Excellent , clean , quiet & peaceful !!! Owner's ca.e & checked on us , accommodations was very nice !!! Would recommend it to our friends & definitely would consider it in a return vist !!!

We attended a family reunion nearby and reconnected with family from all around the country. The cabin was exceptional and a good time was had by all.

Great location only minutes from the Red River Gorge. Beautiful surroundings and incredibly appointed home. Perfect for our group! We’ll be booking again in the future, for sure!

Six adults decided to get away for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The hot tub was a BIG plus! It was very private and easy to find with the owner's instructions. Close to many adventures in the Red River Gorge area of Kentucky!

We had a great time staying at the cabin, the hot tub and pool table were great after long climbing days!

Located at the end of a backroad, this is a perfect out of the way place. Nice and quiet, and very cozy.

I couldn't have been more impressed with this property. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. Everything was just as it was in the pictures. Super private, a perfect romantic getaway. 100% will stay here again. The only suggestion I have for visitors of this property is bring some cooking spray. The pans are definitely not non stick. Lol.

Cabin was great, exactly as described. Had salt and pepper already and full ice trays which is strangely noteworthy. Tub was clean and operational, check out list was good (none of the mow the grass, clean the windows nonsense). After leaving realized we had forgotten something at the cabin and the hosts mailed it to us which is very kind. Would recommend staying here.

We had a great time! Good amenities and very comfortable! Beautiful surrounding area and not too far from Natural Bridge.

My husband, our adult children and their significant others loved the pool table and t he ping-pong table. The rooms were comfortable with plenty room to be on our own or be with the family.

We rented the house for a kayaking trip. It is a close location to all of the activities in the area, very nice rental.

We had a great time , the house was awesome and had lots of games to do. It was everything that was posted on the website. We would stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. Cottage was very clean. Enjoyed hiking and going to Reptile Zoo. Thatcher BBQ Co. was our favorite restaurant!

This house was great for our weekend trip! We were able to have fun in the hot tub, use the game room and spend time outside! We loved the rooms and the space provided. Would definitely stay here again

Had a great time with my family of 7. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. The only thing bad was the wifi, they were having trouble with the tower.

The cabin was very clean and well stocked. Pictures were accurate. Wifi was quick. Our extended family loved the game room and large hot tub! Highly recommend this property.

Rented this place for my birthday hangout with friends and we had a great time. Owners where very responsive. check in and out proceedures were very clear and concise. Beautiful property.

Had a great time during a Kentucky heat wave. Game room kept us cool and busy mid day and enjoyed the outdoors in the morning and evening. Owners were helpful and quick to reply to my questions, would like to visit again! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at your cottage. Very clean, kitchen well stocked with all the items you would need to cook meals, comfortable beds. A great hot tub and front porch rocking chairs for relaxing. Game room provided lots of fun for all. I would highly recommend to anyone that stays to bring all your food as their was not a grocery store very close in proximity. Close to some very great hiking trails. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was a great property to stay at! It had plenty of space for the retreat we had and the game room added for some added entertainment for the weekend. I will absolutely book this location again and communication with the owners was outstanding! 5+ stars!

The property was clean and very well matched what was described by the owners. The owners answered any and all questions in a timely manner and stopped to check in as needed. Although we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house due to hiking and beautiful weather it was a nice place to come back to.

We had a great time at the property. The game room was a life saver. Went to the Red River Gorge area for some hiking, sunshine and warmer weather, but 2 out of 3 days were cold, rainy and even some snow! We did as much possible outdoors, but those activities were cut short. We shot pool, played multiple games on the arcade, watched a few movies and spent time in the hot tub, which is in a covered area. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any traveling in the area, especially with a family

Amazing!! We enjoyed three perfect days at the Tip Top Cottage during spring break. We came to disconnect and recharge. Spent a little time hiking to the Natural Bridge and took a little day trip to the Cumberland Gap. Perfect for our three kiddos (9 and under). The Cottage is fully stocked with items to enjoy and relax. Hit the grocery store before arriving but if you need to the IGA in Beattyville will work as well (just not a big variety). Miquel’s pizza was the perfect lunch after our hike down from the Natural Bridge. James and Libby have an amazing little gem for you to enjoy!! We can’t wait to go back!
