It is a nice place for a family vacation. It is also well-decorated.The location of the condo is a short walk to the beach and next to a grocer. The condo is spacious and well-equipped for people who want to prepare meals. Great spot!

This condo was very modern, very clean, all amenities were as they said they'd be, Pool was nice and very clean, location was great, very nice neighborhood and nice tenants that we met. We met the owners Simone and his wife and his son Slava while we were there. They were very nice and excellent Host's! We would most definitely stay again. It was one of our best vacation stays! Unless you absolutely have to look out your window and see the ocean, this place is fantastic.
It really is a short walk to the beach, and in the opposite direction, the Harris Teeter.
Centrally located, you can walk to most places.
The rooms were spacious, the kids loved it.

We had a great week at Simone's property! The condo unit and the building were clean and well maintained. The location was extremely convenient with a nice grocery store across the street and many restaurants and shops nearby. The walk to the beach was quick! We loved the pool. Simone was great and I would be happy to stay at this property again!

Our condo was perfect. I couldnt have gotten a better place. Many thanks to the Host of this condo!! He took all of my calls and answered all of my questions! He was very kind! There were 4 of us so this condo was just the perfect size. Comfortable beds, very clean, everything we could possibly want!!! We will definitely stay there again!!!

We stayed for the month of March to get away from snowy New York and were very comfortable in the condo. Simone is excellent to rent from and I wouldn't hesitate to rent any of his properties. For my husband and I, this was great!!

Literally woke up in a sunbeam every morning! Top floor, corner unit. Could see the ocean and the pool from our bedrooms! Clean condo, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Short walk to restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Would recommend to others and hope to stay there again.

Fabulous Virginia Beach trip
Great trip to VB! Property was well maintained and perfectly suited our needs. Easy access to the beach 2 blocks away. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We also liked to eat-in sometimes so having a kitchen was great! Grocery store within walking distance. Loved having laundry facilities in the condo. Owners were very nice and welcoming! Would definitely stay again!

Literally woke up in a sunbeam every morning! Top floor, corner unit. Could see the ocean and the pool from our bedrooms! Clean condo, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Short walk to restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Would recommend to others and hope to stay there again.

The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is clean, comfortable and a cozy place to return to after a busy day. It is a quick and easy walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed Murphy’s, an Irish pub two blocks up the street.

This house was accurately described in the listing. The property owner was very responsive to our inquiries and accommodated an early check-in. The house was very clean and the location could not have been better--it is an easy 1 1/2 block walk to the boardwalk and the 1/2 walk to the grocery store made it easy to plan meals on the fly. We did not use the pool but walked by it often and it was very clean and well-maintained. We stayed in the condo during Boardwalk Weekend when the condominium appeared full but we never heard any noise from other guests staying in the property or from the crowds on the boardwalk. This was the perfect place for our stay and I would highly recommend it!

It was a short walk (crossing Pacific which can be a bit busy and Atlantic) to get to the boardwalk, but was very manageable. Harris Teeter is literally across the street from the upper end of the building which was extremely convenient too. The entire property was very well maintained and the pool was very enjoyable that even had a charcoal grill anyone could use.
The unit itself was exactly as described and very very nice, clean, and we would happily stay there again. Simone was enjoyable to deal with and answered any questions we had.
Overall, I would (did) give this rental a very high rating and recommend to anyone who wants a quiet location that's walkable to the ocean.

Comfy beds, lovely space. There was a very strong smell in the building, though the apartment smelled much better. Well equipped with everything from books and games to DVDs (except for scissors in the kitchen, a baggage cart for the building) with a direct and helpful manager.A very short walk to the boardwalk and lovely dining options! A great space, overall. The pics are accurate, but we felt it was nicer in person .

The elevator went down for a day, and not sure what was up with the door by the handicap ramp, hardly ever worked. Nothing like checking in the rain and that door did not work.
