We had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean and as advertised.
We had 5 adults, and the condo fit us comfortably. I probably wouldn't recommend more. The two balconies give extra space.
The location was ideal for downtown. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go: the convention center, restaurants, and the beach.
A place to get shaved ice was a few buildings away. It was delicious, and maybe a little too close and convenient!

I love that everything is accessible...parking is so near, shopping is just around the corner as well as the beach area.
We have a nice view in the Lanai and we saw the Friday night fireworks.
Check-in is a breeze and the unit is clean and has all the basic needs.

location could not be beat. we didn't stay in waikiki the entire time so having parking nearby (next block over) was everything. check in and check out was smooth. i loved the big balcony as it was the place for quiet morning coffee as well as late into the evening dinner w wine food and good conversation. abc store downstairs was also very convenient.
i didn't have a chance to try, but the tonkatsu place downstairs as well as the ice cream across the street looked highly rated.

There were less than a handful of properties in our price range with at least 2 rooms (3 adults, 2 young kids), and I'm so glad we chose to stay here. Pre -trip support was quick and responsive, and check-in with Paul was a breeze! The space was comfortably located on the west side of Waikiki so we weren't in the middle of the noise but still convenient to everything, especially the beach. Having self parking included was also incredible as we could come and go as we pleased, and it ended up being a huge cost saver when hotels all charge a daily cost on top of the typical nightly rate. We'll definitely look to stay with a Captain Cook property again next time!

Property is as described. Contains everything you would need. We knew ahead of time there would be no oven. As photos show this is not a beach property. However, it is in an excellent part of town about a block from the beach in one direction and prime shopping a block away on the other direction. We had a parking space about a block from the property. Front door to the building is locked at night. We felt very safe. Kitchen is well stocked. There were also chairs and other beach items available for our use. Loved the bidet on the toilet! The condo is not fancy however, it has everything you could need to be comfortable on your trip. I would certainly book again.

Rented through VRBO, but could have gotten a cheaper rate if I had gone through Captain Cook Resorts due to VRBOs fees. Still feel that the cost was worth the rental. Good 2 bedroom, good air conditioning system. A single bathroom for 5 guests was a bit tough but we knew about it going into it.

It was not clear the rental was in a Otrigger hotel and so when inquiring with desk on location was told could not use facilities like pool, towels, etc. They would not assist with any inquiries and told to call Cook mgmt. This was disappointing. Room was not clean of dirt and phone did not work. Noisy with early morning garbage collection. Expected with 13 day stay in hotel to have clean linens/towels/t-paper after 5 days but told by Cpt Cook mgmt it was not included and disappointed again.

Perfect place for our family. Easy access to Waikiki Beach Walk and International Marketplace. ABC shop below building for drinks and snacks. Nice patio to sit and enjoy breakfast. 2 bedroom so there was plenty of personal space for three people.

Very clean and comfortable. Paul, the manager was extremely helpful and flexible. You are a short walk from the beach,great restaurants,a local food market and public transportation. The kitchen supplies were nice, beds very comfortable and it was really quiet. Best pizza place around the corner is Giovanni Pastrami. I would definitely stay here again.

Location of this property is perfect for checking out what Oahu has to offer. We did activities within walking distance like Waikiki, shopping, sunset cruise and walking every day on the beach. We went to the North shore and Diamond head. It was nice to come home beach evening to relax in the condo and snap some great sunset pictures. Everything we needed was here and the beds are very comfortable.

The location of the condo was great. Close to beach, groceries and day/night activities. Booking on-line was easy and good instructions (email) before arriving. They promptly answered a few emails as to amenities prior to our arrival. We were escorted and given a brief overview by property manager upon our arrival. Upon arriving in the condo everything looked great, until we started settling in. The lock on the bedroom lanai did not work. I promptly notified our property manager and he stated they would take care of it the next day. It was never fixed during our 10 day stay, nor did they call to check on it. We were four women staying by ourselves and felt a bit concerned with having a door unlocked at all times. We did not have any issues with it but lacked the confidence with property management team not fixing or notifying us of alternative fix. During our visit we found a few other items (leaky faucet in bathroom sink, broken/leaky coffee pot, top rack in dishwasher did not slide in & out easily, cracked & broken welcome sign upon entering and the bathroom exhaust vent did not work at all.On the surface the condo appeared clean, but then we found deflated balloons in the bedroom & on the patio, we found a crumbled receipt & a pill under the bed and the shower has rust & mold growing in the clear grout on door. These few things made us wonder how clean the unit was. Since there was no follow-up about the broken lock we decided not to call again to report the other items mentioned above. We looked past them so we could enjoy our vacation.Overall it did not keep us from having a great Hawaii vacation, but I would not recommend using this property management company again unless these items were addressed.

This location was pretty good considering it’s not ocean front or has a view of the ocean. It’s very close to the beach and very easy walking distance. It’s also very close to an ABC store so quick access to anything that may be needed. The place was very clean and it was fully furnished. It had 4 beach chairs which was great since there was 4 of us. It also had tubes, masks, snorkels, and other misc beach stuff on the patio which would be great for anyone that didn’t pack those items. The parking was a block away. It is 1/2 block from the main Waikiki strip with great food options. Beds were fine and the place was clean. Enjoyed having the two bedrooms. Check in was simple with Paul checking us in and check out was even simpler. Perfect place for our needs.

Great location. Clean. Host was responsive and easy check in. Security at door made us feel safe and the elevators were very efficient. Off site parking is close and easy to use. Plus is on Fridays, we were able to see the fireworks from our view. Would book again.

Spacious room and great location. Has just about everything you need. A few minor imperfections(bathroom door handle missing, kitchen faucet came loose) but they were manageable. Check in was easy. Free parking is only 3-4 min walking. Keep in mind parking is additional $30-$50 at other hotel/condo per day. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

5 of us including 3 teenage boys for a week and we found the unit spacious enough for us. Especially enjoyed the large lanai for breakfast in the morning and games at night. Beds were comfortable and nice beach chairs provided to use at the beach. Great location as well!

Paul was an excellent host- we had a leaky sink, but it was fixed in just a few hours. Location is extremely central- it's close to a number of some very tasty restaurants, while not being right in the middle of the busy spots in Waikiki.

This was the perfect spot! The unit was cozy and had everything we needed. Walking distance from everything. Parking just around the corner. Clean and cozy. The property manager was quick to respond and explained everything needed for the stay. I will definitely recommend this spot and would book it again!

we had a family vacation here, 23 people in all. Spent our time seeing the sights and enjoying the views. Our furnished 2bdr condo was perfect for 2 couples. Everything you needed to enjoy the beach, even had lots of beach supplies on the veranda. Cold A/C is usually a challenge, not here, it was cool enough for my husband who likes it frosty inside! Kitchen fully stocked with appliances and dishes. full size fridge with icemaker! Comfortable beds, couch, outdoor table and chairs! No complaints!
