The location is amazing, able to walk to beaches, lighthouse, boardwalk. The backyard is lovely. House is roomy and good flow.
There were a couple of items that need attention- the outdoor b’cue was dirty and we were not able to turn on. The kitchen floors seem to have water intrusion as they buckle in spots. Not enough dishwasher soap- had to contact owner. We were told that there were 4 large bath towels however when we arrived there were only two.

Our family enjoyed a very entertaining stay in this excellent location, appreciating the local amenities and returning to this very comfortable home.

The place was perfect for my mom and her kids, grandkids and great grandkids
We could spread out to relax and socialize outside or in the large living area,and then gather and dine together at one big table
The kitchen was large and well-stocked with cookware and serving dishes
All of the bedrooms were large and bright. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, the Boardwalk,and even to the lighthouse
Jill,our host,took time to respond to us from her own vacation and was very helpful

During our week in Santa Cruz, we enjoyed a comfortable stay. The house was spacious and clean. The backyard was perfect for our dogs to relax and play. The house is located on a busy corner and it could be difficult to find parking during the day as people like to park on Bay and walk to the beach. If there had been a driveway with parking, it would have been a bit easier to find parking in front of the property. Overall nice place with a convenient location.

Great property for large family! Common areas and kitchen were bigger than expected. We enjoyed the lanai immensely, wonderful gathering place. The location was central to the wharf, boardwalk and cliff path.`The owner was super to work with.

Our family of 12, including teens and young children found enough room in this very large house. The front and back yards were nicely maintained and perfect for the Easter egg hunt we had. The configuration of the house with one of the bathrooms (there are only 2) between two of the bedrooms and the people sleeping there happened to be the family members who slept later. Something to think about when bedrooms are assigned. There were only 3 large rolls of toilet paper per bathroom so we had to purchase more. We also had to purchase salt, although there was plenty of pepper and miscellaneous other spices. The large dining room table and plenty of chairs were perfect for our family meals and the high chair a welcome addition.
We were always able to find on-street parking and the walk to the cliffs and boardwalk was a fairly short distance. We would stay here again, perhaps in the summer months when the beach would be warm enough for hanging out and playing in the sand.

Spacious and beautiful old home. Well maintained and charmingly decorated. We had 11 people and 2 large dogs in our group and there was plenty of room to eat, sleep and play.

6 bedrooms, well furnished, very clean,3 blocks from the promenade along the cliffs. On a busy street, but not a problem because the house is large, lots of places to gather, and you don't notice the street at all once inside.

This is an attractive, large property with six bedrooms, a full kitchen, a huge living room and backyard with outdoor grill and hot tub.

We spend every Thanksgiving in Santa Cruz with our children, grandchildren, and if we can figure out how to manage it, a dog or two. This property was perfect for us. Big enough for everyone to have some space, and with a dining room and living room that accommodated our big family. The location was great, and the host was very kind and helpful.

If you have a large group of adults, this is an outstanding choice. One of the only listings you’ll find that has six bedrooms for six adults, no bunk beds or other children-only accommodations, perfect for a friends trip. The house is great, spacious, great yard with hot tub, and fantastic location. I’ll definitely be looking here first for future trips!

We absolutely loved the close location to the beach and Boardwalk The amenities were plenty we cooked most our meals in house and appreciated having access to the laundry as we have a large family. My kids enjoyed endless hours of fun in Santa Cruz. Parking was the most difficult about this situation. It is very limited near the house. Neighbors were pleasant.

Large Six bedroom home with excellent kitchen facilities, dining room and Grand living room! Comfortable outdoor seating and dining. Easy walk to beach, boardwalk and pier. Easy access to any location in town! Jill was very responsive to our few questions that came up.

We really had a wonderful time at our home. It was a perfect fit for our girls reunion. Location was great, able to take our walks. The back yard was so comfortable to enjoy the afternoon and BBQ. We look forward to our next trip!

This large, sprawling ranch style home, accommodated our group of 10 perfectly with ample space. It truly offers indoor outdoor living with the large patio and back, patio tables, couches and complete privacy. Our group enjoyed the hot tub as well. An easy walk to the boardwalk and to the wharf, in our favorite neighborhood in Santa Cruz, West Cliff. Perfect home for large parties with six bedrooms. Very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

What an amazing time we had with our family and friends at this beautiful beach villa! So many great memories made and such a serene environment.
Not only was the owner (Jill) accommodating, friendly, and responsive, her home was just perfect for our family of 10 plus a few friends. The house is spacious with 6 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen stocked with all the necessary amenities and a backyard that was inviting, spacious and private.
We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the bbq a few times during our stay. Everything was very clean and a lot of care put into prepping the home before our stay. The house is only a few blocks from the beach which was also convenient.
We definitely recommend the property and hope to be back again soon! Thank you for opening up your home to us!

We had a wonderful time over Memorial Day weekend Santa Cruz retreat. It's a short walk to Steamer's Lane world class surf spot, the Boardwalk and downtown. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

There were 9 of us and we didn’t even need all of the 6 bedrooms. The house was bright and sunny, the kitchen fully equipped and the yard nicely landscaped. As city people, we were thrilled with the hot tub and proximity to the beach. We found Jill extremely responsive to our questions. You must be comfortable without shoes because the host takes the beautiful floors very seriously.

This house was ideal for a family gathering of 10 overnight guests plus a couple who joined us for dinner. Twelve sat comfortably at the dining table, and the living room area is huge and furnished to accommodate conversation. We loved having the piano.

Nice house with great location near the wharf and the coastal walking path on Cliff Drive. Expansive living room well suited to our group of ten family members. Comfortable accommodations. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice seating area in backyard. Easy to find off street parking in early August. Would stay here again.

Everything pretty much easy to get to. The boardwalk and beach are within walking distance and the downtown shopping district is a short drive. The hot tub was a popular meeting place and enjoyed by the entire family. We cooked all our evening meals at home and there was plenty of room at the table to sit a dozen people. It was a very nice and clean place to stay.

Stayed here with 6 adults, and 6 kids and everyone absolutely loved it. My 6 yo was crying the day we left because she never wanted to leave and wanted to know when we'd be back. Great proximity to the beach and boardwalk without being in the tourist mix. Big place that's even better than the photos. Strong wifi throughout. The hot tub was a treat and so were all the flowers in the back yard. Would definitely come back.
