La nostra casa si trova in posizione centrale vicino alle autostrade e al centro di Overland Park. È una casa privata completa con tre camere da letto e due bagni. Abbiamo lavorato con un decoratore per renderlo aggiornato e bello. La cucina presenta nuovi elettrodomestici GE e una zona lavanderia fuori dalla zona pranzo. La cucina conduce al cortile sul retro con un enorme ponte e recintato nel cortile sul retro. La zona giorno ha soffitti a volta con camino in vetro e grande smart tv sopra. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size con materasso pillow top e memory gel per il massimo comfort. Ha anche una doccia e vasca da bagno nella camera da letto principale. Ha una Smart Tv da 43 ". La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale con materasso pillow top e ha anche la sua tv 43 ". La terza camera da letto si chiama la nostra camera a castello con un letto a castello in metallo pieno.
La casa Farley ha un doppio garage per auto più un'area giochi al piano di sotto per i bambini con un tavolo da biliardo più vecchio. Possono esercitarsi nelle mosse giocando a biliardo perché deve essere rifondato. Non abbiamo deciso se questo non sia più perfetto per i più piccoli per ora o se lo rifondassimo o per gli adulti / i bambini più grandi che lo avrebbero trattato meglio.
Siamo a mezzo isolato dallo Strang Park, che è storico e un grande parco. Ha due campi da tennis, due campi da basket, un piccolo parco giochi e un riparo. Più una pista ciclabile da 0,5 miglia.

This property was nice. The backyard patio is the best part. There is a park close, but you have to cross a busy street. The living area is up on top and you have to climb a fair amount of stairs to get there. If you have trouble with stairs, I would suggest you find another place. Otherwise, it was clean and nice.

Overall we loved this home and the beautiful neighborhood. The only small downside is that the one bedroom didn’t have a tv, or fan and the bed was on the smaller side. But overall it was a great home and would tell friends or family to stay there if they came to the area!

we were very happy with our stay at this property. we were in town for a competition held at the convention center. it was a convenient 10 minute drive from the house to the convention center.
The property was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware to easily make meals.
The park just up the block is very nice for walks and looked to have a fabulous playground for kids.
Host was responsive and friendly.
Overall, great property and would definitely recommend.

Nice house and very comfortable beds. Great backyard/patio. Met all our needs. Easy check in and great owner. Conveniently located. Would stay there again.

Communications with host was excellent. We added a day to the front end of our visit due to hazardous weather travel and we were quickly accommodated for an easy midnight arrival. Home also has a basement which is always nice to have, but can be essential in addition to creating peace of mind during tornado alerts/watches.
The home had very helpful info in an easily located binder. TV, trash/recycling, check-out, communications. Also utilized the main level laundry and the spacious garage with (2) door openers.
The back yard has a nice deck for listening to birds singing and watching the squirrels playing while enjoying morning coffee. The yard is also fenced.
The 1 1/2 block walk up the hill to the incredible park/playground really enhances this home’s location. It is an all-inclusive park and you can see and feel the difference. We met our daughter’s family there a few times during our stay. Something for all ages and ranges of abilities. Many families present, yet still plenty of space and very friendly. Please note, although the park does allow dogs, the separately gated play area does not permit dogs in that space.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would re-book here again.

Host was very responsive and great. Only issue (which was NOT the hosts fault) was that the previous renter smoked in the house even though it was listed as smole free. Smell finally disopated after a few day.

Had our family of 4 stay 12 nights, waiting for our house to be ready, as we are just moving into the area. This house provided great rooms for everyone and the house was very well updated. The pictures online actually do not show it as nice as it actually is. The host was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen had all the stuff you need for a longer stay and great appliances. I would highly recommend this property.

Great gathering place
We enjoyed our stay at this house in Overland Park. The backyard and the deck were especially inviting with plenty of space and seating available for our visits with family. The backyard is very large and open but shady. The house is conveniently located near freeway access. The house had been updated and decorated well, with nice kitchen counters and appliances. The bed mattresses were comfortable and the rooms were nice. The owners were considerate and obviously anticipated the requirements and conveniences their guests may have.

Overall very good. Wonderful communication with Debbie. Perfect for your pet. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great neighbors. All the appliances and cookware were wonderful. We are going back next summer for most of the summer again.

Wedding Headquarters
We needed a place to stay while preparing for my daughters wedding. My son and his wife and two children, 1 and 3, drove up from Alabama and stayed with us along with their dog.
The location and size and fenced in backyard were just what we needed during the week prior to the wedding and a couple days after to unwind.

Girls Trip 2020
Six high school friends had a mini 30 year reunion in Kansas with another classmate who lived in the area. The house was absolutely perfect for all of us to be quite comfortable, spend quality time together and have fun. So much better than a hotel. The appliances were top notch, clean and much more economical than eating out for every meal. I will plan to stay here again!

Fantastic rental!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood with location central to many amenities especially parks. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and all of our pets. Large backyard with birds, squirrels and even a deer one night to watch on the deck. Plenty of supplies, dishes, etc. to utilize during the stay. Debbie was so easy to communicate with and provided helpful info for our stay and time in Overland Park.

If you want to feel like you are at home with your family while traveling, stay here. Comfy beds, adequate space indoors and out. Plenty of things to do while rained in!

Visiting Family
Great option for extended stay while visiting family. Comfortable, roomy, well equipped home very convenient to restaurants, shopping. Major highways. The virus cut our time short and prevented us from taking full advantage of many things, but we were very comfortable there. Our dogs loved the hugh fenced backyard and nearby park. Our only problem was largely self inflicted as we were not savvy on Hulu and internet based tv, but Debbie was very patient with us. We would definitely recommend

Park Down the street
Loved the house. We were visiting grandkids for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for all the kids and grandkids to come visit! They even had a puzzle that my three-year-old played over and over again. There was a park right down the street the grandkids played at.

This was our first experience, recommended by our daughter. Had kids and grandkids and all of us met up in Overland Park. Was good as little kids could play as opposed to being in a hotel with little to do. Much more relaxing

A Few Issues
We love the location of this rental and the owner is very easy to communicate with. She makes sure you have all of the essentials for your stay.
We did have some issues this trip. The house could have been a little bit cleaner. And, although some people may really love Hulu...we hated it.
I had to contact the owner about several issues, but she responded quickly and gave me the answers I needed.
All in all, it was a really nice stay. We will stay at this property again.
