I loved having the breakfast items. Also very clean and the accomodation was very comfortable.

Breakfast provided was more then we expected.

This is the greatest house we've rented in years in terms of cost and performance. It really made us feel at home. The owners took into consideration the needs of the quests and prepared all the things they might need. Everything was well-organized and indicated in the home. It is certainly suitable for couples or small families. Highly recommended!

sofa bed is too soft for me

Loved everything about this guesthouse. From check-in to checkout everything went so smoothly. WIFI connection was amazing, rooms and facilities were clean. There is a full kitchen so we were able to cook everything we needed. Host provide all the essentials like milk, tea, coffee, eggs, salt and pepper and continental breaky. Will definitely stay again. On top of everything this place was great value for money and probably the cheapest accomodation in Tauranga area.

Good size apartment with good comfortable bed.

Kitchen is small and basins, bath could do with an upgrade. Proximity of the railway is a problem.

The accommodation was amazing. Very clean, very nice host very good co-ordination. Loved watching the moving train opposite the property no disturbance at all. Amazing breakfast option.

Nothing can think of. Quiet a small drive to Tauranga but that's okay as the stay was fruitful.

The cosy rural location

Great space ,kitchen has breakfast food avail all you needed,use of tramp sandpit for kids was lovely for host family to let you use their backyard.

Don’t think they can stop the trains who run through the night,that may affect your sleep,kids don’t hear them though.

Lovely stay, comfy bed and nicely done, no hassles. Thanks for the chocolates - always a winner. Great value for money

Spacious, clean, ample breakfast supplies, full kitchen, comfortable beds, friendly welcoming hosts.

Trains going past during the night were a little distributing, aside from that very quite location.

Lovely place, clean tidy and comfortable bed. Prefect for what we needed.
