Abbiamo offerto un'atmosfera confortevole e bella e pensato ad ogni dettaglio per i nostri ospiti.
Completamente arredato e ben arredato con mobili in stile contemporaneo, il nostro condominio duplex può ospitare comodamente 8 persone. La casa si trova a meno di un isolato dalla spiaggia e con accesso diretto dal cortile è a pochi minuti di distanza.
Internet Wi-Fi, 2 posti auto designati si trovano nella parte anteriore della casa. Per favore, nessun camper, barche o rimorchi.
Entra in questa spettacolare casa sulla spiaggia mentre vieni accolto in un piccolo atrio che conduce a una camera da letto arredata con gusto con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato completo. Nelle vicinanze si trova un ripostiglio con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.
Il secondo livello ha un soggiorno con zona pranzo, una cucina completamente attrezzata con area bar è fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti per te e la tua famiglia. Appena fuori dal soggiorno c'è una terrazza dove si può gustare un buon pasto seduti fuori dalla griglia. Anche a questo livello è un mezzo bagno con una camera familiare arredata con un divano letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto da 42 "e lettore DVD Blue Ray.
Al terzo livello fuori dal corridoio si trova un bagno completo con vasca e un altro box doccia. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto da 42 "e un ulteriore divano-letto estraibile e cabina armadio. L'altra camera da letto include un letto a castello a piramide (pieno sul fondo e due letti gemelli in cima).
Entrambe le camere hanno porte scorrevoli che si aprono sul ponte del 3 ° piano dove si possono godere i tramonti e la brezza dell'oceano.

We loved the spacious house! Kitchen is well stocked and organized for cooking. We bought our own beach equipment but really did not need to. A beach wagon was there to use.
Olga answered questions quickly.
Tropical Storm Debby diminished the time we spent on the beach so we really enjoyed spending time in the house.

This property was more beautiful that I had imagined. Was perfect for our big family, and the closeness to the beach was amazing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, even at random tomes throughout the day with questions we had. The house was pristine and quiet, we had such a great time. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back

This is a beautifully remodeled residence and included a welcome gift that set a lovely tone for the entire week. The walk to the beach was easy, and I highly recommend heading north for restaurants and fish markets. Some hooks or a clothesline on the balconies would have made it easier to dry towels and bathing suits. Additionally, the children's room wasn't comfortable for an adult, but fine for kids. Olga was very easy to deal with and responded quickly when needed.

The hosts thought of everything in this house. The house was very clean and everything has been updated. Great space for sharing time with family. Safe and easy access to the beach. The beach was quiet and peaceful and wasn’t busy (the first week of June). The hosts were very accessible and responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time. Great location, plenty of space for our group. Grill and kitchen were great to grill n chill. Beach very close by, lots of gear, including a beach cart in the garage.
We really enjoyed our stay. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay.

The house was nice and had everything we needed to cook and for the beach. It was a short easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance even though you are a little off of the boardwalk. We had a great week and enjoyed the space.
Only minor complaints were the first floor bathroom was a little tight to open the doors and water pressure was low.

This condo has EVERYTHING!! The location is perfect with a private beach just a short walk away and downtown just a short drive. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet. I messaged the owner several times during my stay and they were quick to respond. I will be going back

Everything about this rental was great. It was the perfect home for 2 families to visit with each other. The space is perfectly set up for family time in the middle and bedrooms on the upper floor and entry floor. 100 yards to the beach and miles of beach walking. Grilling on the deck made for easy dinners. Will definitely revisit.

Lovely VaB experience
This condo was a nice space to spend New Years with my family. It's an easy safe 2 minute walk to the beach--we walked to the beach several times each day. Sleeps 6 to 9 comfortably. I would recommend this home to others.

We had a wonderful time while we were there. The property is in the perfect spot because you are still close to the boardwalk and all the action while also being far enough away to not be in the thick of the crowd. Felt like we had our own little slice of the beach.

Easy beach access and convenient location
Comfortable and clean, this property was ideal for us to vacation with our daughter and her family. It provides a quick walk to the beach and is located close to stores and other amenities. Property is well equipped for the beach including an outside shower and provides comfortable beds and adequate kitchen! Highly recommended!!

Only 100 yards from the beach. Will have to come when it is warmer. The accommodations were clean and everything we needed was included. No complaints really - would like to have more comfortable couches and beds, but a perfect location for beach access and not far from the boardwalk also.

Great Holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for an extended Labor Day weekend. There was plenty of extra room for 5 of us, and a very short walk to the beach. Only drawback is the driveway which is kinda hidden and challenging to exit because of limited visibility.

Spacious and very close to the beach
We really enjoyed the proximity of the beach and the fact that it is not in the crowded area of the beach. The condo was spacious enough for 4 adults and 4 childrens. The condo is well equipped and well maintained.
