La nostra residenza di città spaziosa e luminosa a Virginia Beach North End è molto comoda situata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Con una passerella appartata direttamente dal cortile, la spiaggia è a un minuto di distanza.

Al primo piano, troverete una camera da letto matrimoniale splendidamente arredata con un bagno privato completo.
Il secondo piano straordinariamente luminoso dispone di un ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un bar, un bagno di servizio e una camera familiare con un divano letto queen-size e una TV a schermo piatto da 42 "e un lettore DVD Blu Ray.
Infine, il terzo piano ospita la camera da letto principale king-size con un ulteriore divano estraibile di dimensioni standard, TV a schermo piatto da 46 "e lettore DVD.
Un'altra camera da letto include un letto a castello a piramide (pieno sul fondo e doppio sopra). Entrambe le camere hanno porte scorrevoli sul ponte. L'ampio bagno ha una doccia e una vasca separate.
La casa ha due bellissimi ponti, dove si può godere di una piacevole brezza o preparare un pasto gourmet sulla griglia a gas. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono disponibili al primo piano. La doccia esterna si trova nel retro della casa. Abbiamo tre posti auto vicino alla casa. L'ampio garage adiacente è il luogo ideale per riporre biciclette o tavole da surf. Our stay was wonderful, the house is beautiful, very well decorated and maintained. The host was available and very responsive. Its about 2 min walk to the beach, which was wonderful, not crowded. My family and I had a wonderful week and would stay with this owner again.

This house was so beautiful with newly remodeled kitchen and baths. The beach was just a short walk. It was very quiet and never crowded.

Very clean. Close to the beach. Beautiful beach with very few people, which was lovely. Saw dolphins jumping the waves from the shore! Kitchen amenities maybe a little sparse if you're planning to cook at the house but otherwise great! New looking very clean bathrooms! A small lack of hot water for showers but it wasn't cold.

Sea la Vie is a lovely place! It is super clean and comfortable. Yes, it might look a little dated, but everything works! The house is tastefully decorated and everything you need is there! We didn’t do any cooking while there, so I can’t speak to specifics about that, but it seemed like the basic cookware was available. It can be a little tricky pulling out of the driveway, but that’s really the only negative. The house is well-stocked, especially the garage full of various style beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and three bikes…again, everything is very clean. There is a special access to the side street from the garage/back yard, so no need to walk on the busy street — we loved that feature! There are two decks and plenty of deck furniture. Great location close to the beach…maybe a two minute walk! Another bonus, there is a carport for two cars! We will definitely stay here again!

The house was just as advertised on the VRBO site. The owner of the property was very responsive to all of our needs in a very timely manner. The house had all of the amenities that we needed to enjoy our yearly visit to the beach.

Such a lovely Sea La Vie house owned by beautiful and nice people. We fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived. It was remarkably clean. I love the interior lighting and design. Elena made sure the place is equipped with necessities, you do not even have to bring more except for your change of clothes! I so love her! Even before our stay, Elena was on top of reminding me and providing us with essential information during our stay.
The rooms are gorgeous especially the master's bedroom with the elegant ceiling fan, a full pull-out couch, a walk-in closet, and a hidden dresser! There is a cute room with a bunk bed too. My parents loved the room on the ground floor. It has its own bath and toilet.
The kids were excited and rushed to the entertainment room to play board games. They were awake until wee hours in the morning to enjoy the entertainment room while the adults enjoyed the 2 decks gazing up the lovely moon at night.
The Wheeleez beach cart was the best for the beach umbrella and chairs. The kids did not mind going back to the beach a couple of times as it was just a minute or two from the beach! My husband and a friend enjoyed the bikes which were readily available, and they went bike riding to the boardwalk.
This summer vacation at Virginia Beach turned out to be the best experience of this year. It was amazing how everything turned out perfect for our summer vacation. Thank you so much, Elena and Roman! We will surely come back ♥

We enjoyed staying at this property. The description is spot on. I was amazed by the amount of beach gear - chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys and even a SUPER helpful beach cart since there is a VERY short walk and we had 4 kids with us!!!
While this isn’t a newly renovated and fancily decorated and furnished rental, it has everything you need and is SPOTLESS. I even moved the bunk bead upstairs to put the top bunk sheet on - not one piece of trash, dirt or dust behind that bed!
I highly recommend you stay!!!

We loved our week at SeaLaVie. Comfortable beds, easy walk to beach, all the comforts of home. The place could use an update but everything is spotless and comfortable. Be careful pulling out of the drive though, trees and bushes need a major trim.

This was such a lovely home, so near the beach. Although we had a few days of inclement weather, the house had so many windows and sky lights that it was enjoyable just sitting and reading and looking outside. Host was very communicative and the home descriptions were spot on.

We had a wonderful time at Sea La Vie! It is a large beach house with plenty of amenities and a very short walk to the beach. In particular, we loved the private green backyard, the multiple decks and patios, and watching the sunrise each morning from the master suite. In addition to walking to the beach, you can also easily walk to the boardwalk or the beautiful First Landing State Park. The beach is expansive - there is plenty of room to spread out without bumping into anyone else. We really had a great time and will definitely be back!

Elena's house was absolutely perfect for our annual friends beach trip. The house is extremely clean, well appointed, and a great layout for larger groups. The house location is central to it all - the non crowded beach is less than a block, state park 3 blocks (hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, biking), and boardwalk a 10 min ride. We made use of the 3 bikes, ample chairs, enjoyed the outdoor seating areas, and appreciated the garage space to store our extra bikes and gear. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful North End Virginia Beach House
We enjoyed our week at this property. It was exceptionally clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The beach is an easy few minutes walk. Elena is so easy to work with and quickly responds to questions.
Looking forward to returning next year!

This property is a great option for families with kids due to proximity to the beach. As a note, I would recommend kids over the age of at least 3 due to the stairs for 3 levels of living space and location of bedrooms. Outdoor water access to rinse off sand and laundry with a bathroom at the entry level is really helpful as well. The property is located close to the residential portion of the beach and an easy walk right outside the back door.
The unit was exceptionally clean, and had great amenities for an extended stay.
Elena was extremely attentive to questions and was definitely a super host.

Overall, we loved the location and the furnishings, and the beach. Would definitely return given the opportunity.

As soon as we arrived we dropped our bags and ran down to the beach, within minutes we spotted dolphins. They were there every day. The fully stocked kitchen was great for many meals in. Overall 5 stars and we are already trying to find a way for a return visit. Thanks Elena for making us feel like we were home.

Sea la vie. The perfect rental property at VA Beach.
Lots of space on 3 floors. Spacious dinning area with family room and modern TV and DVD . Games, books, bikes and all the beach equipment need for a fun day in the sun and sand. Water was beautiful and we had a perfect family week. Many thanks to our host who welcomed us with wine and chocolate!

Fantastic beach getaway!
We had a lovely time at Sea La Vie! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates! Elena was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean and spacious. It was a perfect proximity to the boardwalk- far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists, yet close enough to bike to easily. We also biked to First Landing Park which is minutes away. Very easy check in and check out procedures. It was a great place to stay with young kids. Super easy two minute walk to the beach!. We highly recommend this property!

Exactly what we needed
We had a great stay at Sea La Vie. Three stories with lots of space and beds. Location is great with a short walk to a quiet beach. The neighborhood is charming with beautiful homes. Two covered parking spots with room for a third vehicle. Owner was in touch for any questions. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Home and Wonderful Host!
My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at Elena’s beautiful home! The house was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed! Everything was exactly as described and Elena was so proactive with information before I could even ask! She made check-in easy and everything was so seamless and stress free! The walk to the beach is under 5 minutes and so private and beautiful. Thanks again for a memorable getaway!

Great stay at Sea la Vie
We have enjoyed a lot our stay. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable for our family. The beach is quiet and a very short walk away, reachable by using a beach cart too. There are two covered parking spots and the garage was very convenient for storing the beach equipment. The outside shower was also very useful. Our hosts have been very nice and reachable, many thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

corona stay at va beach
We were concerned about going on vacation during the covid environment. The condo is on the north end out of the fray of hotels and bd walk. It was approximately 300+yds from the beach,down a path and on to the beach. the beach was expansive with lots of room for social distancing. We had lots of room for our family like our own little beach spot. We cooked in because all necessities were provided and grocery store were convenient. The real selling pt was the owner's accessibility and helpfulness. We would go here again without hesitation. Thanks to Elena and Roman for a wonderful vacation.
