Benvenuti a The Southern Scovel casa! Questa bellezza è una nuova casa di costruzione abbiamo acquistato e iniziato arredare nel mese di luglio del 2015. We were so pleased with this property and the quick reply from the manager. The ice maker had stopped working and she had 4 bags of ice there within 30 minutes for us!!!

This property is great for groups to stay. We celebrated my daughter's graduation with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice here. We like all the hardwood floors throughout and how each bedroom has its own bathroom. The roof top area has great views of the city and fun place to hang out. The property is located in Germantown area and walking distance to some bars/restaturants. Broadway is a 5 minute Uber ride. The house is fully stocked with extras such as coffee pods, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc...Check in process was seamless as well as check out process. The only suggestion is to consider black out window treatments in bedrooms as it's really bright when the sun comes up. Would stay here again.

5 stars for cleanliness, layout, rooftop patio, well stocked townhouse and ease of getting downtown both by driving and Uber! Our group of 6 was very comfortable there with little touches of thoughtfulness throughout. Thank you Lauren and Jen- we had a wonderful time and your townhouse is amazing!!!

We had an amazing time celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday! The house location is fantastic and a 5-8 dollar Uber ride to Broadway. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beds are very comfy! I suggest doing an Instacart when you arrive for some essentials. There is a Kroger right around the corner. The hosts are kind and responsive and I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay on Scovel Street. Very nicely furnished. Great kitchen. Very nice master with excellent bathroom, great walk in shower with bench seat. Great dining table with room for a bunch of people. Walking distance to good coffee shop (Streadfast Coffee). Great view of city from roof top area.

It was my first experience with VRBO. Excellent property and Lauren was very responsive.
Only thing missing were black washcloths which they asked us to use.
Also a sign in garage or a note in rental instructions about drop off ledge into yard would be helpful.
Someone fell from the wet slippery back steps.
That was a hazard.

Beautiful place just like the pictures. We were a group of 3 couples and it was so nice to have king beds and washroom for each couple. Rooftop deck was a nice feature. Location was good with short Uber ride to lower broadway. Great hosts!

We only had one small complaint & that was with the hot water. You had to wait in between taking showers for water to get hot again. Also, wish there would have been a bigger grill, but we made do with the small one available. Other than that, everything was great! We really enjoyed the rooftop views & our stay there. Getting an Uber to get back & forth was also a breeze.

The house was represented well in the pictures provided. Open kitchen and many places to sit when gathering together. There were 6 of us and the rooms were very roomy and clean. There are a lot of stairs in the home to get to the trip floor room (you will get your steps in). We walked to the Kroger grocery store nearby to stock up on some groceries. There were plenty of utensils, plates, etc. to meet our needs. All of the beds were very comfortable and we all slept well.
Communication with the owners was easy and no issues gaining access into the property. They worked with us for a later checkout due to later flights which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property for your Nashville vacation!

We loved our stay for the weekend! It was SO spacious and clean with thoughtful additions like makeup towels, board games, and plenty of throw blankets. They were super responsive when I had questions leading up to the trip and we had no issues with the property during our stay. The house was beautiful and was so much more than I expected. This was my first experience with a VRBO and I could not have been happier. The house was exactly as described by the owner. The bedrooms were huge and the bathrooms were beautiful as well. Loved that each room had its own bathroom making it very private for each guest plus an additional powder room on the first floor! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and more. Location of the property was perfect, not far from downtown and in a lovely neighborhood. We used Ubers the whole week because they were very reasonable and didn't have to worry about parking issues. Communication with the owners was extremely easy and they were very attentive. If you are thinking about a visit to Nashville and looking for the perfect place to stay, please book this house, you will be very happy!

We planned a trip to Nashville for our 60 th Birthday party …7 of us. This property had everything we could have possibly needed. It was so clean and is a beautiful home not far from downtown.
