a blast! Nashville rocks! Being able to stay in a huge luxurious townhouse just made our girl's trip even more special. The townhouse was very clean and stylish and the host was very kind and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lauren for being such a great host!

We recently stayed at this stunning VRBO property and it exceeded all our expectations. If you're planning a trip with multiple couples or a group of friends, look no further – this place is ideal.
First off, the location couldn't be better. Nestled within walking distance to some local restaurants and bars, and just a quick Uber drive (or even a leisurely stroll) to the vibrant energy of Broadway, it truly offers the best of both worlds – convenience and excitement.
The accommodations themselves are simply fantastic. With four spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The property looks exactly like the photos – absolutely gorgeous.
But what truly sets this VRBO apart is the exceptional hospitality of the host. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing thoughtful touches like beverages and snacks, and being incredibly accommodating to any requests or questions we had.
Overall, our experience at this Nashville VRBO was nothing short of incredible. Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you to the host for making our trip unforgettable – we can't wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our girls trip! The house was so clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Were able to walk to places nearby for dinner and brunch. Short Uber to Broadway. Having a garage to park in was a huge plus!! Hosts had great communication and were so nice about any questions we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a beautiful home! Spacious, clean, and filled with all the amenities you need! There is some construction going on next door and the pubs close by can be a bit noisy into the wee hours. However, the host has left drawers of earplugs and white noise machines to help. The only complaint would be the lighting in the bathrooms. There are no magnifying lighted mirrors and it makes it difficult to apply makeup. Amazon has plenty that you can travel with, so just bring your own! Close enough to Broadway but you will want to drive or Uber! This is definitely a great Nashville home!

Everything was just as described. The beds were super comfy and everyone having their own bathroom was a plus. We also loved having the deck off the living room for morning coffee instead of just the one big patio off the top floor.

I cannot express enough how incredibly amazing our stay at this vacation rental was! It truly exceeded all expectations and stands out as one of the most luxurious and spacious accommodations I have ever experienced. As the host of my bachelorette trip, I wanted to ensure that all 18 girls would have ample space, and that's why we opted for two neighboring townhomes. Let me tell you, these townhomes go above and beyond any other rentals I've seen elsewhere. They are specifically designed for hosting large groups, with generous room sizes and an abundance of showers to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Throughout our stay, not once did we feel cramped or crowded. The host of the property was an absolute gem, providing us with exceptional assistance and keeping the lines of communication wide open. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly made our experience even more memorable.
Based on this outstanding experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this host's properties to anyone seeking a top-notch vacation rental. You won't be disappointed!

This was a great place to stay. 7 girls for a birthday trip. The host responds right away and was accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house and layout is amazing. In great area was able to walk around to some places near by and short Uber rides to downtown areas. Would definitely say again.

This was a great place to stay. The house is new and the host communication and hospitality was great! We came down for a joint bachelor and bachelorette party and the rooms were very accommodating (as many places I looked at had too many beds in one room and had bunk beds- which we did not want for a group of adults!) We would definitely stay here again.
My only complaint/recommendation would be some darkening blinds/curtains. No matter what time we stayed out to, we were all up as soon as the sun was as the rooms were so bright.

The moment we walked into our Nashville getaway we were greeted with the feel of hospitality. The air was on, there were snacks and cold drinks in the fridge, and best of all country music welcomed us into the house. It was the best feeling after a bit of a stressful flight.
This multi-level home is located near all the hotspots and makes for a perfect spot to enjoy your downtime. comfy beds, great bathrooms, and clean.

The only thing more amazing than this gorgeous house was the hospitality of hostesses Lauren and Jen! They thought of every detail to make our stay exceptional!
The house is new, fresh and BEAUTIFUL! The floor plan is spacious and the decor is upscale, yet inviting and cozy. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen and 3rd floor loft bedroom were stocked with coffee pods, water, sodas, and other cold beverages along with a huge variety of snacks - something for everyone. The mattresses, pillows, bed linens and towels are high quality and luxurious!
All essential supplies were available in the kitchen and everything was quality brand name. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryers. It was nice to find plenty of laundry detergent and a big bonus to have a double garage for off street parking. The location is excellent - only a $7 Uber ride down to the Honky Tonk bars on Broadway and within walking distance to the Graduate (Dolly Parton’s hotel) and a few eateries. We barely drove our cars at all after arriving.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, couldn’t have been happier and will definitely come back again!

The house itself is as advertised. It is tastefully decorated and very functional. There were nine of us and we all had enough space. The reason I gave it four stars is the fourth bedroom which has access to the rooftop patio does not have a door. While the house is large and three stories, the noise from the main level and second floor does carry throughout the house. The hardwood floors are beautiful, but does work against the quietness of the home. We did have a couple of issues which Lauren responded to. She gave us great information of things to do and several restaurant recommendations. The only other item to note is there are bars within a block and the bands are very loud at night so some evenings the noise was loud until 3 AM when the bars closed. Overall it is a lovely property and very close to downtown.

It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. A garage you can park in for safety and convenience.
The host is wonderful. She sent me recommendations of things to do with my grandkids and places to eat.
She even answered a question I had the day of my arrival while in the hospital after having a baby. She had a representative to cover for her while on maternity leave. Her name was also in the condo.
When it came time to leave all we had to do was lock the door. None of those household duties that is normally required.
When we come back to Nashville we will definitely stay here.

This was the second time we have stayed at this location. 7 girls who graduated from high school many many years ago! The house is clean and has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable! Lauren is a great host and replies immediately. Such a fun place to stay. We loved the roof top patio but it rained the days we were there..it is an awesome place to sit when it's nice. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

We traveled to nashville for my moms 60th birthday. There was 7 of us and we had the most amazing time. We hired a private chef to come in one morning and enjoy the beautiful dining room. Everything from the rooms to bathrooms were clean and such a great stay!

The home is well appointed with furniture, kitchen items, and linens. The fridge was FULL of drinks of all kinds and a variety of snacks were also provided. It has a tankless water heater, so you never run out! The first floor bedroom was perfect for my mother, who has difficulty walking - the down bath, though not en suite, did have a low entry shower, which was critical. We added suction handles for inside the shower, and she felt secure. Three steps to enter the property weren’t an issue.
The upstairs bedrooms were lovely and the beds were firm and very comfortable.
Hostess was incredibly responsive and obviously concerned with our comfort.
Would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again sometime.

We stayed at this house for a girls trip to Nashville and loved it! The house has a perfect location and all of the necessities. As a group of girls, we all felt safe in this area and were able to walk around the neighborhood to explore the bars/restaurants. And this house is a short Uber ride away from Broadway!

If you are thinking about this property, just do it! The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is within a short walking and driving distance to many sights to see and places to eat. Many of our Uber drivers commented on what a great location and safe neighborhood we were staying in.
The host...wow, I can't say enough good things about the host. Very communicative, super responsive and genuinely wants you to enjoy your vacation. I had reached out to ask if there might be any insulated bags at the property we could use. The host said there were not but within a couple of hours, she had two insulated bags delivered to us. Talk about customer service! I also really enjoyed that the only check-out instructions were to lock all windows and doors. While it's not a big load of work, it was nice to not have to worry about stripping the beds or taking out trash or any other household items
