Beautiful ocean view few issues with cable tv other than that we had a great time

Our stay was wonderful.

Our views from the 10th floor were stunning and waking up to the sun over the ocean every day was perfect. For it being an older hotel everything was well kept the valet service was perfect just need to call ahead, the personnel on site was super to deal with. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to stay I would recommend this place

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, gros coup de coeur pour la vue sur la mer et également sur la ville. Nous avons bien profité du bacon ensoleillé que se soit pour le déjeuner ou l'Apéro..et cela pendant un mois! Le condo était propre et il contenait ce qu'il faut pour être confortable. Merci à Denis

Room very clean Large fridge, very and nice. You have everythink what you need. Large fridge, comfortable bed, everythink for cooking. View from balcony amazing. We was 3th time in this hotel, but diferent condo and stay 1 month. Definitely we would rent this unit (#2) again next year. Thanks Denis.

It's very well maintained, the appliances and the furniture are new, there are chairs and the table for balcony, the beach umbrella, the kitchenette contribute to the convenience of staying at that particular unit. The apartament is in very good conditions and has a wonderful sea view. But on the weekends there were guest that were very noisy at night and we couldn't sleep.

We stayed at condo for 10 days in July. The condo was perfect, very clean, renovated, and spacious. We especially liked having a balcony with a view of the beach that was just breathless. My kids really enjoyed the pool area with activities. We were really happy with the valet staff as well, they were really nice and we trusted them with our car. We had a great vacation and will surely return. Thank you so much Denis! :)

Our family vacations down in Sunny Isles yearly and this has been the best condo we have stayed in at the Marco Polo. We stayed in Denis' 2nd floor unit for 12 days. There's nothing like waking up and drinking your coffee on the oceanfront balcony each morning watching the sun rise. The unit was spotless, fresh linens, towels, etc. We look forward vacationing again next year! Thanks Denis for everything!

Very nice stay on the whole. Apartment comfortable and the possibility of staying at the pool or walking a few steps to the beach was almost perfect.lovely view from the balcony. I would come back again. Thank you ,Denis , lovely holidays!

We stayed nine days at unit 3 on ten floor, and we had a wonderful vacation. The unit was very clean , plenty of supplies ,a lot of towels, sheets, pillows, the beds are comfortable, nice TV. The kitchen is small of course because is a studio but If you like to cook like us the only thing that you need is the food you are gonna cook , and know how to use a counter cook, but if you have any problem or concerns Denis always is available via email and answer very quickly. All the hotel facilities were available to use and the staff is courteous and very kind. Also we enjoyed a delicious and fresh breakfast buffet served on the pool ocean view restaurant daily. There is restaurants,pharmacies and grocery stores near the studio. Next time I will like to try the suite on 11 floor. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The condo itself is updated nicely. The hotel itself is run down and old. Not really close to anything... Need to take car to stores and resturants. Worth staying if it's a good price and all you are looking for is pool and beach time. Denis was very helpful and accommodating!

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break in Denis' oceanfront condo. We had access to everything we needed to relax and enjoy. The sunrises were breath-taking. In early morning, enjoying coffee by the pool that over-looks the ocean was my favorite part! The fitness room was also convenient and accommodating for maintaining our workout routine. Thank you, Denis for providing your guests with quality necessities while vacationing! We're looking forward to spending 2 weeks in the same unit in June! Nancy & Jimmy

The unit was as expected, the view from balcony was amazing, the sunrise was beautiful, and the beach was pretty.... that being said, we were disappointed with the noise, crowds, cleanliness, and lack of on site amenities. There was a very large tour group staying at the hotel for passover, which I understand that it was holiday time for Easter/Passover, but the group took over the entire hotel property. The lobby was crowded and noisy at all times, the valet always busy, the pool area noisy and crowded, also garbage all over from the group. The elevators had to stop on every floor for three days straight for the Passover guests, a little bit of an inconvenience when staying on the 10th floor. The lobby bar and pool bar area closed to guests unless you were with the passover group. My husband and I spent most of our time at a different beach due to the crowds at the Marco Polo. I wish we would have been made aware of this group event being held at the hotel, we would have never booked here. When I contacted Denis in regards to this while we were there, he told me to contact the rental office onsite, I rented from the owner, so therefore the rental office could do nothing for us. We left a day early due to the overcrowded, noisy, and unkempt conditions. I wish Denis would have been a little more understanding to my initial emails while we were there. We would of liked to enjoy a drink, or bite to eat poolside, or at the hotel lobby bar. Those amenities were not available to us during our entire stay.

Located near restaurants, supermarket (accesible by foot) and shopping. Owner very friendly. Address to remember !
