I just came here with a group of 14 women and we had the best time. Luis was a great host - extremely communicative and easy to work with. The house itself was in a great location in Miami beach - 5 minute walk to amazing bars, restaurants and cafes, 15-20 min walk to the beach, and quick uber rides to Downtown and Wynwood. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're planning a trip with a big group. Super convenient, clean pool in the back, and really gracious host!

Luis was a great host! He was very kind, helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay in Miami. The house was beautiful, clean, very spacious, and close to restaurants/the beach/bars/convenience stores. I very much recommend staying in this beautiful home - - I know I will be reaching back out to Luis the next time we have a girls trip in Miami!

Our group of 9 was very comfortable in this house. The back outside area with a pool was perfect for being together for breakfast, after a day of activities, or lounging for whoever wanted to hang back. Common spaces were large enough to accommodate the rest of our group for dinners in. Destinations in South Beach were all walkable, key for South Beach. Luis was the best host I have ever had in a VRBO.

Overall very nice place- what you see online represents the property perfectly. The property owner also accommodated us with an early check in and a later checkout. Wouldn't hesitate booking here again if I come back to South Beach.

Great stay in Miami! its a great location near restaurants, liquor store, pharmacy and south beach nightlife. Everything is a short uber/lyft ride away. The villa is great for groups--we stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my bday. The only bad thing was that the building next door blocked the sunshine in the pool in the afternoon. Luis is an awesome host he was very attentive and made sure our stay was perfect! Loved it.

The house was wonderful, more than enough space to accommodate 10 guests (with sleeping arrangements to spare). The house was clean, in a great location, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating to all of our requests. The hosts gave great recommendations for things to do and were very attentive throughout the weekend. We will definitely be back!

Overall, our experience at Villa Colors South Beach was really great. There were 9 of us staying at the house for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms. The location was close to most of our activities and CVS and Whole Foods were within walking distance which was super convenient. We definitely took advantage of the pool, large living room and kitchen. Jeanette made check in very easy, and even let us check in early since the house was ready. A few minor suggestions that would have made our stay a bit better: A cutting board and a set of knives (we were cutting limes with butter knives) A better stove for cooking breakfast, but that burner is do-able. More dish towels for drying since there is no dishwasher. Having some ice cube trays in the freezer. Proper door code as to not get confused with the neighbors. Better water temp regulation in the upstairs bathroom showers. Other than that, I would stay there with a group again in a heartbeat, especially since there are not a lot of large group rentals that are reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back to Miami! Jeannette and Luis were great house owners and hosts. They were super flexible with my group and I on reserving and paying. Also my trip was a surprise 30th birthday and I was able to get my friends in the house before we got there which was amazing! The house fit our group perfectly plenty of space for our large group and plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The vibe of the house is perfect for a group trip to Miami with fun bright colors and décor. Overall I would suggest this place to anyone planning a group trip to Miami. Perfect setting, space, and location! What more can you ask for?!

I had my 30th birthday at this villa and invited 13 of my friends. When we got there the house was in tip-top shape. It is the ideal "Miami Beach" house with it's vibrant colors and fun decor. Also, the owners of this house were super accommodating and friendly. I had friends who flew in earlier than me and she let them in earlier without any hesitation. I would recommend this house over a hotel any day.

I choose to stay at Jeanette's villa to host my bachelorette party with up to 14 girls! The place was amazing. The house was spacious for all of us and there was plenty of room to move throughout the entire house, including the living room, kitchen and other common areas. The location was superb. It was far enough from the craziness of the South Beach strip, but a super short uber ride down to enjoy the beach, food and drinks on Ocean Drive, Collins Ave, etc. Alton Rd was a block over so we were able to walk to the CVS, liquor store and Starbucks whenever we needed anything. Jeanette was absolutely amazing and a sweetheart from day 1. She was always a phone call away from any questions we had. The décor of the house was awesome. The villa had everything we needed - from cookware, the pool, BBQ pit, TVs in every room (with cable!). It really made it a home away from home. I cannot express how great Jeannette was and how accommodating she was with our travel schedules. She allowed us to get into the house before check-in and also allowed us to leave our belongings there before our flights out on the last day. She also worked with my sister (who couldn't join us) to leave a few surprises in the house for me and the girls when we arrived. I look forward to visiting Jeanette and her villa again soon!

I discovered this rental property in 2015 and did not hesitate in staying here again in Summer 2016. The place is amazing! There is so much room. Our party consisted of 14 people in 2015 and 12 people in 2016. There was enough space to accommodate everyone. Jeannette is fantastic, I can not say enough about how she has worked with us on our reservation. The pool area is awesome. The villa has gorgeous rooms both upstairs and downstairs. The location is ideal, as it is a short walk to the mall, shops and even the beach is only a few blocks away. I can not wait to come back (3 yrs in row, it's starting to feel just like home). I highly recommend this property, just not on the weekend we will be coming back, because we will have it booked already, trust me lol.

We had a great time at this house, 7 of us from all parts of the country on a college reunion. The house suited us just great, it had all we needed to be a home base and it was very conveniently located. It was a short walk to the beach, the house was clean with all the amenities we needed. We look forward to coming back on our next trip.

I stayed here with a group of friends for a long weekend in February. Getting to the house from the airport was not a problem. There are two homes on the property that share outdoor space, but this house had direct access to the pool, and an additional "pool house" for a separate private suite. The other house was also rented by a group but they were friendly and didn't mind sharing the outdoor space. There was construction in front of the house So we had to use the shared driveway for main access (no big deal). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, just need to add your own groceries. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were sizable and clean. Washer/Dryer on site. Plenty of sheets and towels. Decor was very fun! Wireless was reliable. Stores like CVS, Starbucks, Einstein Bagels are all within close walking distance. The beach, Lincoln Road, Collins Ave and Ocean Drive are also within walking distance (depending on your idea of walking distance). Cabs were easy to find. I'd absolutely recommend this home to friends and hope to return soon!!

All the previous reviews were accurate, and the villa fully met expectations. I spent MLK Weekend here with 7 girlfriends for a big birthday. Everyone fit comfortably in the house, with fun decorations in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, numerous bedrooms, and a recently completed poolhouse (with another bed and bath). Amazing location -- quiet residential area, CVS across street, Whole Foods few blocks away, walking distance from beach and Lincoln Road, short taxi ride to restaurants and clubs. Only downside was major construction work on the street out front, which began early and ended late. Jeannette was wonderful -- very responsive to questions, accommodating of requests, and a gracious hostess. Although she was out of town when I arrived, her son and daughter-in-law provided a warm welcome and checked in by text during the weekend to see if we needed anything. HIghly recommend this lovely house for a fun and relaxing weekend in the heart of South Beach.

A vacation home that deserves more than 5 stars. Absolutely clean, great location and the owner is exceptionally great. She keeps my belief in good people. She is very accommodating, all we had to do was text and ask. We were supposed to check out Sunday noon but flight got rescheduled to Monday morning. She let us stay till the next morning without any fuss. She and her son went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Coming to the house itself, it is located a mile from the beach. Great walk through the park to the beach. Lincoln road mall and great restaurants are all within walkable distance. Perfect vacation spot for families and bigger groups..

We stayed here for three nights. The location was amazing and the owners were very attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs room for family and friends. There were 5 independent bedrooms and full baths. The entire stay was perfect.

This Villa was absolutely fantabulous! We had a very large group and it accomodated us perfectly. Jeanette & her husband were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. The location was awesome. Just a short walk to the free trolley and 25 cent bus ride to Ocean Drive. Everything that you need is supplied (linens, towels, full kitchen, washer & dryer) and the pool was refreshing after a day on Ocean Drive. There are plenty of stores (Publix, Whole Foods, CVS, Lincoln Mall) nearby and, in case you're in the need, MB Liquors delivers to the villa for an extremely small fee. Our group had a blast and will definitely be back!! Do yourself a favor and rent this villa! From the Texans Tailgate Battlewagon Crew...a huge thank you again Jeanette for everything!

The house was awesome! It was stocked with everything that we needed to make our stay feel like being in my own home. Jeanette is an absolute sweetheart and I highly recommend staying at her home. She made sure that we had everything that we needed and was very responsive if I had any questions. The house was the perfect size for our group of 10 guys and the location is great! We were able to walk pretty much anywhere or take a short, cheap Uber ride. Do yourself a favor and RENT THIS HOUSE!!! I know I'll be back!

Great place. Very comfortable. Close to everything in walking distance or Uber. Uber from the Villa to the beach was only $4. This place is also far away enough to enjoy quiet time as its not right on the strip with the clubs. Walking distance to Whole Foods and a place called BTW - this is a MUST GO TO eatery.

This property was absolutely amazing. Jeannette, the owner showed me, my family and friends (9 total) true hospitality. We arrived a couple of hours prior to check-in and Jeannette accommodated our early arrival. Everything we needed was right there in the property. If it wasn't, there are plenty of stores (Whole Foods, Panera Bread, CVS, Subway and Lincoln Mall) a short walk, free trolley ride and/or .25 cent bus ride away. The rental was very very clean. The linens (bedding and towels) were clean and there are plenty. We were able to wash/dry clothing. All appliances were operational. The air conditioning was superb during our hot Florida stay. The neighborhood by all appearances seemed safe. The pool was a delicacy mid-day and in the evening when we needed to cool off from the sun. The location is right in the Heart of South Beach and I don't think I ever want to stay in a hotel while visiting South Beach, I want to always stay here. This was my first VRBO and I was nervous but Jeannette rental has spoiled me and all future VRBOs will have to set the bar high to outshine Jeannette. Thank you Jeannette for providing such a comfortable and relaxing space during my vacation. Oh, let me not forget that the WIFI was free and the signal strength was strong throughout the house and the pool area. Also there are televisions in every room so every guest is accommodated. This space is spacious for even a party of nine ladies.

The house was awesome, right in the heart of South Beach. It has lots of individual sleeping spaces which is good for larger groups. We grilled out on the bbq, hung out by the pool and biked to the beach. Jeannette Was a great host and a pleasure to work with for planning and arrangements. Would definitely stay again when in South Beach with a larger party.
