This is the BEST property to stay at for any downtown ATL event. We were there for CheerSport and so enjoyed our quiet time back at the apartment and the 2 bedrooms vs a hotel room! Great location and security at the building is top notch. Listing is accurate.. clean, updated and many supplies on hand. Owner was response to any questions-we will definitely book again!

Great place to stay downtown atlanta

I was in a group of 3 people and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and relax. The space was clean and well kept. Kristy was a great host and very responsive to all our questions. The included parking space was very convenient. We walked to many attractions and great restaurants nearby. Overall a great space and a great location!

Condo location is excellent! Very close to Marta, fabulous restaurants, and Atlanta sightseeing. Condo is very well maintained, as described, with no issues. Host promptly replied to all questions, and provided detailed information that made our visit more enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Came to Atlanta for business. Host was on top of everything, had info and suggestions to us a few days before we arrived. Host communicated very well and answered any questions we had quickly. Check in was pretty smooth. Condo was nice, very clean. Can't complain. Would stay here again.

This property was a welcome respite each night as we returned from our guided tours of the Civil War and Civil Rights history of Atlanta. We felt safe and comfortable, the parking was perfect directly adjacent to the property and location, location, location. We walked to popular local restaurants, a very well located property.

It was a nice place. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location was perfect everything within reasonable walking distance. Only issue was temperature control. It was unseasonable hot out but boiler system kept it hot inside. Had to sleep with fans on and windows open to keep it comfortable. Nice balcony comfortably seating 4 people. Host was great responding to my inquiries. Definately would stay there again.

Kristy is an Excellent host who answered questions and provided wonderful local info and quick responses to and questions. Added personal touches , loved checking in late and finding a lovely assortment of snacks and cold water, so thoughtful. Beautifully decorated and so cozy. Comfy beds. Walking distance to Aquarium, CNN , Centennial park and great restaurants. Concierge were very helpful, Parnell was very welcoming as was everyone else we saw. Bonus, when to tired to go out ,all the best restaurants with delivery app service deliver to lobby. Can’t wait to come back ! Denise and Larry

The place was very cool, the only issue was that there was an inch and a half long cockroach in the Kitchen but other than that it was an awesome place.

This was a trip to celebrate mom's 80. Trip to the aquarium and others. Condo was excellent, landlord gave great advice! The outside area, a little scary, but all ok. Everything was needed at condo, nice to have parking. Will use this again!

Everything thing was really nice. Communication with the property manager was awesome. However the front desk staff was very rude and overbearing. Especially the gentleman at the desk in front of the side entrance/exit.

This rental was in a good location close to a lot of places downtown but at this particular time it seems to have increased crime in the area according to other tenants in the building. I would recommend parking in the garage down the street for extra security. There was a car broken into during our stay. The room was clean and had plenty of linen and the owner provided snacks which I think was nice.

The location was close to the Georgia Aquarium which was awesome. Communication with Kristy was fast and easy. She’s an amazing hostess who’s very hospitable. The only downside for our stay was the constant smell of marijuana but it’s legal in Atlanta and it was everywhere we went and it wasn’t the greatest for the kids or my mom. Other than that everything else was great!

The condo was in a great location for doing some sightseeing in Atlanta. It was our first time visiting Atlanta. Lots of sirens and a shooting Happened outside the building in front of the liquor store one night but we felt safe in the condo. The condo is decorated really cute. We are glad we rented it. Thank you.

Great hospitality!! And simplest instruction to check in. Owner made sure i was straight. My friends and family enjoyed it. Wonderful place to stay!

We had four adults stay at this property while visiting Atlanta and it was absolutely perfect. We had more than enough room and the snacks and water were an added bonus. We loved that it was a secure building with someone watching the front door! I had a few questions for Kristy during our stay and she responded almost immediately both on the vrbo app and through text. We were impressed with everything that we experienced during our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

A great location for a great price. This was perfect for us for a quick getaway for two couples to enjoy Atlanta for the weekend. Everything was perfect. Will definately book this again for weekend getaways.

Love that this building has a concierge and a locked entry. The unit is a perfect size and is well stocked. The balcony is an added bonus. Although it was loud outside, the unit is quiet. Would definitely rent this again! SO much better than staying in a hotel room and with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (AND a kitchen) it is MUCH more cost effective.

PERFECT LOCATION-GREAT RESTAURANTS NEARBY- NICE SNACKS, WATER AND COFFEE AS WELL AS BATHROOM TOILETRIES- KRISTIE WAS AMAZING- CHECKED IN TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY AND CALLED ME ALSO. WOULD DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Great location! The condo was perfect for our Peach Bowl weekend in Atlanta. The owner was very responsive and made our stay very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this property!.

This was a perfect setup for us and our three children with it being enough space to spread out, while also being homey and cozy. The condo was very clean and surprisingly very quiet since it was next to the elevator. Kristy was kind enough to leave snacks for our arrival and she was very responsive when we had a hot water issue, which was quickly resolved. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to Centennial Park and many local restaurants. We felt safe around the area. When we had an issue with our reserved parking spot being occupied, the concierge desk was kind enough to help make sure our car wouldn’t get towed while it was resolved. Overall, should we make our way down to Atlanta again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was a great experience. Kristy was so accommodating and responsive. The reviews were accurate. We arrived late but we had everything we needed from coffee, water even snacks. The location was perfect for the conference I was attending.
