Such a creative house to stay at. Very clean, there were comfy beds. Plenty of linens and pillows. Lots of room to eat together. If you are over 6 foot 2 you might not fair so well upstairs. Elderly in a walker friendly. Close to shopping which makes getting the essentials a breeze. Location is perfect for a USAFA graduation. Yes there is an iron! I highly recommend!

The house was very comfortable. Well stocked for needed items. The stairway is pretty steep, but did not bother the younger members in our group. Ee realy enjoyed our stay.

A most enjoyable stay even with an unexpected 10 inch snowfall. Great location near many of the major attractions in Colorado Springs, yet off the beaten path in a quiet residential neighborhood. Having a home instead of a room was a world of difference for the better.

This house was perfect! There was a good amount of stores in walking distance and the bigger attractions were just a 15-20 minute drive away. The house was perfect, from having games for everyone to enjoy to a lovely private backyard (with a grill!).
10/10, will be booking again when I am back in Colorado Springs!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is an older building but the owners keep it in immaculate shape and take care of it well. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kids LOVED the fusballl table as well as having the upstairs for themselves. We were there during winter and while most days the temps were mild, an unusually cold front came through for two days. We had problems with the heating on the first floor and Mary Kay sent out a maintenance guy immediately with spare heaters while he checked things over. The second floor never got cold and was always toasty warm. The fireplace is easy to use and adds warmth to the evenings in the living room. It was a quiet safe neighborhood and in a great location. If it was warmer we would have walked to the Edelweiss German restaurant. It was so good we went there twice! We would come back again to stay at this cottage again. Thank you!

A whimsical place!-
This was a lovely house to stay in! Room to spread out; central location - 15 minutes from most major attractions. I loved being able to look at the creek from the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Colorado stay
The location was lovely as well as the house. The only thing I would recommend is trimming the vegetation by the fence near the creek. The little creek was so pleasant to sit by.

Interesting home
Don't let the no air conditioner stop you, we were there when the day temps were in the 90's but with the fan in the upstairs and opening windows when the sun went down it cooled the house just fine. Great location, you are right in the middle of everything and the creek is very relaxing to listen to. Would love to know the history and see old pictures of the house.

Nice Stay
This house is everything as advertised. It was comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed. We brought extra fans with us, as there is no a/c. Thank goodness we did…I think we brought the heat from TX with us!! If you’re used to living/sleeping in cooler temperatures, bring extra fans. It was a great stay and the property was pretty close to perfect for our family!

Great owners - very cold house
Upon our arrival during the coldest week in February in years (sub zero) and after a long days of traveling with kids, we arrived to an ice cold house in the evening hours. We cranked up the heat to take the chill off but to no avail. After 3 hours of shivering and bundling we finally had to call. The owners said the previous guests turned the heat all the way down. And while that >might< be the case, this is still a very cold and drafty house.

The stairs are very treacherous and the heating was suboptimal (hard to get it more than 65 on cold days) but overall it was clean and comfortable.

The house wascomfortable, very clean and owners have done a wonderful job designing the house based on the circus theme - our kids loved it! Also loved that in addition to the three queen beds, and two twin pull out beds, they also had a sofa that converted to a queen sized bed. There was lot of space for our party of four adults and three kids. We plan to visit again.

Great house in great location
Very nice home for our stay with 4 adults and 4 kids. House is comfortable, with lots of space for a big group. Yard is great for the kids. The location is convenient to the Broadmoor and walking to Edelweiss and 291 distillery. This is our second year and we plan to come back next year!

Perfect Location!
Not only was this house perfectly located for our stay in Colorado Springs, it also was a perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed grilling our dinner and eating on the patio. We slept with the windows open and enjoyed the sounds of the creek. There was plenty of living/sleeping space for all 5 of us. It was perfectly located near plenty of restaurants, attractions, and supermarket/drug store.

Rental process was easy and very informational. We arrived the place was very well kept. Outdoor space was great, only two small steps up the deck...was great for the old folks. Ha. Main floor was cute and spacious...can entertain a lot of people at the dining table and open living space. Overall, very clean and comfy. Upstairs bedroom and bath were great,. Take the steps slow...and wide at the curve. Enjoyed the home very much.

Circus House full of fun!
Everything about the Circus House was perfect--location, amenities, cleanliness, etc. My two grandchildren, 7 and 8, became quite theatrical as they put on shows with the photo dress up clothes. Being outdoors beside the stream was amazing. Thanks for opening this treasure up to visitors.

Incredible indoor/outdoor dining, sleeps 6 only
Great location near Cheyenne Mountain. Seats at least 8 for meals inside and outside on a very cute patio by the creek. Sleeping, however, does not sleep as many as listed. One room is a rec room that has two chairs that unfold into single beds-great for kids, not adults! Overall, we would stay again. 4 adults and 2 kids.

Overall, the stay was good. Nice quiet neighborhood. Could have been a little better if there had been more coffee, garbage bags & toilet paper. Felt like these items were rationed. Also, no ceiling fans though the website description says there are.

Great place to stay
House is well maintained and clean. The kitchen and laundry appliances are in good condition. There is a nice collection of cooking pot and pans and dishes. The kids very much enjoyed the circus theme and the foosball table.

Great Colorado Circus
What a terrific time had by all in this quirky house. No one bumped their head or fell down the stairs! House has very comfortable furniture and lots of sitting and eating room. Only problem was shower upstairs, but one down worked well, reported to manager and no worries. Would stay again!

AMAZING
Everyone had an awesome time the house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the setup of the house and there was everything we needed there. It was located close to everything we wanted to do. And it was awesome to be able to hang out on the patio and bbq for dinners. I can not wait to come back and stay here with my family again!

Plenty of room, clean and comfortable
The house was plenty big enough. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Loved the fire and big living room. Very close to Garden of the Gods and Redrocks which was our favorite. The patio was a fun space, however overlooks a large apartment complex.
